another hotel without a working hot tub, hotel was very noisy with groups going at it all night and was waken up every hour by a different group. Staff had a very carefree attitude when we complained about the noise and did not even come out to investigate. I had to ask they groups to be quiet. There honestly was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. The staff were all amazing, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and soup for dinner were outstanding, I mean c'mon...where else are you going to get an mazing hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy, bacon, waffles, scrambled eggs (there were omlettes one day even) included […] in your stay. There were 2 types of soup everyday, but if you're going during a busy time when there are a lot of guests staying there....you will probably not get any soup. There were people carrying 4 bowls of soup back to their rooms. The rooms were clean, the bed was super comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights, my husband myself and our dog. The hotel staff were so welcoming to our dog, we asked for a room close to a door and we were literally right at a door. It was a little noisy from time to time with people coming in and out but its to be expected. The mall is literally RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET from Holiday Village, ROSS, Big Lots! and anything else you could ever want if you're going shopping. We were just a short 8 minute or so drive from the most amazing dog park we have ever been to, if you travel with pets PLEASE check this place out. There were cracker crumbs in one of the beds, and some urine spots around the toilet upon check in, but the staff were very apologetic and took care of it immediately. The pool was a little on the cold side, but the hot tub was big and hot. The free breakfast was very good.

Beds were clean and comfortable, free breakfast was very good with bacon, eggs, waffles, cereal and pastries and more. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even had the Easter Bunny there and an Easter egg hunt for the kids, would stay there again.

Decent rooms. Comfortable beds. Served a good breakfast and had soup in the evenings. Friendly staff. Large area around the pool with lots for kids to do. All for a decent price.

This hotel was very dirty/run down. A thick coat of paint does not hide everything you think it does. The pool was disgusting and was so milky/cloudy you couldn't see your own hands in front of you. Our room didn't get cleaned until 5pm and I use the term "cleaned" lightly. The breakfast staff was very rude and seemed annoyed that people would actually […] come eat the free breakfast. Also it was very noisy and the hotel seemed short staffed or ill equipped to deal with all the people staying there. The only helpful person there was the maintenance man and he was run off his feet both nights we were there. ok for old hotel ,shady creatures around the place but also kids and families all sorts of people in this joint staff was friendly.this place would be in the working man class of stay, not bad but definatily not great.would go back, only if i really had too.this is a two star hotel.

Rooms are great. You can stay near the pool or away from it. Nice to have sink seperate from bathroom. Great breakfast. Park near your room.

The lady working the breakfast area was yelling at everyone. Consequently we left without breakfast. The fan in our room ran very loudly all night with no way to turn it off. Room was clean.

Townhouse Inn has been a great place to stay for me and my family. List last trip was for christmas shopping. Its location was very well placed for the trup! Looking forward to bringing the kids in the near future.

The hotel is located centrally to the main shopping area. However our stay was marred the number of children running roit till well past midnight whilst parents were no where in sight. Despite repeated requests to hotel mangement no action was taken and our stay was ruined. If you want a peaceful night rest avoid this hotel unless you are one of those […] families who have rude and noisy children, then crack on it is perfect. What a great place to stay! The room is spacious. The sink being outside the bathtub/shower/toilette area is ideal. The open courtyard with the pool, hot tub, and games is large and inviting. Breakfast was very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We were there for Black Friday shopping and I have to say that after dragging our children through stores it was a breath of fresh air to return to the hotel. The amenities on the common area kept our children busy and happy. The hotel is older but renovated and comfortable. It is the add ons I liked. News paper in the room, lap desk and recliner chair. I stayed here recently and it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is a little dated and the bathtub in our room could have been cleaner. The breakfast was fabulous. Overall a pleasant stay would definitely recommend this hotel, great value for the price.

The hotel is obviously very old and not very well maintained. The carpet in our room was very loose, and you could see ripples in it. Arrived at the hotel and desk staff was friendly. We were very early so our room was not ready (check in is at 3pm and it was just before lunch). The room was in excellent condition and plenty of towels for all 4 of us. Room had a microwave, fridge and large plasma/lcd tv with satellite tv. The room also had a sofa with a sofa bed. There was more then enough room for the 4 of us. Only thing we were advised of was to stay away from the second floor around the courtyard poolside area as the chlorine smell is quite strong. Our room was on the outside edge of the building with an exit door conveniently next to the parking lot. This door was 24/7 unlocked by your room card.
