It was a great place to stay. The only down side was the lack of water pressure in our shower. Very fun location! Superior amenities!

We had the opportunity to stay in the cabana room located adjacent to the pool. Every evening there was a DJ as well as classic surfing footage playing on the large wall above the pool. The buffet breakfast with the omelet bar was wonderful. Would stay the next time I am in town.

Booked a one night stay to fill a gap in our schedule.... the hotel is huge and as a result service is anonymous and lacking. Good value for the area (we got a good last minute deal) but nothing special about it. I sat at a table in the bar for 2 hours without anyone coming to see if I wanted a drink....there was no info and the concierge didn't know […] about free wifi (bar and lobby for the record) and I was given conflicting information about breakfast by different members of staff. I rate this as an adequate functional hotel in a great location but nothing special and the service is not so friendly and quite impersonal. I would recommend this hotel but with some reservations. We were in a wing of the hotel that was a bit of a distance from the lobby and on the opposite side from the parking garage. Since we chose to self park, our walk to the elevators and then to our room was that much longer. Our room was very small and had a view of the parking lot so there was […] not much to look at. Beds were comfortable but the room was small. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning and straightening our room each day, and providing us with fresh linens. We did not have to request anything additional. The linens were oversized and plush but the shower itself had very little pressure. There didn't appear to be a little cafe to grab a cup of coffee or a quick, simple breakfast but we did have breakfast one morning in the restaurant there. Food and service were good, coffee was fine but breakfast for 3 was pricey. I would have preferred to dine at Chateau Marmont again in a beautiful atmosphere with outstanding food and service and excellent coffee for less!! The day we were leaving I noticed people sitting at the bar getting Starbucks coffee but when I had inquired about grabbing a quick bite/getting coffee, I was told that the only place to eat was the restaurant on the lower level. No one told us about getting coffee at the bar. At check-out I noticed I was charged $10.00 more per day for self parking than what the website advertised. When I brought this to the attention of the woman at the front desk, she was aware of the discrepancy and said that the website price was incorrect. However she kindly and promptly modified the bill to reflect the website's advertised price, no questions asked. My main concern when choosing a hotel was that it be conveniently located, clean, and safe. Beverly Hilton was all of those things. P.S. the pool area looked beautiful but the weather was so cool that we did not have an opportunity to enjoy the pool! Uzziniet vairāk

This hotel is a landmark on Beverly Hills. The personnel, the rooms, the customer experience are all unique. Great hotel, great value... the swimming pool just fantastic!!! Close to Beverly Hills mansions, Rodeo Drive and Century City shopping center. Does not get any better than this.

They have the nicest employes. The food was great but not fancy. Our room was great. I loved it! The location is ok.

Old Hollywood style and Atmosphere. This place is cool. The service is great. Room was clean. Would go back anytime.

This was the first time I was staying here, although I have previously stayed in the Hyatt nearby. The location of the hotel was not exactly inconvenient but still a little far (say a 15-20 min walk) from restaurants etc. as compared to Hyatt or other hotels in the area. Had the best stay ever, every one was helpful and hospital. Planning to come back again for a longer stay .

Very nice hotel!! Well localized in the calm Beverly Hills. The only negative was the breakfast. Really expensive. Had to go to starbucks every day.

My wife & I enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Beverly Hilton. The standard of service & room were as expected for a 5 star hotel & if you are looking for that touch of Hollywood glamour, you won't be disappointed.

THE BEVERLY HILTON IS IN THE BEST LOCATION FOR WALK TO EVERYTHING SHOPPING, EATING, AND PEOPLE WATCHING. The Staff is most accommodating. I would definitely stay there again

overall it is a very impersonal hotel --even though it was empty -we waited for valet to bring our car very long with no apologies -we had coffee in the bar with clients- the coffee was lukewarm--no one greets you as you pass the front desk --the interpersonal touch is missing --as if it was the "no tell motel"rather than a luxury hotel -I have stayed […] before and it was better but based on this stay -no more Beverly Hilton for me . I was disappointed in hotels.com. When I reserved the room I specifically told agent that my wife was handicapped and could not walk well. We needed a room close to the elevator and with a step in shower. After a 5 hour car trip we checked into the hotel. First they placed us in a room in an adjacent building which meant long walks to the restaurant, […] lobby and other facilities. Then we were given the room furthest from the elevator which was not handicapped friendly. After speaking to the manager we were moved 3 hours later to a much more handicapped friendly room in the main building. Thank you Beverly Hills Hilton. Uzziniet vairāk

I really liked stay with the Beverly Hotel, the staff was nice and very kind. The Hotel is clean and great location, In Heart of Beverly Hills. I will stay again there, if I ever have to stay in Hotel in Beverly Hills. Z.

Smallish rooms but very comfy. The only drawback is the old abandoned department store in the parking lot. SUCH AN EYESORE! But it's a classic hotel and in a great location.

found it to be a good clean hotel with friendly staff. would have no problems staying there again.

This hotel was really nice and friendly staff, the only weird thing was there was no coffee machine in the room, which was odd.

We had a wonderful stay with you. I left some things in the room in my rush to get on the road and when I called , Security found them and is sending them free of charge to me. I was sooo impressed with the fact they were turned in by the maid and that Ted called me to verify my address.Happy New Year and thank you . We will be back!!!! The Hotel has had some updating. What is really needed was restoring to its original splendor but back into top shape. Something is sadly missing here. I doubt unless something changes that I will return ever for any reason. One morning I needed a cup of coffee at 5.00 a.m. no chance, I was given a cup of hot water by the lobby bar. We were given […] an oversize room but it was very worn out. The beds appeared newish, the carpet not. The skirting board looked 50 years old and had been painted over a dozen times. The extractor in the bathroom did not work, the mirrors were so steamed up two days I did not even shave as it was impossible to clear. Asked everyday for this to be rectified but it was not. the hotel is located near everything and the room very confy and clean.pool is nice as well as restaurant and bar. staff are very polite and friendly.

Not impressed that I can not get my Hilton Honors points !!! Think it's a 'rip off' !!!

We arrived on monday night 11/21/11, the receptionist told us that my reservation was cancelled or no show, we arrived late,it was a long night, long drive, it was all fixed and we were checked in cabana rm.125, next day we went to disneyland and came back to the hotel late and tired, to a MESSY ROOM; NO POWER; NO CLEAN TOWELS: NO TOILETRIES. Inquired […] at the desk and they said we were not even checked-in; How could that be?We have a KEY! So, we were NOT booked in right the first time; we were given the option to use the room next door rm.124;because the kids were asleep; were so tired to carry them any farther, we settled to sleep there even if there is no power for 3 more hours; but even when there was power already; the vent was not working in the bathroom; they moved us again to rm. 108; the vent still does not work; im already tired of complaining;anyway, its already our last day; we just stayed out as much as we can. We picked this hotel to initially feel the experience of Beverly Hills Luxury. Wonderful hotel, but pricey unless you find a deal on-line. Don't forget to factor into price $36/day plus tips parking fee

I stayed there on an official trip for 3 nights leading upto Thanksgiving. I chose the hotel because it was located conveniently close to the Avenue of the Stars, where I had business. The hotel is very comfortable, with a good poolside restaurant Circa 55. The staff are very polite, patient and helpful. The association of the hotel with the Golden […] Globe Awards adds an aura of luxury to the comfort. I also used the business centre, whose amenities were adequate. We have been regular guests at the Beverly Hilton for years. My parents were married there in 1956. t is sad to see how far downhill the property has gone. It is sterile and lackluster. Love the hotel but I hate the room service the food is awful and the menu selection is very limited and ordinary The price is extremely expensive. I don't mind paying that kind of money for food but only if it is good

Great location, easy access to many great locations, good restaurants in walking area (Try Roni's!), good and responsive staff. No negative, prices high, but justified for quality, service, cleanliness and location.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills. The accomodations were superb and the staff was extremely helpful..I would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, convenient and comfortable room in the Los Angeles area. Thank you...

$36 to park your car per day, $15 to have wi-fi, no coffee maker in room. $12 for room service to bring a cup! Concierge was not at all knowledgeable!

The hotel was very nice, but the bed was very bad. The mattress sagged on both sides of the middle and we tossed and turned all night and arose with backache. Would not recommend this hotel to others based on the poor condition of the mattress.
