This hotel is the ideal location on Bukit Bintang. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is great and the service is excellent. Free internet is a bonus. Room and amenities were good though the bathroom is in need of upgrade. There is minor water leakage from the shower base but this is a common problem with many hotels.

Big rooms, great service, really well located next to modern shops (Pavillion). Heaps of food choices nearby from food stalls to up market restaurants and everything in between. Walking distance to KLCC (but footpaths in KL are a bit dodgy and pedestrians are not a priority to drivers). Breakfast spread in hotel is excellent. Great pool.

We were visiting KL for the first time with our 1 year old daughter, who is excitable and very energetic at the quietest of times so we did not know what to expect. The staff at Grand Millennium could not have been more friendly or attentive to our daughter, we did wonder if they were going to let us leave :) We will definitely be going back

A number of hotels in KL make you feel like royalty despite wearing shorts and sandals and this one does too at a great price. I had a week here in May 2010 and found it to be very well run and clean. I believe it's been fairly recently rebranded and perhaps some of the rooms have been renovated with that changeover. As KL is constantly growing there […] are building sites everywhere and rooms at the front of this hotel were noisy due to building works on the opposite side of the road so we asked for a room at the back of the hotel overlooking the pool and it was very peaceful. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's right next door to the latest world-class shopping centre to be built in KL, The Pavillion ,with a brilliant massive foodcourt in the basement, 1000s of shops and bars and restaurants and other entertainment too. Older shopping centres are still minutes walk away as well as a monorail stop. The hotel has free wifi in the lobby, a popular club on the first floor too. I'd stay there again without a doubt. Only stopped 1 night on this visit...but great location, handy for lots of the nightlife, retaurants etc. of KL. Hotel bar v.expensive...but numerous bars and restaurants in the area.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were very polite and efficient. The gym facilities were the best I have seen and the pool was clean and comfortable and made you forget you were in the middle of the city. Overall we loved this hotel and would highly recommend it.

This is a nice hotel in a great location - close to shops and to transport. The price was good, my room was very nice, pool was great and the breakfast comprehensive. Service was always (with one exception) excellent. I was given 2 'free' extras at check-in which I was not expecting - a 10 min massage and 3 pieces of laundry. So I took advantage of […] both. At check-out, I was charged for the laundry, which of course I objected to. The aweful young man on the check-out desk treated me like a criminal, finally "allowing" me not to pay for the laundry on advice from a superior - though he clearly did not believe that I had not, in fact, tried to rip off his hotel. Perfect location in Bukit Bintang area. Right in middle of shopping and entertainment district. Hugely impressive lobby, fast check-in and very friendly staff. The hotel is very accessible to public transportation, Bintang walk (shops), Petronas towers and a beautiful upscale mall. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. It was a very good value for the money.

Even though hotel looks a bit old !however service of the peoples are good ! very passion ! if they can change the T.V to a LCD tv will be even better!

The hotel is located at a busy area of Bukit Bintang and within walking distance of a metro station, shopping malls(Pavilion is just next door), and Petronas Tower. The hotel was ok, but not a 5 star maybe 3 to 4 stars. Location was great, but the room a bit old. Food was terrible. We were planning on having room service for breakfast everyday, but after the first day we stopped. The dinner buffet was also terrible, we were the only people there from 7pm to 8pm, I felt rip off considering the price. The cushion […] pillows were very dirty, had black stains on them, the hot water pot was also very dirty. I would probably pay a little more next time and stay at the Western. When we left the hotel going to the airport, the bellboy called a taxi for us and told us to pay a price of 80 ringgit to the taxi, telling me it was a special deal and not use the meter. He had put my luggage into the cab already so I just said fine eventhough I only paid 56 rm from the airport to the hotel. I felt like he took advantage of us. So I left the hotel with a very negative feeling. Would NOT stay here again. I will be calling on the GM to voice my complaints about the bellboy. Travelers beware - Dishonest bellboy, do not trust. Hotel location is nearby the railway. Many restaurants & shopping mall in this area. The hotel service is great, especially the breakfast. It's delicious & have much choices.

Hotellet ligger perfekt til med 5 store shoppingsentre innen en radius på ca 100m. Det er også taxi-holdeplass for både budget og executive taxi's like utenfor hotellet, samt kort vei til monorail'en. Hotellet ligger altså så sentralt som det går an å komme. 조식과 위치가 좋다는 평을 읽고 신청을 했는데요.. 우선 조식은 정말 좋았답니다.. 빵이 참 맛있었고..종류도 굉장히 많았어요.. 아침도 아시아 인들도 먹을 수 있는 것들을 많이 준비해둬 좋더라구요.. 하지만 위치는.. 넘 중심가이다보니..좀 많이 시끄럽더라구요.. 제 방이 9층이었는데 새벽 3시까지 공연때문에 시끄러웠어요.. 호텔 시설은 좀 낡은 감이 있었고.. 엘리베이터를 탈땐 호텔 키인 카드를 넣지 않고선 엘리베이터가 움직이지 않아 무척이나 개인적인 공간이 중요시된다는 느낌을 받았어요.. 리셉션의 인도인들의 발음은 좀 알아듣기 힘들었고.. 인도인들의 표정은 매우 지쳐 있었어요.. 조식만 아니라면 전 이스타나를 […] 추천하고 싶네요.. 5ツ星ホテルとあって、スタッフの方の対応の良さは抜群でした。日本人の女性スタッフの方もとても素敵な方でした。大満足です！ クラブラウンジに宿泊したのですが、 朝食のレストランは、１Ｆレストランの方が種類が多く断然よかったです。 また、喫煙の部屋があるので、喫煙者にはありがたいです。 次回また機会があれば必ずお世話になります！！！

Ligger i centrum och är nära precis till allt. Gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter samt till stora shoppingcenter. Hotellet har en mycket fin lobby, fina och rena rum samt en underbar frukost.

A nice, friendly central located hotel in the heart of KL. Just next to everything, but still a pieceful oasis with a nice swimmingpool, excellent restaurants and a popular nightclub.
