I travel a few times a year and I have never had such a friendly staff. I was greeted by every single staff member throughout my stay. The woman at reception jumped up to hold the door for me when I struggled with my luggage and a maintenance worker called the elevator for me when he saw me approaching after breakfast. I was lucky enough not to be on the receiving end of this, but others weren't so lucky.
