Mercure Dijon Centre Clemenceau — Dijon

Bar staff unhelpful, provided wrong drinks. Had to request bar service via the reception staff as no-one came to check the bar for customers. Room service expensive and actually overcharged on the bill. Reception staff were helpful.

It's a little outside the city center, but still within a 10-15 minute walk. Very clean and cute rooms with snail decorations! Would definitely recommend.

This is a nice hotel with good service. It was a little further from the center of Dijon than I thought it would be but was within walking distance.

This was a very comfortable hotel to stay in with a very welcome swimming pool! however it is at the opposite end of the city to the train station and at the time there was much upheaval due to copious road works which made finding the hotel quite difficult. but overall we enjoyed our stay and got to know the suburbs here more than in other cities!

The location of the hotel was good for a stop over if your driving down to the south as it was easy to find and not too far off the motorway. Its also only a 10 minute walk into central Dijon which was such a lovely place .The hotel was lovely and the room very comfortable but we left feeling ripped off. We left an item in the room and despite contacting […] them 3 times asking them to return it, we havnt even had an acknowledgment. They also have a notice at reception stating free Wi-Fi then charge people for using the internet in their rooms (which they dont make clear). Finally they give you a voucher for breakfast which gives the impressions that it is included (or why would you have a voucher?) then you are charged £16 for a very poor quality breakfast. We arrived for breakfast at 9am and there was hardly anything left on the buffet so we basically had coffee and toast for £32. Uzziniet vairāk

We have been to this hotel 5 times, each time the quality remains the same, good and friendly service, very good breakfast, free internet.

This is a good standard hotel in Dijon that offers parking, breakfast, and a quality restaurant. It was in a good location with a short walk to the main downtown area. We had a comfortable stay here and would stay again.

The Mercure Dijon is known as one of the top five Mercure in France. However when you look at the price and the service, it is by far one of the best hotels in France. The room are renovated, the service very friendly and polite ( ask Fatima at the front desk), the breakfast outstanding, the barmen Michel and David can serve the best "kir" or "cardinal" […] in the city and the restaurant, "the chateau de Bourgogne' is definitely a must. Overall a good quality hotel for a rather smalle town of Dijon. We stayed there for one night and walked to the city center which is about a 15 minute stroll.

very satisfied, the room was confortable, temperature excellent and no noise filtered to our room. Very central and convenient - hope they keep the pricing as is!

Booked the hotel because it had a swimming pool but it was very poorly looked after - not clean (leaves and insects in the pool) and no towels available for pool. Reception staff wanted me to go to reception to pick up the ironing board & iron. Had to deliver laundry to reception. The Mercure chain is fairly swanky in its choice of decor, which was OK with us. The room was huge, which we did not expect after coming from Paris. The customer service at the front desk was excellent - they were very friendly and spoke English very well. The hotel isn't near the center of Dijon, but its just a short walk to a strip of restaurants […] and cafes. Underground parking is a bit tight but manageable. Definitely would stay here again. etablissement trop impersonnel : le petit déjeuner n'offrait pas "le bio" ... sauf après réclamation et ainsi pour tous les autres aliments - absents ou limités !(pain ,..) pour avoir séjournés dans d'autres mercures -Troyes par exemple , très bien- nous avons été déçus par les prestations .

L'hôtel est agréable et le personnel serviable, mais il est situé à environ 20 minutes de marche des attractions touristiques. Globalement, nous sommes toujours déçus par les 4* car cela n'est jamais gage de qualité. De plus petits hôtels de 1* à 3* offrent souvent un service plus personnalisé et une qualité acceptable pour un tarif moindre. En chambre […] supérieure, le lit était défectueux (le matelas creusait dans le haut à droite), ce qui est inacceptable pour un 4*. Suite à notre plainte, on nous a surclassé dans une suite supérieure au dernier étage et c'était beaucoup plus confortable. Nous n'y avons pas mangé, mais à 15.50 Euro le déjeuner est dans la moyenne des prix pour ce type d'hôtel (cher s'il n'y a pas de saumon fumé ou de fraises en saison, acceptable si l'offre est abondante et diversifiée). Bon mercure mais les bruits dans les chambres sont perceptibles en particulier en cas de voisins bruyants

Bis auf den Flur, der ein wenig runtergekommen ist, kann man das Hotel empfehlen. Große Zimmer. Angenehmer Frühstücksraum. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Suite a des petits soucis d'attribution de chbre nous avons visité deux chbres au quatrième étage, très jolie et rénovée mais nous sommes arrivé au deuxième étage et là, chbre un peu vieillotte, bas de porte abimées, montant du pare douche rouillé, pas digne d'un Mercure, mais bon pour une nuit et la personne a l'accueil très commerciale nous a offert […] les PD... A quinze mn a pied du centre ville historique, une piscine extérieure qui ferme à vingt en été, un parking privé et le PD complet. Uzziniet vairāk

Kamer geboekt voor 4 personen, met 3 daar gelogeerd, 4 was denk ik qua ruimte niet eens mogelijk geweest. Er staat niets in de omschrijving dat 2 van de bedden in feite opklaapbedden/slaapbank betreft. Heeft een zwembad met ongeveer 8-10 ligstoelen die doorgelegen zijn. Tijdens het boeken werd duidelijk vermeld dat het inclusief alle belastingen was, […] bij aankomst moest toch per volwassene per nacht 1,50 euro voldaan worden. Het restaurant , aan de andere hand, is geweldig. Het is de moeite waard hier te overnachten alleen voor het plezier hier te mogen dineren. Goede service, redelijke prijs en fantastisch eten en wijnkaart!!!!!!!!!! Uzziniet vairāk
