I love weekend visits to Atlanta, and I've had great experiences with this hotel line, but THIS place was MISERABLE! I booked a non-smoking room at this hotel, yet somehow when I checked in I was not given a non-smoking room. I have never stayed in a more foul-smelling, disgusting room in my life. It was the Final Four weekend in town; all rooms were […] full and all other hotels were completely booked. My girlfriend and I were essentially stuck. The staff was not accommodating, or even polite. Apparently, reserving a non-smoking room is never actually guaranteed. Hmm. Interesting. They even told me that they were oversold and weren't sure where they were going to put late-arriving guests. Could you imagine that? We stayed at this location because the hotels downtown were booked for the NCAA. But we got free parking! They went out of their way to make sure we had a shuttle- ride to the MARTA station, which is about 10 minutes away. The hot breakfast was excellent: eggs, a meat product, and potatoes. If you don't smoke I would not stay here. From the lobby to the non-smoking room, all smell like cigarette smoke.

Hampton Inn is our favorite low budget hotel. It doesn't even feel like a cheap hotel. The doors are inward facing and the service is spectacular.

The hotel was reasonable for the price. Generally the room and hotel was clean but beginning to show its age. Free wifi in the guest rooms is nice where more expensive hotels typically charge per day. I personally did not like the pillows (too bulky). The TV picture quality is poor (not high def). We were well pleased with the facility and found the staff to be both friendly and helpful. The location in North Atlanta was ideal. Although this is an older Hampton Inn, the room was clean and pleasant.

The room was clean but, if you suffer from allergies watch out. This was a smoking room. They evidently spray the room with something and washed the bed linens in something that smelled like perfumed. The carpet in the room needs to be replaced (clean but soiled). I could not ask for anything more than what I received, especially with the great price for the area. Just outside of Buckhead in the heart of restaurant and shopping options: free hot breakfast as well as a bagged option to go if you are on the run, staff that smiles, insanely comfy beds, and clean/clean bedding.

I have stayed at a few Hampton Inns and I have to say this is the best one that I have stayed at. The rooms were comfortable and the bed was just fantastic. Everyone there was accomadating and I will definitely stay here if in the Atlanta area again. The buffet breakfast was great and tasty.

The hotel was nice, and the breakfast was good. They don't have the social hour / dinner on weekday nights, that I've gotten used to at other Hamptons. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our 2 day get away in Buckhead. The hotel was located pretty close to local events, shops, and restaurants. My only wish was that the rooms had been a bit larger. The lobby and setting area was quite nice and kept clean. The staff were welcoming to all patrons. I would recommend the location to others.

The hotel staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and service oriented. Check-in and check-out were both quick and simple. i thought the bed should be just a tad bit more comfortable. the bathroom was really small, but enough for one person to fit good. the customer service was nice...they even had a wine bottle opener downstairs. i would stay again

This is a good location to stay at if you are having a procedure done at Dekab medical center. My parents were very pleased with their stay after my father's surgery.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn. The location was great it was minutes from Lenox Mall, and Downtown Atlanta. Breakfast was very good; my husband fell in love with being able to make his own waffles. The only thing is they had one computer in the business center and I think the pictures on the website show more, so because of that I left my […] laptop/I pad home. First i stayed in room 226 which is very small. I asked if they had a larger room with a king bed,i was told that they did not have any king beds available,when my wife called the hotel 5min. Latter she was told that they had several to come on over. I left and had dinner,when i returen i started to notice the bugs, I don't know if they were bed bugs […] or what,but the carpet was full of tiny bugs. It was gross! Convenient to highway and just a short trip by car to nearby MARTA for easy access to downtown. The hotel offers standard Hampton Inn amenities (everyone loves a morning waffle) at a reasonable price.

We wanted to do black Friday shopping at as little problem as possible. We found our hotel almost right in the center of all the shops we wanted to see. the room was excellent the staff exceptionally helpful and considerate They alone are reason to stay

Hotel is right off I-85 and very convenient to Buckhead area. We booked two rooms six weeks in advance through Expedia. Upon arrival we were put in rooms on separate floors even though we had asked for adjoining rooms. Staff apologized but could not accomodate our request. This is my hotel of choice now whenever i visit my friends in Buckhead. It was only 5 minutes to resturants and 10 minutes to Lenox Mall. Best location for us.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. They advertise that they have wireless internet but it is hard wired in the rooms. The internet did not work in the room we stayed in even after contacting Hampton Inn personel for help on the corperate phone number. The hair dryer also did not work that was in our room. The breakfeast was ok but there was […] no meat on the menue and the cranberry juice was watered down. The rest of the menue was ok, not great.
