It was a perfect room for me and my wife and our anniversary getaway. Very courteous service. We had a blast!

Nice hotel. Would recommend it. A little annoyed they didn't tell us there was a $14 a day charge to park there!! Where are we suppose to park?!

Disneyland Park.

Great room, much better than expected. Felt like a suite, even though I booked the standard king room. It had a desk/office space plus a sofa/loveseat/coffee table combo in a very large room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was a little small, but overall I was very impressed.

I love this hotel. I have stayed here multiple times and it is always my choice when visiting disneyland. It is conveniently located across the street so you can drive in within minutes or hop on their free shuttle. The rooms are basic but the entire hotel is quite catle-esque. There are multiple courtyards and a pool, pictures of castles and a wall […] of fishtanks when you first walk in. The staff are always courteous and friendly. I haven't eaten here but they have restaurant options as well. The only downfall is hte 14 dollar charge to park your car per night. Uzziniet vairāk

The hotel was nice and clean and perfectly located near Disneyland - a 5 min shuttle ride-. However, their customer service really needs improvement, Upon checking in, we realized that there was really only 1 person helping people with their bags or providing information, if you could call it help at all. We asked the man, whom we never got his name, […] if he could get us a cart for our multiple bags. He sighed, rolled his eyes and said I don't know if I have any more you will just have to wait or figure something else out. HUH? We did finally get a cart and were told to bring it back - no please, just a wagging finger - This is the guy Shearton has greeting guests as they enter the hotel. I'm sure he's a good worker bee, but he should be behind closed doors and NOT interacting with customers. This same man also drives the shuttle to and from Disneyland. YIKES! Before he would let anyone enter the shuttle, he spoke to us like children telling us to put our kids on our laps and if you had strollers you couldn't get on until the stroller was collapsed. He even made parents with 2 small children wait until everyone, including people who came after they did, was on board before they could even attempt to load the shuttle. We had a bad experience with the hotel at breakfast, where they forced us to take the buffet, then yelled at us when I tried to take coffee back to my room. I'd never experienced such behavior from a Sheraton or any major change in my life. I complained to management and they were unconcerned.

The staff at the hotel were excellent with every question we had and after not being to S. CA in many years. We went to the parks to celebrate our engagement.....we are teenagers in 50 year old bodies. :) The breakfast staff is awesome, namely Z. There are more letters to his name but that is how it is pronounced. The only thing I would suggest it to […] put some softener in with the towels, especially the wash cloths. Spent two nights at the Sheraton Anaheim while visiting family members participating in a volleyball tournament at Anaheim Convention Center. The staff at the front desk where very professional and courteous. It seems to be their job to sell Disneyland, as this hotel is very near the entrance to the park. Our room was comfortable and spacious. However, […] the TV remote was mostly inoperable. My sister fell in the shower due to the lack of proper grip tape installed on the bottom of the tub. Thankfully she was not injured, but the hotel engineering staff that were summoned to reinstall the shower rod and curtain could have cared less. The real downfall of this hotel is the obvious mold/mildew smell in the hallways. You instantly know this is an old hotel the minute you walk thru the door. We awoke each morning very congested and with swollen eyes, most likely due to poor air quality from the mold. Not good. Uzziniet vairāk

While this is a very, very nice hotel and our room was great, if you use a wheelchair, do not bother getting a room here. The driver of the hotel's Disneyland shuttle left my wife and daughter stranded at the park after 10 p.m. on a cold night because he claimed that my pre-teen daughter's wheelchair, and my daughter herself, were too heavy for the […] lift in the antiquated bus. This took place even though earlier in the day, with a different driver, she had no problem getting onto the shuttle and the lift worked fine. The driver dismissed my suggestion that his bus' battery might be weak, and that he should have the motor on to use the lift (as the earlier driver had) and then he had the gall to tell us that if the lift were to break because of my daughter or her wheelchair, "there's going to be some trouble." My daughter's wheelchair is an FDA-approved medical device, an iBot motorized wheelchair. Buses with lifts, to be in compliance, must be able to transport guests in FDA-approved devices. The Sheraton's shuttle is a 1980s-era, maybe early 1990s at best, Ford Econoline-style van/bus. The bus did not have the federally mandated tie-downs to secure the wheelchair in place, even though it had the A-track on the floor for them. While the hotel staff apologized, and one staffer looked like he was about to cry when we described the story, nobody contacted us to discuss the incident in detail nor offered transportation alternatives or anything to make up for this big deficiency. My daughter ended up with nightmares overnight because of being left stranded and watching me leave her with her mom to find alternative transportation. If a hotel advertises having a wheelchair-accessible Disneyland shuttle, it should live up to it and have a functioning vehicle. It really is too bad, because this is a nice hotel and our room was big enough to handle her wheelchair, and the room-service food was good. My family was very pleased with this hotel. It was easy to find and very close to Disneyland. The Disney shuttle was right on time every time!! The hotel was very accommodating in finding us two rooms close together since we had our granddaughter and her parents with us. The Disney fireworks were also viewable from the front of the hotel. Ths hotel is not up to the standards of Starwood...not even close. The hotel is very old and should be bulldozed and rebuilt. There is no fair warning that the location is directly next to where Disney sets off their nighltly fireworks. Remember, I said where they set them off. The noise is so thunderous and disturbing every single night. When I called […] down to the front desk very upset, the clerk put me through to a manager who told me to check out if I didnt like it. The layout of the hotel was so confusing that even one of the maids could not find out room after almost 10 minutes of walking in circles. The selection of drinks in the bar was laughable. The cleanliness of the rooms and front office service was exceptional. Location is convenient as there is a shuttle bus. The ONLY problem is that the quality of the food in the hotel restaurant is NOT up to standard. We ate there twice and were VERY disappointed. Drops my rating from a 4 to a 3!

Comfortable room, nice staff. Our family went there for Disneyland and because this hotel had a shuttle but you still had to pay $11/day for parking at the hotel. Next time we will stay at a cheaper hotel that is really walking distance to the parks.

We enjoyed this hotel tremendously! Rooms are a good size and beds were comfy. Only thing I didn't like was bathroom was small. We will come again!

If they keep their prices down, this will be the hotel I stay at everytime I am in Anaheim... and being a Disney Annual Pass holder, I am there ALOT. In fact, I recommend special prices for Disney Annual Pass holders!

The shuttles the hotel provided to Disneyland were very convenient(every 30 minutes) and right on time. We used them several times a day and were very happy with that service. They dropped you off right at the gates for the parks so it was very easy to use. We had the family connector rooms and this was very convenient with the kids and gave us tons […] of room to spread out. The pool was pretty chilly so we couldn't really use it(February) but the hot tub was nice. The restaurant on site was very good. We ate there several times for dinner and it was a relaxed atmosphere which was nice for us with kids. They also have a great breakfast buffet that is convenient and quick which we also ate at several times. The onsite deli has a large variety of items for quick pick up and the arcade is fun for the kids. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The only downside would be that the front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful when we tried to ask them for help. Uzziniet vairāk

This hotel exceeded my expections. I stayed here for three nights ( feb 16-19) with my boyfriend and completely fell in love with it the minute I walked into the room. The room was huge! and had a flat screen tv and a nice big comfortable bed with lots of pillows! No weird stains or smells at all. Not complaining about the bathroom size considering […] I only used it to shower. Me being a girl, i loved that the closet was a huge mirror! I loved that the hotel looked like a castle and i felt like i was in medieval times while roaming the hotel outdoors. It was also very conveniently close to disneyland. On our second day we slept in and left the sign on the door and was left with a paper from house keeping that they skipped our room because our do not disturb sign was out. But surprisingly when we got back, our bed was made and new towels were given. This hotel was absolutely amazing for the price i paid and was completely worth it. You will not be disappointed, i can promise you that. I definitely plan to book this hotel every time I visit disneyland now! Uzziniet vairāk

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel, however, is in serious need of some updating. You are also right next to where Disneyland ignites their fireworks, so be prepared for the explosions! The shuttle to and from Disneyland was awesome. Hope they decide to update the rooms before next year's Disneyland trip.

The staff was very friendly. Walking distance to the park, we missed the shuttle by a couple of minutes so instead of waiting 30 minutes we decided to walk with our 6 year old son. It took us about 15 minutes, not bad at all. The room we had was very large and clean. Bathroom is a little small, but who cares! Room service was quick and the breakfast […] buffet was pretty good. The best part was the easy access to the front door and parking lot. The staff is very helpful as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent hotel, Disneyland was within walking distance (1/2 mile). Only complaint was with the parking fee, Hotels.com web site showed free parking, but the hotel would not honor this.

The Hotel was great for the most part. We were disappointed with a couple of aspects however. The toilet in our room was not flushing properly and we reported it early in our stay. The problem persisted throughout our stay to have the think back up and flood a mess. Even after this mess it still did not work properly. Very dissappointing. i think the […] plumbing is just too old. Cosmetic changes to a hotel do not make for restoration fo the plumbing pipes. The room across the hall flooded due to a roof leak, and resulted in reroofing areas of the hotel while we were there. The early morning noise of the men at work was a little annoying. Central computors for guest use had a problem. Apparently a virus had infected the machines and after fighting with trying to log in for 30 minutes had the front desk advise that the machines were down. A simple sign on the machines indicating they were down would have saved this frustration. We were disappointed in this Sheraton Branded property. had to pay 14.00 to park even though we were staying at this hotel. The food was terrible . the thermastat for the heater did not work and we woke up at 1:oo am and the room was 83 degrees.

Great big rom with confortable beds. Free shuttle to Disneyland was very convenient.

The hotel staff was went out of their way to make our stay very memorable. We will stay there again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed near Disneyland and was very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. We booked thinking Sheraton would be great but the name didn't meant the standards. The sheets on the bed were super rough and crisp. The seats on the shuttle bus had holes and were falling apart. We differently will not stay here again or recommend […] this hotel. Uzziniet vairāk

I left my A/C on during the day so that when I returned the room would be cold. I returned to my room at 1:15 am and the room was at 91 degrees! I was not able to adjust the temperature so I called guest services so they can send someone up to repair it. Unfortunately I was told that there is only 1 air conditioning unit for the entire building and […] maintenance had it set to be on heat. I was told there is nothing they can do and the only solution was to open my window. I had no choice but to turn off the unit since it was just sending out hot air and open my window which then made it a very noisy night!!!! Uzziniet vairāk

This hotel is walking distance to Downtown Disney & Disney. The rooms are large and comfortable but relatively basic. We found the stay comfortable and convenient. We had no issues and would definitely stay here again when visiting Disneyland.

Horrible service at the hotel restaurant

The service at check in was great. The room was clean and very spacious. the bed linens were very hard and almost had a plastic feel. not very comfortable. after checking out, our credit card was charged for the stay which was already paid in advance through hotels.com which was a bit annoying. It took a few days for the credit to be given.

Very nice hotel. Great Staff. Only downside, they need additional help in the deli. Generally, only one person working, we waited for over 15 minutes to buy 2 drinks.
