All the staff were very efficient, helpful & friendly. The rooms & baths are smaller because this is an older hotel, but it has been updated and everything is in very good condition. We had dinner at the hotel and sent back the chicken because it was not fully cooked. It took awhile before they returned with it but they were kind enough to take it off […] our check. The hotel was nice but as a guest of the hotel I had to pay to park my car in the hotel parking lot each day. This should be included in the stay as I have never had to do this at any hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions that we had. The pool area was very nice. The only complaint that I had was the slipperyness of the bathtub.

The staff at the front counter were great, especially Rachel. She took care of my car rental (Hertz) and all were friendly and professional all the time. Room service were efficient and quick to deliver. The coach to the airport was direct and the driver helped with luggage. The location next to the airport is brilliant. the hotel staff was great and the location was very convenient. but, the air quality in the room wasn't awesome. also there was no refrigerator in the room, which was surprising.

We booked a King room and ended up with 2 Queen, the heater was extremely loud and every time it kicked on during the night I woke up. We were trying to watch the Alabama/LSU game, but both football channels lost reception at half time. The other channels seemed to work although a little fuzzy. The room and hotel was nice. I was there for a business trip so the location near the airport was very convenient. The room was clean and the staff very attentive as expected of a Sheraton.

This is the perfect hotel to stay at when you are on the first morning flight out of Cleveland.

Everything in the hotel was great but the pickup service from the Airport was horrible! After a 3 hour flight delay we waited over 40 minutes for a pickup from the hotel shuttle and eventually gave up and walked to it on the road carrying our bags. Another couple who had been waiting got to their as we were already paying.

Very nice hotel for the money. Ventilation system is very noisy - it's an old window unit that has a wall themostat. However, great bed and pillows, breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

All was good, clean room, nice restaurant inside. Outside was only airport, no nearby eateries, so we ate in. We were a bit disappointed to have to pay for parking.

Nice central location, if you want to go downtown cleveland take the rapid, or choose from several places within 5 miles and a shuttle will take you and pick you up. nice relaxing pool atmosphere and courtyard,very comfy beds very friendly staff and a great bartender !

Everyone was very pleasant. Ruby is the Restaurant was exceptional what a nice gal. The bed and bedding was great the bathroom could use a makeover especially where the wallpaper is off under the sink!

Our stay was comfortable and oh-so-convenient to the airport for our flight the next morning. The hotel was beautifully appointed and beds were very comfy. Would definitely stay there again when in the area.

We were very pleased with the hotel and staff, everyone was very hospitable! We will be staying at a Sheraton again when we are on future trips! We vacation and go to sporting events! We probably stay in hotels 8-12 times a year for different functions...if not more. Cleanliness is a must in our book! We really enjoyed our stay!

Worst service sofar I have seen in a sheraton. I would not again to the hotel. The break fast buffet service is too uncomfortable. While we try to eat they keep on looking at us. The way they behave is unpleasant.

I reserved a king/single room and as I am an SPG member I should have been on the 8th floor. I got to my room and it was a double on the 4th floor. I called the front desk and had to go back down and get my room changed still dragging all my stuff after flying all day. The guy checking me in was just too lazy to look at the reservation properly. The […] parking situation is really annoying. The hotel parking is also long term airport parking and guests have no special spots so expect to walk a long way and park all over the property every time you come and go. Also this requires a parking ticket to get in AND out and several times my card didn't work properly as the desk staff didn't program it correctly as well as my room key. Also when I had laundry done they didn't bring it to my room and I had to call and ask for it. Then the guy only brought half of it and it clearly said 1 of 2 on the label. I waited 20 mins for the second half but I was late for dinner so I couldn't change my clothes. They have a nice restaurant with good food and a nice staff. Rooms were clean but the entire hotel is looking tired compared to other Sheratons I have stayed in. You can literally walk to the airport terminal from the hotel but they have a shuttle. Staff was really helpful - check in process was quick yet personal, sending fed ex and other extra requests were met with a smile and willingness to help. General Manager was everywhere making sure guest experience was excellent and staff were prepared at all times. This hotel exceed all exceptions! Especially for an airport hotel!!
