Excellent rooms! The breakfast is a little small, but it's a very comfortable stay otherwise.

Loved the new bath. A great improvement over the old style

Hotel was all pretty good, as I expected with a Hilton. But the noise from the highway and occasional planes made it a poor nights sleep for me. I expected a hotel near the airport to have the occasional plane noise, which it did - so don't be surprised. But the interstate traffic was too much for the walls to keep out, and falling to sleep and staying […] asleep was difficult. I don't think I will stay here again because of the highway noise. The hotel is modern and run pretty much like other Hyatt hotels where I've stayed: simple, efficient, with just enough frills. The complimentary breakfast was a bit skimpy, but one has the option of ordering a bigger breakfast (for a reasonable price). Would stay here again.

Really friendly people, great service. The rooms are large and quite comfortable for an extended stay.

It was a dark, cold night but the hotel was warm, welcoming, clean and cozy. Our room was so nice we wished we could stay longer and enjoy it more. But we were traveling and had places to go and things to see. I used the fitness center early in the morning and had the whole room to myself. There is an IHOP and a Denny's within walking distance for dinner. […] We availed ourselves of the continental breakfast at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again, no question. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The area was not the best. The bathroom in the room was very small, you almost hit the toilet with the batroom door when you opened it, Over all it is a good room for one night, but not for four days which we stayed;

Hotel was very nice. We just need a good bed for the night and we got that. Breakfast was ok not what I had expected for this type of property.

Excellent value and the level of customer service it top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel during your stay in El Paso

A little difficult to get to from I-10 but pretty quiet considering how close it is to the Interstate. Very helpful staff, comfortable room and a good breakfast.

I was expecting scorpions in my bed in El Paso, but the Hyatt Place was very nice and clean and had a really great breakfast in the morning. I was very impressed!

Hotel was nice & clean. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Complementry breakfest was good. Had a variety. Nice overall stay.

I'VE STAYED AT HYATT BEFORE BUT IN SAN ANTONIO. IT IS GREAT. DOUBLE BEDS, LIVING ROOM AREA, WET BAR, FRIDGE, LCD TV. A LOT OF SPACE AND VERY CLEAN. IF PRICE STAYS REASONABLE, IT IS WHERE I WILL BE STAYING FROM NOW ON.

The hotel and staff were great. Breakfast was very good. El Paso city centre is a 5.5 nightmarish drive away (are El Paso drivers the most dangerous in the country or were we unlucky?). Downtown itself wasn't really worth seeing, and most of the shops seem to close at around 5:30. There were some chain restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, […] but you can also order food through the hotel itself. I love the layouts of the Hyatt Place Hotels. It does not feel like a hotel, but almost like being in someone's home - from the entry to the rooms. I now consistently book Hyatt Place in my travels. But the one in El Paso felt a little different - a bit more worn & darker colors in the hallways. Several burn marks in the carpet in my room. When I asked, […] the mgr said it was a converted hotel from another. Still excellent consistency of personal service & hospitality which I have come to expect. But on my next visit, I "might" check out another hotel. I am glad I have the GPS on my phone, as it helped my find my way from the airport to hotel row. Great room and very well maintained. Everyone was courteous and professional, we will stay there again.

I really enjoyed our stay here. I especially liked that the living area was separated from the sleeping area. That was a luxury for me because I travel with my toddler.

Nice hotel, clean , two beds and sofa great for 5 or six member family!!! wil come back definetly!

You can't go wrong with this hotel, used it several times now. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Free WiFi was nice. Kind of pricey for one night, but it was worth it!!!!

THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST ATTENDANTS WERE REALLY GREAT, I HAD BEEN TO ANOTHER HOTEL A WEEK EARLIER AND THEY RAN OUT OF FOOD 2 HOURS BEFORE THE END TIME. FOR BUSY PEOPLE LIKE ME THAT ARE ALWAYS ON THE RUN LITTLE THINGS LIKE THIS ARE IMPORTANT.

This hotel is right i=off interstate 10 and the trucks run 24/7. Living in the country as we do, it was very noisy to us. The breakfast was only OK, For eggs you would have had to pay extra and the only yogurt had aspertame which neither of us can eat. All the hotels seem to be just off the freeway but we will look for away from it next time.

I was very pleased with my experience staying at this hotel and if I had to travel through El Paso again and needed to stay the night I would definitely go to the Hyatt again. However, I plan to steer away from the area if I travel that way again and would most likely make the drive and stay the night somewhere beyond the city of El Paso.

Convenient for our travel plans. Breakfast was good and they offered other choices to purchase if the complimentary items were not for you.

Everything is great here. one thing you should know, it's a great hotel for business or fun trips out but it has a very very small pool.

First - let me say - this was a great hotel! We we weary of stopping over in El Paso, but after reading others reviews, we decided to give this place a try. The coolest part about this hotel - you never have to talk to anyone. They have kiosks at the front that you can swipe your credit/ debit card and check in and out. For the breakfast, most of it […] is free, but they have hot items available for order from a computer screen. The room we had was very large and had a separate sitting area. The only part I would change would be to have the bathroom door open out. The vanity is outside of the bathroom, so the area with the toilet and shower is fairly small. A large person would have to stand in the tub to actually shut the bathroom door before using the toilet.
