Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport — Windsor Locks

Very convenient and good quality for airport access.

Have stayed there before and returned. Understand, it is the most expensive hotel near the airport. This trip I had some cold food to take along and called to see if rooms had refrigerators. "No but for twenty dollars we can put one in your room." That should be a service; not another way to get money from loyal customers. They should have said "Of […] course! A very clean and very comfortable hotel and room. A pity there was no room service...we arrived around midnight and cold have done with some food.

Quiet, clean and extremely convenient for a 6am flight. Literally come down the elevator, go around the corner (stay inside) and you're in the terminal, minutes from checkin and security.

We stayed at the Sheraton at Bradley Airport prior to an early morning flight. The room was clean, the showers were hot, and the location was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone with an early flight.

We had a 6:00 a.m. flight, so decided to try this hotel. All worked out fine. Quiet room for an airport location. Comfortable and clean. Service at front desk was very friendly. Just a short walk right into the terminal in the morning..the best part of the stay. If we have to fly early again, we'll take advantage of this.

I was unable to get a straight answer by calling the hotel OR by speaking to the attendant when I checked in whether there was separate parking for the hotel from the airport garage. The suggestion was that it would cost the same, but it turns out I could have saved about $20 by parking in the hotel lot. Not happy about that.

Easy checkin. Terminal access w/o going outside. Room was good size with the usual amenities.

I stayed two weeks ago the day after the big snow storm. After calling to confirm, on the day of my stay, and told everything was ok, after my wife and I were dropped off at the door we found out there was no heat or light. We should have been told!

Enjoyed the convenience of the hotel being a part of the airport. No worries about a taxi or shuttle. Rooms were nice.

I find the Sheraton Bradley International Airport Hotel a great place to stay the night before an early morning flight. You can get up late, take a quick shower and be out the door and directly into the terminals for your flight. They often run specials that include onsite parking with one night stays.

If flying in and out of Bradley, it is perfect. A 5-minute stroll to airport security. Nothing special about the food (basic hotel fare at expensive prices). But for after our late-evening arrival and before our early-morning departure, it served the purpose beautifully.

This hotel is right on the airport but was very quiet. Not loud at all. Very clean. The only issue I had was the extra fee for parking per day.

Let's be clear here: The Sheraton is a great name but an average hotel. My bed was lumpy and uncomfortable! My main reason for staying here was because it was right next to the airport. Other than that, there really isn't much to say about this hotel.

Very convenient location; but a bit noisy. We could hear everything in the hallway, as well as kids next door. The heater was also very noisy. Bed was quite comfortable and bathroom very clean. One problem for me was what the linens and towels were washed with! I broke out in hives all over my face; and am wondering if hotel simply "bleaches" everything. […] ?? Uzziniet vairāk

Very convenient to the airport; ideal if you have an early flight out.

The sheets on both of the double beds were so small that they couldn't stay on the mattress. I think they were flat sheets instead of fitted sheets. after a short time sleeping I started waking up because the sheet was shifting out from under me and I was sleeping on the bare mattress. YUCK! JUST WHAT WE NEEDED FOR AN EARLY FLIGHT

THIS HOTEL IS GREAT IS YOU ONLY WANT TO GO TO THE HOTEL AND THE AIRPORT. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AROUND IT. THE SHUTTLE WAS BEING CLEANED WHILE WE WERE THERE SO WE HAD TO TAKE A CAB TO THE STORE. THE BRIGHT SPOT WAS THE LITTLE LOUNGE/BAR AREA IN THE HOTEL. THE STAFF IN THERE WAS WONDERFUL AND THE FOOD WAS GREAT!

Room was very clean and surprisingly quiet (given that the airport is literally next door!) I didn't use the pool but my daughter did and enjoyed it. My mother, my daughter, her boyfriend and I all came to the hotel for my sister's and nephew's double wedding, and the hotel was very accommodating (i.e. they brought a folding bed for my daughter's boyfriend […] so he didn't have to sleep on the floor, etc.) I would have preferred a coffee maker that made coffee in a pot (rather than only 1 cup at a time), but that's really the only negative thing I can think of to say about the room. The (somewhat pricey) breakfast buffet offered a large variety of items, but the food was rather the worse for having been kept hot (we ate at about 9:15AM); i.e. the maple syrup was very stringy, a little like cotton candy, and the French toast was hard. Very convenient if you are going out on an early flight. You are more relaxed.

The whole reason for the trip and the hotal stay was to let a little boy make some memories with his Grampie who is very ill amd his hotel fit the bill being right at the airport. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel; to friends and family.

Although this hotel is right in the airport area, it is built in such a way I did not hear planes flying overhead! Wonderfully convenient and the food at the restaurant was great.
