Fairfield Inn by Marriott Lancaster — Lancaster

Hotel should be closed when under renovations. Saws cutting the floor tile were on and could not hear yourself speak in the lobby. Breakfast was terrible. They were cutting floor tile and all the tile dust was in the breakfast room. I should have been told renovations were being done. Very disappoint in Marriott.

Since the last time I stayed here, the hotel has had a "face lift" and the new rooms were very well appointed and clean. They are still working on the 2nd floor which was off limits to guests.

Very friendly staff and spacious comfortable room.

From the helpfulness and friendliness of the desk staff, to the comfort of rooms and incredibly well-done breakfast, I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Everything was clean, the staff was great, and the food selections some of the best I've had at included continental breakfasts. They even keep hot beverages available 24 hours. This hotel needs to be remodeled but I hear they are in the process of doing this. My favorite part about the hotel is that the rooms are very clean. However, the rooms are not very romantic. It is better for a business trip.

My stay with the Lancaster Mariott was quite enjoyable. The staff members were friendly, especially the young lady who checked me in. Regarding the breakfast in the morning, anything free is nice! :0) However, I felt that it lacked feeling and was a bit bland. A little meat, like a sausage or peice of ham would have been nice, but I suppose the definition […] of continental breakfast varies from place to place. Regarding privacy, I noticed that my bill was printed on recycled paper, which I appreciated. However, the recicled paper used had another guests billing information on it. I found this to be a serious breach of privacy on the hotels part and it needs to be addressed immediatly! On the whole, I enjoy Marriott and will be back in the future. Thank you for the service! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Not far from outlet shopping. I would stay there again.

Just what you would expect from this class of hotel. The front desk was very helpful in suggesting a place to eat....found an out of the way pub...and got directions for us. No surprises....When you get what you expect...Everything is good Stay here

Hotel Room was very clean. Hotel staff were very polite and courteous, and helpful with local directions. Breakfest was good, you could make your own waffle.

Only issue was I could not get a receipt from the cashier..had booked thru a third party.

Very good hotel, excellent customer service (professional employees), the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good compare to others. It was very nice & a wonderful experience, they have a pool for adults and children. I will recommend any one to stay.

The room I had was quite sufficient. The bed was comfortable enough, although the pillows weren't exactly fluffy. The room was neat and clean, as well as the bathroom/shower. The cost of the room for what I received was a very good deal. My only complaint (not really a complaint, but for lack of a better word...) would be that the choices of channels […] on the TV are extremely limited. I would recommend this hotel to a business man who wants a basic hotel. A bed and a shower. I would not however, recommend this hotel to vacationers. It was clean, but rooms were small and not many amenities. The breakfast was not great at all and the set up didn't allow for easy access to the food. The coffee was horrible. Very clean, beds were comfy, loved all the pillows. Would recommend, would return.

Had a nice stay. Rooms clean and neat. Staff was very nice.

In that part of town, this hotel definately brought luxury to the countryside...Im enjoyed my overnight stay. The staff was helpful, and very friendly... Another thing that was great I arrived early and I was allowed to check in early.. If I ever come to that part of Pennsylvania again I would not stay anywhere else....

Große Zimmer, in denen auch vier Personen gut nächtigen können. Hilfsbereites Personal Frühstück relativ viel Auswahl, allerdings wenig Platz für eine größere Gruppe, Schlangestehen am Toaster und die Tische wurden vor den folgenden Gästen nicht gesäubert.
