So, so stay saw roach in lobby. This hotel good for a max of 2night stay. Even continental breakfast wasn't worth eating.

Hotel was not very clean, rooms were very stuffy even with the balcony. Air conditioning was not great and they tried to charge a ridiculous rate per day for the use of in-room safe.

Non smoking room smelled a bit smokey. A few hairs in the sink and and tub. Otherwise it was good.

No hot water in the shower. The sink smelled like fish. The AC unit didn't work. The towels were 12 inches long. The elevtors were sketchy and padded with wood. The pool wasn't at all nice looking. The hallways were hot and musty. Never complained about a hotel until now

I would not recommend this hotel to a bum off the streets. They charge a fee for having a safe in the room which most hotels have these days. The cleaniness of the hotel was not great at all. Our stay in this hotel was really good. We got what we paid for and didn't expect the greatest thing in the world. We needed a bed and a bathroom to accommodate our trip to Disney, and the location of this hotel was awesome (right outside the gate). We ended up not using the hotel's shuttle service to Disney because of the limited arrival and departure […] times, so that cost us some money. But the BIG frustration is with Hotels.com. We made this reservation because the listing advertised rooms with a refrigerator. I made our reservation on the phone and the gentleman told me he was reserving a room with a fridge. When we arrived and found no fridge, I was confused. I called the front desk only to hear that a fridge is not included in the room, but one could be brought to our room for an additional charge of $10/night. I was staying at the Vista before heading to the keys and stayed for two nights. The hotel is in an excellent location just minutes from Celebration and the Disney complex. The room was clean and spacious. The walls were a little thin: being a family hotel, I could hear the baby in the room across the hall when it cried as if it were in my room! Instead, I opted to go through the parking lot to the adjoining IHOP and have a relaxed and quieter breakfast. The concierge was helpful in providing directions to me. Our room was in the 5th floor parkin lot side. The beds were clean and cozy. The bathroom could have used a little deep cleaning. Our girls (6&7) liked it a lot and were right at home. Awful, hotel room smelled of chlorine finally called to desk and asked to be moved, walls were filthy, carpet was nasty and torn, would not let my dog sleep here, we slept with the light on!!!!

Terrible experience. We had to check out immediately and eat the bill of the first night because the carpets were nasty. The sheets were stained with blood smears. We actually requested a different room at first and the other room was just as bad. Avoid at all costs.

This hotel is located directly at the entrance to the Walt Disney World area and just a few minutes from Downtown Disney. It is surrounded by all kinds of restaurants which made it very easy to have dinner close by. The staff was friendly. Beds were very, very comforatble. Would stay there again.

This is not a hotel for business travelers! Beware, it is a madhouse of people from Latin America running around in their flip flops and shorts. Breakfast that is included is an absolute joke and almost a boxing match. For family vacationers on an extreme budget, ok, but this hotel for any one else will be a major disappointment.

We stayed here for a night before our visit to Disney and booked this hotel given the proximity to DW. We did not make use of the shuttle service as the timings did not suit us. The hotel room was clean and we had a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast is good.

The carpet was wrinkled to the point where tripping over it was a concern. There were also so many stains on it that you might want to keep your shoes on when walking on it. The shower had cracks and a broken drain. There was mold in the tiles and a film of brown mold/sludge in the corners on the ceiling above the shower and some of this dripping down […] the walls.The water pressure was pretty much the worst I've ever experienced. The bed's seemed clean. The lobby of the hotel was very misleading as it looked very clean and well maintained, unlike their rooms (or at least the room I stayed in). When you got out the elevators, to your floor, it was clear that the first floor/lobby received better care than the rest. Finally, after getting home I notice a charge on my card for $3.20 from this hotel directly (not Expedia), while small, its still annoying. I wasn't told about an extra charge or anything, they just did it without notification. Hopefully they'll use it to buy some bleach and actually clean that shower. Uzziniet vairāk

Outdated. Hair dryer was placed inconveniently where your arms hit it on the wall each time you are in front of the sink/mirror. Breakfast food needs improvement. Staff were not helpful at all when my cellphone was stolen.

Very close to downtown disney and minutes from disney parks. Staff were nice. Continental breakfast was plentiful. My only dislike was mold growing on ceiling in bathroom. Overall, very nice stay.

The hotel was overall nice and affordable. The only issue I had was the fact the breakfast did not offer anything warm to eat or fruit. It was a bunch of bread and cereal and some cold hard boiled eggs. But, I can't complain I have seen worse hotels and hotels that don't offer any complimentary breakfast.

I reccomend this hotel. Its clean, very well location, many restaurants, shoppings and attraction near it. The breakfast served is very good. The staff is friendly, there is plenty of parking. free Schufles to the parks and tickets sale is available. The beds and pillows are so confortable.

The hotel was a good value. Since we wanted to be seeing the sights all day, it really didn't matter what the hotel looked like as long as the room was clean and the bed was soft. Their provided continental breakfast was a little skimpy and mostly made of breads.
