Managers were not that knowledgeable about the Rose Parade (where to park, where it began, etc, and he said he had been in Tyler for 20 years). Had a wonderful indoor heated pool. Came in handy to keep the kids occupied. Was located close to numerous restaurants and even hospitals. The room was nice and cool. The beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful. The wallpaper in the bathroom was somewhat discolored in spots, but clean. My daughter used the hot tub and pool. They were clean and pleasant. Only fireants were in one area near the hot tub and stung our feet before we saw them. We recently stayed in the Hampton Inn while in Tyler for my daughter's gymnastics meet. Given it was early spring, the kids really enjoyed the indoor pool. I would definitely stay there again if we're ever in the area!Patiesa Hotels.com viesa atsauksme
