The carpet looked very worn. The rooms were clean, would stay there again just an older hotel.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Recommended a wonderful restaurant. Room was clean. Decor is a bit dated, but was nice for price. The pool area could use a little updating and the water in both the pool and the hot tub, was almost too hot. But was definitely worth the price.

There are no quality hotels in Maggie Valley. It was an average hotel. It is in a good location. We did not wait for check in. the attendant was very polite and informative. Mattresses were comfortable. It has a heated pool, which is nice in the mountains.

The staff was very friendly, but that was the highlight of the stay. The indoor pool was cold. The police came to the horel for some reason. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. I would not reccomend the hotel or the area. It was the off season, so maybe that was the reason. Either way, we won't be back.

We came to Maggie Valley just to enjoy the museum. It was a nice stay, although during breakfast the small dining room got hectic and it was hard to get to the food bar. Nice array of breakfast choices though. . . there were eggs, sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy, hot waffles and other usual items on the bar.

Hotel is conveniently located near the Cataloochee Ski Resort and overall it's fine for an overnight or two night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was really good. Cleanliness was an issue: we did find a hair or two in the bathroom, and the beds had sheets with small holes/stains/stray hairs, and the stairs […] looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. We were pleased that the motel was so easy to find ~ streetside, not hidden somewhere. The personnel were all very friendly and the room was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. We would recommend it to friends and, if we have an opportunity to visit Maggie Valley again, would look at booking there again.

Well when we got there, seemed fine, room was clean but since i booked through expedia, we didnt get the room we booked. Apparently when you use expedia you get a different room, they advertised spa tubs in every room, not a fact. Which was the main reason my wife wanted to stay there. Good location, adequate room, good breakfast. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool in late October. There is no elevator to the second floor.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn in Maggie Valley..Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The Inn provides a buffet breakfast that was very good. On the bar they had eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, homemade biscuits, cereal w/milk, waffles, boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt,muffins, bagels,coffee and orange juice...The only draw back […] was there were not enough table & chairs in the dining area so if it was full you had to fix your plate & take it to your room to eat. In our room we only had 1 chair at the table so someone had to sit on the bed to eat ! Other than that, everything was good and I would recommend The Comfort Inn Maggie Valley. Uzziniet vairāk

We stay here a lot. They just have events next door to the hotel that are loud. Check it out before yuou book.Good hotel except the the loud truck show.

Hotel is dated but not too bad. Needs a good cleaning. Price is high for the accommodations but since it was my first trip to Maggie Valley have nothing to compare it to.

Breakfast was wonderful and ready before the scheduled time. Beds were too firm for our backs.

Registration was a breeze...room was very clean and attractive. Outside grounds clean..lots of places to sit and enjoy the view.

glad it was only for 2 nights. Clean but needs updating. located near national forest and cherokee casino. Room had a broken glass in rear window. towels were soft. Beds were comfortable.

hey welcome not only us but allowed our small 5 pound dog there, the breakfast was very good, they made sure we had joining rooms , we will visit there again, and I have already told people about the motel

It was disappointing that the hotel does not have any type of workout facility as well.

Everything was good except the maid never came the next day. We had to ask for towels to get by. We waited until around 2:00 to leave. I made certain the 'do not disturb' sign was not outside the door. When we came back around 5:00 the 'do not disturb' sign had been placed on the outside of our door and the room had not been cleaned.

Nice hotel for the price and was well satisfied with the room and breakfest. Son was very happy with how close we where for the car show and we where still close enough to go and pack up daughter from Western Carolina to take home most of her stuff. We will use yo again if in the area.

We only spent one night here, but it is one of the few motels I would have been alright with staying at for multiple nights. The front desk lady was very nice.

This Comfort Inn is much better than I expected. The room is clean, quiet and well equiped. It has an indoor swimming pool. I would stay there again.
