"Fine place to stay."
I used this hotel as an overnight stay on my way further south so can't speak for the housekeeping staff since did not come into play. However, the bar/restaurant staff, front desk, etc were all very nice and friendly. Hotel was very pleasing & room was nice, clean & comfortable also. For the following reasons, I could not give this hotel a 5 star rating: 1. It is a great location, however, if you are new to the area; it is a logistical nightmare if you do not have a good and functioning GPS. I got lost several times; because my GPS was marginally functioning. The hotel is nestled within a commercial business park, and not highly […] visible. 2. The evening staff is not very friendly. The desk female desk clerk does not like to make eye contact. My (13) year old granddaughter brought it my attention. 3. I would not recommend it for a family of 4 and above. Their beds are a "full," and not a true queen. I thought that we were going to have a sofa, refrigerator and microwave in our room. They told me that they would have to bring one up. They said there are no sofas in any of their rooms. But, their ad on Expedia indicates otherwise. 4. Breakfast full breakfast bar is $13.00+ per person. Food is good though. "Super comfortable, home away from home"
The hotel was great & extremely comfortable & clean. Unfortunately they couldn't help me with any discounts on local attractions or brochures on the aquarium, which we were interested in seeing & didn't seem really excited to offer any other avenue to obtain that. "Satisfied, a good experience"
All good no complaints. They charge $10 wireless internet in the rooms, why not just make it a perk for free? Its free in the lobby area. No complimentary breakfast, but OK its more of a businesspersons hotel and budgets are OK with it.Patiesa Hotels.com viesa atsauksme
