Ramada Lancaster Hotel — Lancaster

The motel itself was in good condition but the rooms were not cleaned the way they should have been . Only received 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 4 people did not exchange the empty roll of toilet paper and childrens jewlery was taken . Breakfast was ok but more waffle makers would have been nice and some fruit should be added .

Made our annual trip to sight and sound theatre and thought we would stay at Ramada. As we drove home from the show many people standing out side smoking and very loud in and out of the lobby.Front desk could not give us change for snack machines,The front desk clerk could not help us with directions, and was not very friendly. Change machine were broke […] and we were un-able to get change unless we bought a drink at the bar.The atmosphere was more like a night club not for a family........Thanks but we could not recommend this to our friends as place for their families to stay..... Though the price of the room was cheap...you do get what you pay for. The hotel was conveniently located to the outlet shops, which is why we went to Lancaster in the first place. But the cleanliness of the hotel was not as good as it could have been. I gave it a three because it wasn't bad enough to complain about considering what we paid for the room, […] but the faucet in the bathroom looked like someone was careless about cleaning it and only swirled the toothpaste from the last guest around. There was a little mold beginning to grow in the corner of the ceiling above the shower. And there was a funny smell in the hallway that seemed to be there the whole time we stayed at the hotel...which was only one night. We checked in early the day we arrived. Horrible hotel wouldn't recommend!!! So cold in room u could see ur breath!!! Asked for another room & wouldn't give me another room. Had 8 blankets on bed first night!!!! Bar @ hotel & people not staying @ hotel will take parking spaces to hang out @ bar in hotel. Left hotel after first night. This hotel needs major work & new employees & over all […] HEAT!!!! As for handicapped access, there is a lift but it doesn't work. Staff lied about it. Pool was nice enough. Hotel has potential but needs major renovations and new staff.

I arrived to find that I did not have a king bed as requested. I was on the road when email was sent. Hotel needs to be refreshed. the room was either too hot or too cold. the refrigerator needed defrosting. the beds were comfortable.

The hotel has great potential and is in the center of activities. However, the hotel is in dire need of a total renovation from the hallways to the rooms. The elevator needs to be either totally renovated or replaced. The staff were very cordial and provided great service in spite of the appearance of the hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient. The room had not been updated/remodeled. If I had paid full price, I would have been upset. There are less expensive, cleaner accomodations nearby.

It was the worse hotel i"ve ever stayed at. It was filthy, The door was srewed together so you coul'nt go out on the bwlcony. You coulwent off, The room was so cold because th door had no seal around it ,therefore the room sounded like it was on the highway, noisy and cold,I've thrown better towels away then they gave us. good thing we brought our own, […] we had to use our beach towels to dry with.So I give it a 1 only because there was noyhing lower Uzziniet vairāk

Check in took 1 hour. there were two people working the desk, answered the phone while checking people in. Very run down hotel, cracked concrete on balcony. Shower water pressure very weak. would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

i hotel was very nice it been my second year staying there, it does need fixing under the balconyies , and our phone in our room wouldn't dial out other than that we were please with the service and will come back again

never again! While this hotel certainly was near (right across the street) from Dutch Wonderland even that couldn't make up for it... When we arrived there was a wedding at the hotel, the wedding guests took ALL the parking spaces, they were setting off fireworks in the parking lot, had a HORSE and a van blaring music so loud you couldn't think. You […] would think that these things would be unnacceptable at a hotel.. but not here! Also, the TV reception was aeful when I called the front desk I was told that the reception in the room that I was in as well as a few others were bad and she was "sorry." and then to cap it all off they charged me $82.00 on my mastercard for what Im not even sure yet since I was told the ONLY person who can help me works from 11pm-7am, Do NOT stay here.
