Alliance Hotel Brussels Expo — Brussels

The hotel is truly awful. Firstly it still has the signs up from when it was a holiday inn franchise. ( I recon they lost it for being so bad) so you walk up and down the road trying to find it. Why the couldn't just stick a bit of paper on, before they change the signs, to let you know I have no idea. The receptionists just don't car all galic shrugs. […] The room must have had a few parties with water stains all on the floor. Down for dinner. I was 4 mins early but couldn't go into the empty restaurant as it wasn't 7.30 yet. when I got their was presented with a menu of either steak duck or fish. That's it nothing else. Of to bed the up again to get rid of all the Mosquitos ( can only be from standing water) I wish I had never stayed and chose a hotel slightly further away. Uzziniet vairāk

I am sure that this hotel is good for anyone going to the expo. Other than that it is really not a very nice area. I went for a walk around 5.30 and even then didnt really feel safe (single woman). The nearest restaurants are about 5 mins away but in a theme park called Bruparck!!! Not my idea of ambiance. Saying that the pizza place there was ok. The […] hotel is soooo dated. I think it has not been renovated since it opened, everything is plastic. The carpets are all stained and rooms pokey. However the staff were excellent and the breakfast was only ok. At 17 euros I would have expected better. Internet is charged at 10 euros which is really not cool, Who charges for internet anymore. Uzziniet vairāk

Substandard hotel. In dire need of an upgrade. Would not recommend. Only plus is that it is near the Stadium (if that is where you need to be).

The staff was very helpful and kind. It was a little ways away from central Bruselles but the train ride to town was fun. Rooms were small but had everything you needed.

Nous sommes arrivés le jour de la Coupe de foot de Belgique. Il y avait du monde partout et le stade juste en face de l'hotel. Autour de l'hotel, sur l'herbe, il y avait la JUPILER PARTY avec de la musique à fond.........et bien les chambres sont hyper bien isolées! Par contre, on a cherché longtemps l'Alliance Hotel car en fait c'est un HOLIDAY INN […] et ce n'est pas inscrit sur le récap de la commande. Autour, pour manger, il y a des kebabs et des chinois, bref, pas grand chose mais les chambres sont super!! Uzziniet vairāk

Receptionens personal var ointresserad och gav fel uppgifter, hotellet skulle vara rökfritt men personalen som städade använde conectingrummet, intill vårt rum, som rök och paus rum och de pratade för högt så vi vaknade + att röken kom in till vårt rum (uruselt). Enligt det rummet vi fick så är hotellet i behöv av renovering, kakelplattor söndriga och […] bitar borta på vissa kakelplattor inne på toaletten. Lyhört. Uzziniet vairāk

Hotellet lever op til 3 stjerner, da det er lettere nedslidt, men der er rimelige facilliter på værelserne, selvom der mangler trådløst internet på værelset

Bien situé à Bruxelles Bon Prix Par contre, l'état général de l'hôtel est dégradé. En général, je refuse les critiques un peu péjoratives sur un établissement car j'ai beaucoup de respect pour le monde l'entreprise (investissement, travail, respect de l'initiative). Je ne suis pas non plus un fan de cet exercice. Dans le cas de cet établissement, […] je pense qu'il faudra repenser les prochains investissements, sous peine de faible fréquentation même à prix attractif.
