"It's definitely a 2 pillow hotel"
When you walk into a room, you can typically get a good idea of the quality by looking at how many pillows are on the bed. Unfortunately, this is definitely a 2 pillow hotel. The price is right, and if you are on a tight budget, then I would recommend this hotel to you. The 1st room the bed had a broken leg, the carpet was stained. After the manager was called, we were moved to another room, the bed still had a nice slant to it but it did have all 4 legs, the carpet had stains, and the backing on the curtains had peeled off in several spots, so that when the sun came up you had lots of streaks of light coming into […] the room. we travel daily state to state rarely get to stay 1 place for any lenth of tume. we liked this place enoutgh we drove a short distance to work so we could stay here. clean comfortable an staff was wonderful. highly recomend this to anyone.

We reserved a non smoking room and your eyes started watering upon entering our smoking room. The staff had not even tried to cover up the smell. I called the office but the lady that check us in stated that she did not have access to the computer and did not even know if there was another room to move us to. I requested that the manager call us the […] next day, which did not happen. Upon checking out the manager stated that the floor that we were on was non smoking but the floor below was smoking and that was why it smelled. My stay was alright. I don't know if I'd ever stay here again. When I first checked in, I didn't feel safe due to the congregation of men outside but they soon scattered. The carpets were stained. There was a hole in the wall and burn holes in the curtains. But my stay was very brief so I made it work.
"You get what you pay for"
This was one of the cheapest places I ever stayed in while visiting Louisville, but it showed. While everything was in acceptable condition, there were things you wouldn't see in other hotels. I had peeling wallpaper, a large patch of drywall mud that hadn't been painted, and the overhead light didn't work. But it was clean, and the appliances worked. […] While I was just there for two nights, for longer stays, this would be wonderful, as it had a kitchenette in it. However, I wasn't a fan of the heater/AC being right next to the bed or the fact you couldn't watch TV from the couch since they sat right next to each other. But this hotel is in industrial park on hurstbourne lane, so there are several restaurants nearby, and downtown is a short drive away. "Hotel Review"
This hotel had some strange odors in it. We had to be on the ground floor which I did not like. The amenities were few. No shampoo (I did go request shampoo and conditioner and the clerk found shampoo) lotion or anything that might help someone that had flown in.

I would stay again, i have stayed in a lot worse!!! Fairly priced- Maybe a little high for this type hotel. But for 50.00 what can you say, Ihave stayed in a lot of 100.00 and up hotels that were a lot worse. Resturants, shopping close by. Customer service was GREAT, nice young man on duty was very helpful.

My stay here was not pleasurable at all, the smell of the room was like mildew. I didn't feel conforatble in this hotel. I refuse to come back here. The floors in the room was soggy and still wet. I don't know about the maintenence care about the hotel neither, but the walls were discolored and stained, there were also some broken things that looked […] like it was super glued back. "Decent for the price, but not convenient"
The hotel itself was in decent shape. There had been some recent flooding and the stairwells had wet towels at the base of the doors to keep the water out. There may be some mold smell in the future. My main concern was the condition of the hotel staff person upon check in. She was twitchy and erratic, but managed to do her job. "Not A Good Hotel !!!!!!!"
I will never stay at this hotel again..it was very nasty and the staff were really rude. There was dead bugs all over the floors and fleas biting us. It was so nasty. The pictures on here looked really good but in person it was not a clean place...
"Bumpy start but good customer service"
Arrived and their computer system was down. Had to wait and then had some bumps in getting my room. That said the woman at the front desk was super nice and made up for the inconvenience. Room was clean, but the hotel is in need of remodeling. Good for the price.

By far the nicest, cleanest 2-star hotel I have EVER been in. The staff was super nice and friendly and I will never be able to get over how the clean this place was. From the moment you walked in the door, you felt like you were walking through the lobby of a 4-star hotel. I love to travel, and i have stayed in several Extended Stay hotels all over […] the United States, I must definately say, without a doubt, that this hotel was the cleanest. "Extended Stay America in Louisville, Kentucky"
Overall it was a great hotel. Very nice and friendly staff, clean rooms, spacious rooms and a great feel of a home away from home. However, the rooms don't have many cable channels, which sucks if you're in the room for a few days and have nothing else to do.
"About what I expected"
I checked in around 8 p.m. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The lobby area was clean and nicely appointed. My room was clean and comfortable and about what I expected considering the room rate. But it did need some work. The toilet wasn't working so I had to fill the tank with water in order to flush the toilet and the drain in the sink wasn't […] working properly . Both were reported to the desk clerk the following morning. She, too, was very friendly. The hotel itself is in a good area of town. Not much in the way of entertainment or restaurants in the immediate vicinity but there are things to do within a couple of miles. It is a quiet area too and easily accessible from I-64. Room was clean and comfy. Lots of places to eat and shop close by. Bath clean, but needs improvements.
The hotel was convenient for myself and my family. The kids enjoyed the fact that I made them pancakes and bacon right there in the hotel room in which we lived in. We had enough spacke to store our belongings. Normally when you stay at a hotel there's just a small frige and microwave but we have a hugh frige and stove.
