Not clean. From the moment we entered the room, you could notice the smell to humidity at the bathroom. There was a scum smell coming out of the A/C. They ended up changing us to another room. It was better, but Management was not very happy about offering another room. The next day, we passed 10 min the check out time and they were already calling […] asking us to leave. We had called for directions to hotel and the person who answered the phone was very helpful. When we arrived the hotel staff was also very accommodating. We had a suite and really appreciated the couch and extra space. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. The room was large with seperate sitting area. The only drawback was the TV was located in the area of the beds. It could be turned to the sitting area but would have been better in the sitting area to reduce the volume in the sleeping area. The staff was very helpful. Upon check in, we found our ceiling had a large wet spot. (The hotel was fairly new and it was raining) They immediately gave us another room and offered to move our things for us. The room was very nice, clean with plenty of space. Breakfast the next morning was fairly typical, but the area offered plenty of seating and […] was well kept.
