loved the outdoor areas provided for smokers...they were comfy and not just a bench an ashtray......like an outdoor living space....and the room sewrvice food was excelllllant...so good wish i had some now....the bed was so comfortable wish i could have brought it with me

Great experience!! I had made a mistake in my reservation by not booking enough beds for the number of people in my family. The clerk was extremely helpful in getting us another room that would accomodate us.

The hotel was convenient to the airport but construction on the highways made it inconvenient to get downtown. We had requested a king room, but we were given a room with two double beds. When I questioned the double bed room, I was told that a hotels.com or expedia reservation only guarantees a room not the type. I was also told that if we had booked […] directly with Marriott that we would have had a guaranteed king room. The best deal for this hotel is the "Stay for Breakfast" option. The breakfast buffet was very good and there was the option of ordering from the menu rather than doing the buffet. The indoor pool was inviting. My only complaint with this hotel is the bathroom had no exhaust fan. The mirror fogged up and it got extremely hot which made it uncomfortable when trying to get ready for the day.

Very tired and worn out looking. The lobby looked nice but the room I had was very tired looking and outdated. The bathroom door was an old wooden sliding door that I couldn't close.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The waiters/waitresses were very friendly, the food was delicious, beds were very comfortable, and the rooms, pool, workout room, lobby and restaurant were all very clean.

Had a great stay! Service is second to none! Will definitely stay there again. The shuttle driver that took us to and from the airport even had bottled water for us on 100+ degree days.

This hotel was suburb!! We usually stay at the embassy suites cool springs because of the buffet. Th is hotel has it all outdoor pool ,big workout area and a top of the line 4 star breakfast buffet . The beds were crisp and clean ...

We expected this to be your typical "airport" hotel, but to our surprise it was quiet and very well kept. The restaurant had a beautiful view of tall trees and sky, felt like you were out in the country. Loved it!

Our cleaning lady was very nice & greeted us each day & made sure we were taken care of. They didn't have any free continental breakfast or lobby coffee. We did like the pool & workout room. We had a great time visiting downtown Nashville!

The hotel and room was very comfortable. The indoor pool is nice, clean towels available. The only concern we had was that we could not get our room cooled down and there isn't a vent in the bathroom. Overall it was a great experience and we will return.

"Enjoyable Stay"
My stay was satisfactory. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was very polite and helpful. You would thing for the price that they would have a fridge and microwave in the room so you could have a place to store your leftovers from a night of dining out. Overall, a great hotel and I would recommend it to my friends.

Hotel was family friendly and our kids enjoyed the planes flying over head. There is a location within 10 mins. where you can drive to watch the planes landing and taking off. Hotel staff was friendly and great to deal with and they made us feel welcome. Upon arrival they allowed our kids to pick a treasure out of the treasure chest in the lobby to […] keep and play with. Went to Nashville for the CMA Music Festival. had a hard time finding a hotel downtown at a reasonable price - we booked late. To our surprise, the Nashville Marriott Airport Hotel was very convenient to downtown. The hotel was clean, the room was very comfortable and well appointed. "Lacking a little"
For the price I expected at least a refrigerator in the room..... Also there are no bathroom fans controlled by the guest. This causes the bathroom to be very steamy and sticky following a shower.
