I'm not picky. And I don't rate anything bad unless it really is. When I first arrived I thought, ok it's right off the highway, that's fine with me. Construction all around, ok, no problem. I go inside, I check in. He asked me which room I prefer, view of the space needle w/ the construction site or view of the highway. Of course I'm going to pick […] the view of the space needle, it's my first time in Seattle. I settle in and check out my room. Cool! Went out to get dinner and I get back around 9pm. The front desk tells me that there was a mistake and that he needs to switch my room to another in the opposite end. It was very inconvenient for me, I was unpacked and now I have to move my cat and pack my stuff. I get to the room and now I lost my view, my room was way smaller and it smelled like smoke, there was no blow dryer, only 1 towel in the room and the wifi didn't work. I will never stay here again. Yes, the location is great and I was only in the room to sleep, but I'd rather pay extra and sleep in a nicer hotel. Uzziniet vairāk

The hotel was old and outdated. It does not have central heating or air conditioning. The room was freezing when I checked in. The location is great and the staff was very helpful, but I was not happy with the room itself.

Service can be more friendly. Room was clean but old and worn out. Floor sqeeks alot andyouc an hear traffic thru close windows. The wall ac/heater unit really needs to be replaced. nice location but surrounded by too much construction.

The place is very hard to get to being on hwy 99 and the back side streets under construction, when booking through expedia they ask you smoking/nonsmoking but expedia cant be sure your going to get it so call the hotel. the sheets on the beds pop right off almost as soon as you lay down.

The room was very dirty, the carpeted floor in the room seemed like it had never been shampooed as it had a thick coat of grime all over it. Just about every room was occupied by young party goers who were drinking alcohol and being loud in the hallways all hours of the night without reprimand. The only plus I could give this hotel is the location. […] It was a few minutes walk away from the Key Arena and Space Needle. I was in town for an event with this hotel being the only one with a room nearby the Key Arena it was my only choice. Terrible hotel, booked due to a sold out weekend in Seattle. Cost was too high for this room. The term flea bag hotel was used by the 2 couples that joined us. We rented 3 rooms for this weekend - What a huge disappointment! Our Room door wouldn't open with the key card and had to go to the office to have them let us in each time we left. Asked for a late arrival on Friday and a late check-out on Sunday and they accomodated the Friday request but not the Sunday request. Not at all happy especially for the price. The only good thing about the place is the location, which is great for the Seattle Center. They also take pets for $35, and charge $10 to park, both fees are somewhat documented just got to read all the fine print.

Standard facilities, quite basic but decent sized room. Close to the Space Needle, etc. Continental breakfast was a bit lame, coffee or juice plus small muffins.

We arrived to lights not working, television not working, half the one plug in not working, the makeup mirror in the bathroom fell off when moved, the curtains did not close properly, the bed was hard and very uncomfortable. We were given one extension cord, to plug in 5 appliances on a 15 Amp fuse! The coffee pot was mismatched and didn't fit together, […] which they replaced with one that did not work at all, and said it was complementary. The breakfast consisted of hard bagels, and muffins with no butter...luke warm coffee. When we went out for the day on our second day(we only stayed the second day so we wouldn't have to take time away from the visit we were having by moving in the middle of it)our room was not cleaned or made up all day...we came back from a movie to shower...with no hot water...it was more than horrendous..DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES....!!!!!!!!!!!! A girlfriend and I were meeting in Seattle for a getaway weekend and wanted to stay at a place that was inexpensive because we wouldn't be in the room much. This was one of the most inexpensive hotels, so we stayed here. It is not the most attractive or updated hotel, but it served it's purpose well. We were able to walk to downtown (later we discovered […] the monorail that takes you to the center of the city) and to the Space Needle. We felt safe, and never had an issue with cleanliness, so I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who plan to be there only to sleep and get ready. As a side note, the other hotel we were considering, which was nearly double the rates at this hotel, ended up being right across the street. Walking distance to local hot spots, but old, outdated rooms. You pay extra for parking. It's on a noisy street. Once you pay for parking it's not that good a deal. Very awful, managers both day and night was rude and discriminatory, room has a nonfunctioning aircon, overhead at room 201 is a window and a short curtain that doesn't keep the bright light glaring to your eyes in the morning, curtains are not working good, can't close it fully, continental breakfast doesn't serve a variety of choices except bread […] and cereals, no eggs? The hotel is a dump . The room was so bad the we didnt even stay because it was so dirty and u didnt even want to sit on the bed . There was no wifi of any kind, free or otherwise. I had to go to a coffee shop by the Spaceneedle (maybe 3 blocks away) to use my computer. The coffee shop was nice though if you're looking for that experience in Seattle. That's my biggest beef with this place, I hate being lied to and wifi should be pretty easy and affordable to provide. That said, […] the location was great. Half hour walk to Pike Place Market and Downtown, 5 minute walk to the Spaceneedle. If you're looking for a great sportsbar with good food Buckley's on Queen Anne is a 10 minute walk. Harrison is the manager there, was glad to meet him. I'm a single guy, I don't require much pampering, so if you're looking to spend a few nights somewhere "special" this isn't your place. We were very disappointed in pretty much everything. The "queen size" bed was barely a double with thread bare sheets. Neither the airconditioner or fridge worked. There was a strong chemical smell throughout the hotel. Cheap hotel that offers less than you pay.

I was upset that when I called I was told the hotel was within walking distance to Centurylink field but it definitely is not!! Also it is in an area that is under major construction and I was not made aware of that. And to top it off when a truck would drive by it shook the entire hotel :( Very outdated rooms too. The location was perfect. just two blocks from the space needle, pacific science museum and the monorail. monorail would drop you right off into downtown where all the shopping was and just blocks from pike place and pioneer square. As we were in town for the Bumpershoot festival, the location itself was great. Yet the poor upkeep of this place made it an almost comical stay. The air conditioner and the in-room fridge leaked water on the floor. The keycard to enter our room required re-keying by the front desk on a daily basis. Though advertised as having two wi-fi networks, neither […] of them actually worked in the room. By the end of our five night stay, we were laughing our way to the desk at check-out time. Hotel staff were rude and unhelpful (except for the one young woman who worked the weekend evenintshifts), the internet was completely non-functional, hotel service cleaned our room one of four nights, there aren't enough plugs in the rooms for the hotels equipment (let alone if you try to plug in a laptop or something), forcing you to constantly pick […] between having lights, an alarm clock, a tv or a microwave plugged in at any given time. THEY REUSE THEIR PLASTIC KNIVES FROM BREAKFAST (GROSS!). And their free breakfast is even worse than a continental breakfast; mini muffins and mini bagels and nothing else. Terrible hotel. We checked in and the girl at the front desk was nice, went to the room and the toilet was clogged and full of feces, so we went back down to the front desk and the girl immediately went to clean it, but drenched half the bathroom in bleach to cover the smell. I also took a bath later on and the bathtub water originally came out as a greenish color […] and became clear after being ran for a while. The bathtub was also filthy. The hotel is privately owned and operated, so they make you sign a waiver to reserve the right to charge your credit card any amount they want for any reason. The hotel is old but clean. The breakfast is terrible, don't even have egg, milk. It's ridiculous that they reuse the plastic knives. The hotel staff actually digged out my used knife from the trash can to wash and reuse. It was a disappointment for me to stay at this hotel.

Without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The swimming pool was dry; hot tub was filled with algae and inoperable; the stench in the room made it impossible tp sleep; stains and toenail clippings on the carpet; mold in the bathroom; windows were filthy; the smallest possible continental breakfast I have seen and they asked that guests […] not throw away their plastic knife so they could use them again. It was literally a nightmare. I couldn't wait to leave that terrible place and for the money I paid for the room I felt I was "ripped off." Great location easy access to Key Arena. They need to finish renovating. The shower head leaked from where it was screwed onto the pipe & there was dripping noise when upstairs guest showered. It will be a great place once it is finished. Good basic needs & good location. It can be a treasure for those looking for a hotel with the basics
