The staff was Very friendly and helpful, hotel was ver clean and close to shopping are as well as only minutes from mall of america. Good hot breakfast. This is a good place to stay for a small family visiting the MOA and surrounding sites.

1) The internet speed is slow compared to surrounding hotels. 2) You can't put the air system fixed to "fan" for consistent noise level and it shuts on and off all night very loudly. Otherwise, solid and nice Hampton Inn

We stayed at the Hampton Inn of Eden Prairie for our annual Girls' Weekend Getaway and we felt it was a great deal. The room was clean and neat, the towels were well stocked, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast and coffee were terrific, and the price was fantastic. The ONLY complaint we had were the pillows weren't as […] comfortable as we would have liked. But it was a small thing, and didn't impact our weekend at all. If you're that worried about it, you could try to contact the front desk to see if they have others or bring one of your own (if that's an option). My stay was very pleasant. Clean quiet and comfortable. Personal were very helpful and courteous. Would stay there again.

Good breakfast, PM's front desk lady was younger and very helpful, Overnight front desk lady was middle aged and very rude and unhelpful in an emergency situation that came up.

Too hard to find.

Our hotel was clean and nice. Good Breakfast in the morning. Conveinent for our stay on our way to the Renaissance Festival.

I would book future stays at this hotel. It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. My wife is hard to please when it comes to lodging and she was exceptionally pleased with our stay. great service and very clean nice place to stay. breakfast bar was very nice with several hot food choices each morning, and kept very clean and neat. the little gal that takes care of the breakfast area was very vigilant at keeping everything stocked and fresh. Had a great stay at the hotel,all was clean and in good order. great staff who made you feel welcome. Awesome breakfast! Great food, and when the breakfast room got crowded, another room was made available so you could sit down and enjoy your meal. I enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn hotels - I always know that I will be comfortable and pleased with their accomodations and service. I believe you need a driving map of getting to and from the hotel. We had a very difficult time finding the hotel and getting on the right road when leaving.

Easy no fuss check in, professional staff, courtesy follow up, room clean and luxurious, comforter and pillows like new. What's not to love!

I was there only one night but it was very accomodating and very nice and clean room. Staff was nice, bed was comfortable, clean bathroom/bed.

Excellent stay. Within easy distance to MOA, IKEA, and other local destinations, but far enough away to be away from the crowds.

Although not centrally located to where I wanted to be (U of M), this hotel was excellent. Great breakfast, very comfortable bed, USA today. I would stay here again.

Great comfortable stay for one night. Alex at the front desk gave great directions to places of interest and recommendations for food. Room was clean and hotel was located near the interstate for quick access in/out. Unfortunately, everyone else stayed at the hotel too so getting a quiet nights sleep was rough. We had a king size bed room. Very small room with lots of unecessary furniture crammed in... Room was clean. But we found little black gritty things in the sheets, not a 100% on what they were. Told the people at the front desk & the just nodded & smiled...

AFTER WE CHECKED IN THEY CALLED TO SEE HOW OUR STAY WAS SO FAR!!! NICE BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING, COULD USE 1 MORE WAFFLE MAKER, BUT IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY WHILE SHOPPING!!!!!!!

I booked this hotel knowing that it did not have a pool and hot tub, but the workout room was ok, and it had a hot breakfast bar with make your own waffles and other hot items, as well as continental items. Breakfast was above average. Room was clean, we got a one King Bedroom. Room was a little small, but nice. Bathroom was clean but looked old school, […] rather retro. Still it was functional. The light in the hall by us buzzed a little, but could not be heard from inside the room. Overall, good stay, good sleep, comfortable bed, and good breakfast. That's all we were looking for, and Hampton Eden Prairie delivered. If you are staying with a family with little kids, you should probably stay at a different hotel. This hotel had nice staff and a great breakfast. But the rooms were really noisy - we could hear hallway traffic and people talking in the room next to us. Also, they only have single pane windows so the traffic noise was exceptionally bad all night long. If you are a heavy sleeper, then this hotel would be superb.

We had a very hard time finding the Hotel. We were within 2 blocks of its location and could not see any Identification, such as Its Ad SIGN. It was exasperating also because of the detour signs, and was not easily figured out on the directions and map gotten off the internet... Other Hampton's were in better repair, nicer rooms.

was nervous after getting our room selection because the rooms were near the commons area and front desk: potentially noisey. Later, a wedding party settled in for some late night socializing! However, the front desk kept the noise to a mimimum and we were not disturbed by any noise. Staff were very nice, price was great, and the breakfast (included […] in price) was terrific. I've stayed in just about every hotel in the Eden Prairie Area, it works great as an over-nite stop on our way to Northern Minnesota. This hotel has great location, the staff was attentive and helpfull, even the breakfast was surprisingly good, (hot items). The facilities on the other hand no so; First impression our room looked cramped and a faint […] smell of smoke came from the curtains. (we choose a non-smoking room). There was no option to opgrade to a bigger room or switch to a two-queen configuration. Since they only offer King or two-Doubles. Bottom Line... guest service was great. the guy at the front desk was very helpful and nice. we needed a crib ( pack and play, not so clean so we put towels down in it ) and he got us one and also recommended where to eat and called the place to see how late they deliverd. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options :)

very nice hotel at sale price. rooms are a little small and you can hear other doors opening and shutting. but rooms are clean, beds comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was VERY good for the price we paid for the room. It is a better, larger, breakfast than other similar priced hotel chains in the area.
