Good location, service is good. But the rooms do need an update.

This is the forth time we have stayed here and must say it is a nice place to stay and close to whatever you need. The young staff is courteous and helpful and always make you feel welcome. The only negative comment would be is the cost of drinks in "Knuckles" their bar.

This was a nice hotel. They are great for couples and for familys. My son had a blast in their pool. The food was good as well and very reasonable. We will definately go back in the future.

Don't know the quality of the weekday breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but the Sunday brunch was quality all the way. Great breads, pastries, omelette bar, coffee, etc. Wife can't wait to go back. Room was comfortable with effective blackout drapes (slept in too long:). Hotel's got that "not exactly new" smell, but is very well maintained.

We love staying at this place it is convienient to the freeway and has everything you need right there. They try hard here and it shows.

Cannot beat this hotel for location if you need to be in the Westlake Village/Thousand oaks area. It's close to lots of restaurants, shopping, movies, and the outlets in Camarillo. Kanan Road, the route through the hills to Malibu, is about 10 minutes south on 101. I do wish that the room had a fridge (though if you ask for one they will bring one […] up to you) and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, something I've become accustomed to in other hotels. Good gym, though tiny. Bar area is pretty bland and cannot speak to the restaurant, but they had quite a lovely xmas day buffet spread. Would recommend! Uzziniet vairāk

At about 2:30 am someone down the hall began yelling and pounding on a door, then went in and out repeatedly doing the same thing over and over, then went out into the parking lot and honked the horn of her car for about 15 minutes straight, then came back up to the room and began slamming the door again. Boy, were we disappointed! Hyatt's standards must really be slipping. The hotel has been updated recently, but the beds weren't very comfortable, the pillows were absolutely awful, and the room didn't even have towel racks for the hand towels. Then, in the morning when we went to breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, the service was polite but abysmal. […] We waited 15 minutes for anyone to take our order, and it wasn't terribly busy, then the food took another 30. 45 minutes for a simple breakfast? There wasn't anything about the Hotel we did not like however we did have an air conditioning issue for two nights. It kept shutting off and on and it was hot by spells and a bit noisy. They promptly sent somebody up to fix it and again the next day but alas it could not be fixed. We left so early the next morning it was not worth moving but they were […] nice and tried. For the amount of the hotel room charge I paid, I was surprised that there was no robe or slippers in the closet. I ordered in room breakfast and following a shower, I had to quickly dress to answer the door with the breakfast service, even though I was not leaving my room for another hour.

Nothing special. Not particularly nice, average hotel room a bit run-down, $5 water (give me a break!} However, free parking. Many hotels in area that are just as so-so as this at half the price.

We couldn't believe our room and the hotel in general for the price. Excellent value and wonderful experience.

Would recommend this Hotel for rooms but not for restraurants. They only have the one place to dine and it was Noisy and very uncomfortable --Not set up where dining is secluded from the loud and smelly bar area.

This hotel has trained staff to provide some of the best service I've seen in a long time. The staff was amazing and very accommodating.

Can't think of anything bad about hotel. Clean, people very friendly. Great location for restaurants. Close to Hwy 101 but wouldn't know it.

Everything was great the service, the hotel, the rooms, easy freeway access, lots nearby, but our room faced the freeway and had a view of the parking lot. It was noisy as if the window was open. I got a great price, so it was a good deal. If I had paid more I would have been very dissatisfied with the room's view and noise from the freeway. I enjoyed my stay. I had execellent service and it was nearby everything.

Only one problem when we took a shower in the morning we realized there were no washcloths in the room to late to call the desk. Please make sure that the housekeeping checks this on other rooms.

This is not a review. It is a recommendation to the operators of the hotel. The people at this hotel were superb. Each nicer than the next, full of humor, patience, and attentiveness. The rooms, however, need improvements: The bathrooms need grab bars; I was astounded that they were absent. The absence made traveling with my 90-yr-old mother more difficult. […] Further, the bathroom fan and the bathroom light should have independent switches. very pleasant overnight stay: quick check-in, large rooms with comfortable beds, pleasant swimming pool area and nice breakfast buffet - close to Getty and Malibu via Canyon Road and perfect on route between LA and Santa Barbara

The hotel was beautiful but they nickel-and-dime you to death. You can't just grab a luggage cart to bring in your suitcases- they insist that "someone assist you for your safety and convenience." Internet is $10/day, you have to park far away to avoid getting charged for valet parking, water bottles are $5 each, no free breakfast. If you are rich and […] feeble, maybe you'll enjoy it. Great location while visiting some friends, just a few minutes from their home. Awesome value for a beautiful, Mediterranean style hotel. Bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows, VERY nice desk chair (wish my office had those chairs!) and even provided toothpaste. We had room service, which was good and pretty prompt. We also had the breakfast buffet, […] which was also very good. Only negative was they didn't had ketchup or butter readily available, you had to ask. Had some drinks at Knuckles, their sports bar. Very accommodating staff - they stayed open later than usual for a wedding party and also stragglers wanting a drink. Amazing mojitos and enjoyed the billiards table. The hotel is very much up to Hyatt standards - clean, well-run, etc. Our only complaint would be that it is difficult to enter the hotel from the back if you end up parking there. You have to walk around the hotel to the front to go in or enter through a service gate that does not open with your room key. The neighborhood, as with many California neighborhoods, […] is designed for cars and not walkers. The hotel could put in a stairway at the back of their lot to the street sidewalk that crosses the freeway to a shopping mall - otherwise you have to walk up a ramp dodging cars. Uzziniet vairāk

Great stay and great experience. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay, comfortable and clean room. Staff were very nice.

The staff was extremely attentive. The room had a wonderful view and the surrounding area is gorgeous. Loved the hotel and the area would highly recommend this hotel!!

This hotel was very nice for the rate. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The room was clean and spacious. They offer a nice pool area with jacuzzi and decent workout room. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that you have to pay for internet.

We were able to check in early,hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very nice, quiet and comfortable, great surrounding stores and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and serene. We will definitely be staying here again if we're ever in town!

The room's a/c was difficult to adjust and keep at a comfortable level. Morning breakfast buffet had cold eggs. I didn't allow enough time for the staff to remedy the situation, they did offer. Room was beautifully decorated. Staff was exceptionally helpful. I am booking another reservation for another business trip.
