Embassy Suites Perimeter Center — Atlanta

Enjoyed the stay. Pool area was flooded during our stay. But wasn't closed off.

The Embassy Suites at Perimeter Center was in a great secluded location, yet close enough to the nearby shops and mall. The service was very nice and the hotel staff is awesome! I will be a returning customer!

Great hotel easy check-in and its right across the street from the mall

The hotel was consistent with all standards that I have come to expect from Embassy Suites.

This hotel was clean, well maintained, and perfectly situated for both business and pleasure. The indoor heated pool and hot tub along with an up to date exercise room made time there enjoyable. The down […] side, the sleeper sofa was about ready for a mattress upgrade and the hotel must have had a way of blocking my Verizon wireless card for my computer because I could receive a signal outside the hotel, but as soon as I walked in the signal disappeared...forcing you to pay for internet access if you wanted to go on line while in the hotel. Our stay at Embassy Suites was wonderful. It was a great value and a fun time for the whole family. The room was wonderful, with two double beds and a pull out sofa- each child has his own place to sleep. The indoor heated pool and hot tub was nice as was the cook to order breakfast that was all included in the price of the room.

We have stayed at this Embassy Suites on business before. This time the service was not as efficient and smooth as last time. We arrived early at the hotel and while we could not check in yet, we were told our rooms would be saved for us for a late check in. We arrived back at the hotel after 8 pm and were told ours rooms had not been held and that […] we were lucky to get any at all since the hotel was over booked. The young lady behind the counter informed us that the people in line behind us would not even get a room. The moral of this story is don't be late to check in or you may not get a room. We recently stayed at the Embassy Suites at the Perimeter in Atlanta. We were very impressed with the remodeled hotel and the wonderful staff including the friendly bartender for the free drinks. We were upgraded to the top floor with a great view of Stone Mountain and downtown Atlanta. We definately make it a point to always come back to this hotel […] when we want to get away from home!! This hotel is beautiful!! The room was very spacious, clean, and so comfortable! Jamel at the front desk was extremely helpful when we check in because our son had gotten sick in the car. He told us to let him know if there was anything he could do to help. The hot tub was relaxing and the manager's reception was excellent! Breakfast was out of this […] world! Great hotel. Will be much better when they finally offer free wireless, or at least only one charge per room.

This hotel is conveniently located but in need of updating. Bathroom grout was moldy, mattress was soft and front desk said they'd put a board under it- and they never did. Furnishings are meant to look modern but rust colored sofa with coarse fabric was not so nice and bed linens weren't so great either. We'll look for another place next time.

LOVED THE MANAGER'S HAPPY HOUR...PLUS AFTER DRINKS, YOU CAN HAVE THE SHUTTLE TAKE YOU TO DINNER OR THE MALL ACROSS THE STREET.

We always stay at this Embassy Suites and love it. However, this time we stayed the cleaning crew left our room door open the entire day! Luckily, nothing seemed to be missing. The people at the front desk SEEMED like they were going to be helpful in resolving this issue, but as I suspected, nothing was ever done to compensate us. Enjoyed free Happy Hour and always the free made to order breakfast .

I was very pleased with everything!!! The customer service was just awesome!! Everytime I come to Atlantia I will be staying here if there is availabilty

After driving through the Atlanta traffic on a rainy night, I arrived at the Embassy Suites off of GA400. The hotel was exactly as others had rated it---clean, friendly and comfortable. All 3 elevators were operational, the staff was very nice and most of all, the room & bathroom were clean and in great condition. I will stay here again!

The hotel was fantastic it is close to the perimeter mall and many eating locations. The hotel was very wel kept and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was also nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I only stayed one night but I thoroughly enjoyed it and wish I could have stayed longer. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Hotel was very convenient to my business location, breakfast was nice to have but too bad the WiFi was not free.

Would highly recommend this hotel. When I wanted to change rooms because it smelled of cigarettes (suppose to be a non-smoking room), they changed rooms without hesitation. The shuttle service was a great and handy feature, and thoroughly enoyed the made to order complimentary breakfast.

Think about it like this, when going to Atlanta many people want to go and see the attractions. These attractions are normally downtown where hotels charge guests to park. At the Embassy Suites in the Perimeter Center you're walking distance to shopping and the best restaurant I've ever been to before. We were in Atlanta on a family weekend getaway and this hotel offered the amenities we were looking for at a reasonable price. The only 2 things that made our stay less than excellent were that the elevators were being repaired while we were there and my husband and I both thought the bed was too soft.

Wonderful stay at the Embassy, especially for the price I paid for a six sleeper suite through Hotels.com. Very quick, no-hassle check-in by professional front desk staff. My family, which includes small children and teens, liked the clean, spacious facility and indoor pool. I liked the easy parking. And we all enjoyed the extensive complimentary breakfast. […] Our suite was a little tight for six, but, it's not like we spent a lot of time there anyway. The surrounding area appears very upscale, has great restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and is a reasonable 25 minutes or so to both Stone Mountain and Six Flags, our destinations. I had a great time this weekend! This hotel was great for the price and the location was fantastic!! the breakfast buffet was very busy because it was really good and the free appetizers during happy hour was a plus! I don't drink but they have drinks and soda for the whole family. I am very picky about hotels and cleanliness so I give this one an A+! […] You can walk to everything and the restaurants/malls are very close by for convience! My Hubby and I really enjoyed ourselves at ESP...upon walking into the beautiful lobby, I already knew I was going to love it here...we loved the layout of the room...it felt like we were in a cozy studio apartment. The staff was so nice especially in the hotel dine in area...the hotel food was amazing! The quesadilla was better than the cheesecake […] factory! The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Even though was full due to several family reunions going on our room was quiet and very comfortable. We booked our stay through hotels.com and the price was good.But when we got ready to leave we did not go the front desk to leave our key since we did not have any extra charges we thought. Three […] days later as I was checking my bank statement there were two charges on to the hotel. One was for $10 and the other for $40. We came to Atlanta for my mother's 50th Birthday and even though this hotel is outside of Atlanta it is in a nice upscale area! The hotel provides shuttles rides within a 3 mile radius and pick you back up as late as 11pm. My mother enjoyed the indoor pool and hot jacuzzi early in the morning! Followed by the hotel's hot and fresh to cook breakfast! […] Shout out to Chris! Who made everyone's breakfast experience AWESOME! Making sure we all have everything fresh and hot! Thanks for those hot potatoes Chris! :o) The indore atrium in the center of the hotel surrounding all the rooms was different but it made me feel safer! Oh and I can't forget my mother's favorite part about the hotel! They have happy hour from 5:30 to 7:30 pm with free drinks and light snacks! That bean dip was AWESOME! Bathroom was not exceptionally clean - there were whiskers/hair clippings from the previous guest in the shower soap dish when I arrived - they were not cleaned up on the second day of my stay either.

I enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites. I have stayed in the Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro Tennessee in the passed. I gave my daughter a sleepover for her birthday and I did not like the sofa bed but the hotel was wonderful overall. I am still not disappointed with our stay at the Atlanta location. This place was great except for the guests from a family reunion who were very loud until 2:00a.m. We complained twice before they finally went to their own rooms instead of the lobby.

I found the hotel to be average, at best. I expected better quality service, better quality rooms (the room looks old), more comfortable beds/sofas, better quality breakfast. The hotel was also very noisy. I would not rate thisa hotel at 3.5 stars. I would give it 2.5 to 3 stars at the most. I am diappointed overall.

Overall my hotel stay was great. The hotel is in a great location. It is fairly new and the room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The complimentary made to order breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

Enjoyed my stay. Hotel was very clean and I would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at numerous Embassy Suites in various states and this one was top-notch. The beds were extra cozy. The plush comforter made me feel like I was @ home. The flat screen TV's were great too. The cook-to-order breakfast is always great but they had TURKEY SAUSAGE for us non-pork eaters. I loved it.

This was a great hotel!!!!! Me and my boyfriend went on a weekend getaway and this location was perfect!!! The staff even transports is to and from the marta station, where we were able to go downtown to tour the sites. The breakfast was amaZing!!! We woke up some mornings just for the breakfast. This hotel was well worth the money. It was so much more than I could have expected. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were outstanding in terms of space, cleanliness and comfort.
