Although it was torrential rains the entire stay of our trip, we had a blast and mostly because of the great atmosphere and service at the palace! Definitely stay here!

Overall the hotel was very good. The only issue was that I reserved a room with two beds and upon arrival was told that the only room that was available was a room with one king bed right next to the lobby. Although the room was adequate the noise from the lobby was unacceptable at night.

If your looking to be pampered, this is the place to go!! Couldn't ask for better service and the accommodations were spotless...always someone cleaning the facilities. The staff was very friendly too. If your looking for an all-inclusive I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED the "Cozumel Palace" .

The best all-inclusive we have stayed in. The hotel staff bend over backwards to make sure you get everything you wish for. The rooms are perfect with great ocean view, food is descent and the staff is super friendly! I highly recommend it!

My boyfriend and I visited the Cozumel Palace for a short 3.5 day getaway and we could not have been more satisfied with our stay! The staff there is friendly and the service is impecable! There was always a server keeping a […] watchful eye incase our pina colada ran too low. It was clear that the staff wanted us to reap all the benefits that our "all-inclusive" package had to offer. We even received discounts at nearby Chankanaab National Park (where we swam with dolphins) just because we were staying at the Palace! Not to mention, that when we took the painless 45-minute ferry to Playa del Carmen, we enjoyed unlimited reciprocity at the Playacar Palace (i.e. drank and ate there for free as well). The snorkeling at the Cozumel Palace is also so easily accessible. Every time we passed by the front desk, at least one of the staff members would greet us by name. They overlook nothing at the here; from a diversely-stocked mini bar to the quality of the toiletries (all CHI hair products) to the mouth-wateringly delicious carne asada tacos to the nightly live poolside entertainment.The hospitality we received at the here felt genuine and enhanced our trip immensely. Our family enjoyed many great excursions courtesy of the $1500.00 room credits that we were provided as a promotional incentive. Our family of four was able to swim with dolphins, swim with stingrays, visit Chankanaab Park, go on a snorkeling adventure, take a ferry to Playa del Carmen for a day, and enjoy several spa treatments using the hotel credits. When an excursion was fully booked on a day we had requested the excursion for, the hotel staff made phone calls to try to request that businesses provide additional excursion times for that day. The $1500.00 room credit is, in itself, a great reason to stay at this hotel. Our family would highly recommend Cozumel Palace to anyone who wants a great vacation experience! I wrote a glowing review last year and returned this year as a result of an exceptional stay. But the hotel has really taken a downturn. The staff continues to try and be exceptional, but the resort fell very short. Check in and room reservations and complex and required about an hour on two separate occasions. They do not confirm two beds, and as […] a result we had a King Bed for two women. There were families of 4 who were stuck with one king bed. The quality of the food, with New Year's Eve dinner the exception, was quite poor and significantly worse than last year. The concierge never got back to me with a request to rent a boat, even after I stopped by three times. They advertise valet parking, but mostly there were no valets and no parking available. The music is loud and all 1980's stuff designed to try and make you have a good time. The shows in the evening were fun, but exceedingly amateurish. The best part of this vacation was the service. I've never been to an all-inclusive where the staff where so motivated to help and please. It made everything so relaxing, since every request was "yes"! Also, the resort credits made the week go by quickly - so much to do. Definitely recommend the hot-stone massage at the spa.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were treated very warmly and as if any need or want was important to each and every staff member of the resort. The recreational activities, Pool activity and nightly shows were fun and enjoyable.The scuba diving operation at the resort (Aqua Safari) was incredible, the dives were not crowded and the dive master took time to explain safety rules, depth, time and conservation concerns. They also reinforced my top personal scuba rule: Plan Your Dive, Then Dive Your Plan. Once in the water they pointed out interesting items and their underwater communication was near perfect. The rooms were very nice, cleaned daily, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. Cozumel Palace was the best and most luxury resort on Cozumel. That being said--it wasn't the best I have experienced however the food was amazing (Italian restaurant was to die for--try the Chicken Parm with pesto pasta--no joke I had it 3 times during our stay) the alcohol is always flowing, hotel water is purified and always bottled (no one got sick) […] and the staff is BEYOND friendly. They do go above and beyond and granting your wish is always "my pleasure". The infinite pool and swim up bar and lounge chairs was were most spend their days. Be aware--there is no "sandy beach" so if you are looking for that Cozumel is not the place for you but at the Palace you can jump directly into the ocean and snorkel--the water is crystal clear. I can't say enough great things about the staff and service at Cozumel Palace. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a great location to downtown shops, and we felt very safe going for a run outside in either direction (great boardwalks along the ocean). Best experience in a hotel by far!
