Great Hotel! Very clean, great service. The only issue was there is no elevator to the second floor rooms. My wife had knee surgery and is unable to do stairs yet. No king rooms were available like we had reserved on the first floor so we were put into a smaller more crowded double queen. I have stayed at the Biltmore numerous times and have been satisfied with the quality and service. During this last stay, I saw they had ordered new couches for the tower suites and the table coverings have been updated for the conference I attended. It's great to see the changes the hotel are making to keep it fresh and new.

There is nothing in particular wrong with this place, but there is nothing special about it either. It is basically an overpriced motel.If you need to stay right there, it is fine. If you don't, you can probably do better.

This hotel is has a nice visual appearance, nice courtyard, and is centrally located in Santa Clara. The downside to the stay was a delayed check in. More importantly, I specifically asked for a delayed check out (which was kindly granted), however, even with the do not disturb sign on the door, and the delayed check out, at 9:30 a.m. housekeeping began […] pounding on the door. When I told them I was still in the room they hounded me for a time when I would be checking out. The whole purpose of the hotel stay and the delayed check out was to get some sleep. Rooms are somewhat outdated with outdoor access but in California that doesn't seem to be as big a deal. And the overall feel of the hotel is good and very friendly and helpful staff. Also room service was very good!

The hotel consists of an inside tower with suites (I didn't get to see those), but if anything like the lobby area, should be very nice, and an outside "terrace section" where I was booked, which was more like a motel. Disclaimer: personal stay, a former SJ Area native - so I know the area well. While the Biltmore is in an excellent location and perfectly fine for business, and they cater to holiday parties and weddings, when one travels with kids and/or a toddler, there are specific things one looks for. Our tower suite had a clear room divider between the bedroom […] and living area, but the door would not properly close/lock. The heater in our room was problematic: either too warm, or not functional. Temps were in the 40s and 50s outside, and it only would register 70 degrees. And traveling with a toddler and/or a younger child who is on a flexible eating schedule, it would have been nice to have a room with a mini fridge and microwave to avoid waste or over-spending at restaurants. But despite any of this, great rates, easy access to all SF Bay Area cities and freeways, helpful and friendly staff. Did not dine onsite. I would recommend the Biltmore. Uzziniet vairāk

We went here on a business trip to visit Intel. It was very convenient and close to Intel and the hotel had a lot of amenities. That said it has a "your grandma's living room" circa 1985 feel to the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel itself also has an accompanying geriatric smell - and I'm not sure where it comes from. Wonderful stay, it was odd that on Saturday suddenly I could hear the airplane noise one morning, not sure why. Every other day was great. Maybe there was some local traffic that flew really low? Didn't bug me because it began after I was awake, and I will stay here again next time I am in town.

We chose the Biltmore because they offered shuttle service to the nearby hotel and our daughter was flying in. Unfortunately what was not clearly stated was that the shuttle service has very restrictive hours. As a result my daughter had to get a cab on her own to meet us there.

The only problems I came across was my breakfast tickets. The site I booked my reservation through was to blame. But at the same time your staff didn't give suggestions on how to resolve the issue. The other problem was my daughter left her camera and I called 3 times and still haven't herd back from housekeeping. I would like to get a call saying yes […] or no if they found the camera. When checking in, I found that my 86 year old father and I had been placed on the second floor in the courtyard that had no elevator. The clerk found new accommodations for us that were wonderful.

the place is great. Breakfast is too expensive. you can eat for less at a regular resturant choosing the most expensive selection, than eating at the hotel. But it is convient there.
