The room was ok. The hallway on the 5th floor was awful smelled very heavy with cigarette smoke.

The hotel was conveniently located & easy to get back on the highway. We will definitely stay there next year!

This was our third stay at this hotel, and as always we were very satisfied. The complimentary breakfast was very good, as was the beer and snacks the evening before. The locality was very convenient to where we needed to go, and there are pllenty of good restaurants close by as is the Northlake Mall. "Holiday Inn, Northlake"
Upon checking in, I was approached with the news that the water was low and that some rooms did not not have water. I was assigned to a room that did not have water for over four hours. As I continued to call the front desk, I was told that the water was being worked on. I checked in around 10 am and the water in room came on around 2:30. "HOLIDAY INN ATLANTA-NORTHLAKE"
The bottom of the bathroom door was damaged and rotting away. The top of all the electrical outlets did not work. When I moved to another room the only electrical outlets that worked was the tv and desk lamp by the bed. The cover to the outlets were broken. Would not recommend until issues are resolved.
"OK but not Great"
The staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was nice. The web site stated that every room included a micro-wave and a sofa bed, my room had neither. Strangely all of the wires in all of the electrical outlets were exposed, not very safe if you have small children. The hotel was quiet had quick access to the interstate and was set back off the main […] road. "Too Much Smoke"
This really was a very nice facility with wonderful staff, but the smoking and non-smoking rooms are intermixed on the same floor and throughout the facility. We ran the AC and bathroom vent all night and still suffered from nasty smoke smell and after effects.

I love the look and feel of the new Holiday Inns. The location of this one is ok, next to a mall... but you have to look hard to find it since you cant see the sign from the main street.
