The female staff was awesome, great breakfast!!! Pool was a bit cold, hot tub hardly any bubbles.

The hotel was good for what the price. It was clean even during their remodel. Staff was super friendly and were happy to assist us. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and the pool wad nice. Only concern was parking lot lighting, many lights out and very dark in some of the outter areas. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the convenience of the location near the freeway entrance. The room was very quiet. It is under construction and needs to be updated but I would stay there again.

The building has 8-9 routers but the only one could connect with was in the lobby. Desk staff very friendly but couldn't solve problem. Also, they say 7am breakfast but actually opens earlier.

This is a nice clean hotel close to the freeway. Great for breaking up a long drive. Halls and lobby smelled a bit of cigarette smoke but the room was very clean, bed was comfortable, pillows a bit scrawny, AC not as loud as some I've had and kept the room at a comfy temp. Overall, for the money, this a good hotel. The waffles in the complimentary breakfast were great. A tasty change from the norm in other places. I would certainately return.

The price was great for 2 nites. The location was easy to get to , Visiting relatives in area. The dining area for breakfast was nice and the food was fine. Would stay here again.

Excellent value .Room needed updating/remodel. Sign on front desk did,however, state remodeling was in progress at the hotel,Overall,a pleasant experience.Very tasty waffles at the breakfast buffet (included in cost of room). Nice,helpful staff. Thank You.I would stay at this hotel again.

We were there yesterday and was extremely disappointed with our stay. The front desk person did not inform us that our room did not have any cable because the hotel is doing some renovations and are also changing their cable company. We got settled in our room right away because our children were already sleeping then to our surprise...NO CABLE TV!!!! […] I called the front desk and he gave us a choice to move to a different room....ARE YOU KIDDING ME! ...NEVER GOING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! Excellent Hotel in a convenient location for us. Breakfast was far better than the usual fare with Eggs and Sausage as well as the usual cereal, fruit, muffins, juice, etc Only thing detracting was a badly scratched but totally clean toilet seat. We were told they were remodeling and it might soon be a Holiday Inn Express.

Rooms were nice, and the price was reasonable. Having a hot breakfast was an added bonus. We would stay again.

Considering this is a 2 star hotel (I'd question that a little, maybe 1-1 1/2 would be more accurate), it was fine. Room smelled like fabreeze or something, it was a little dated, and had cheap pillows & bedding. Still, it was clean enough and I didn't feel like I was in danger. Breakfast was on par with any free hot breakfasts elsewhere. This hotel […] got the job done, no signs of bed bugs (I checked), but I still wanted to sleep in long sleeves and keep socks on my feet rather than walk on the carpet barefoot. Convenient location to 80, room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast is more substantial than most hotels, with make-your-own waffles and sausage, so you save time and money. The parking lot is dark, most of the lights are not on. The rooms are dated, could use some updating. Ask for more towels when checking in, they only have enough for two people. For the most part, the stay was not bad. The price was fair for what you get. I wouldn't mind staying again for an over nighter, but not a vacation.

For the price, the hotel is a good deal. The front desk staffs are extremely courteous and helpful. The room is clean. The air conditioning/heating unit is a little loud.

Very comfortable for an overnight stay. Nice full complimentary breakfast. Nice separation of the "WC" (bath/shower/john) from the vanity/dressing area. Ladies - great lighting here for doing your make-up! Great room rate except the website did not indicate there was an additional fee for pets. This fee was 40% of the room rate. Semi Trailer Parked in Red Zone all night Long starting up their engine every 15 minuntes. Told front desk. did nothing. got no sleep. Parked Right next to building Back side could see it right outside of window.

Customer service was wonderful. Rooms are clean and cozy. The contenent breakfast is what they say it is. My kids enjoyed the make your own waffle. I would stay here again.

Everything was great except the shower. Both mornings I had a warm not hot shower. I want my shower HOT. It was at 530 am so too many users should not have been an issue. My husband showered at 1000 am and had the same problem. Other than that, the room, staff and location was great. I hope they fix this problem

This was our second stay at your property, our room this time was not as well maintained as our first stay and not as clean. We requested a wake up call which never came, we were an hour late getting started. Evening and overnight staff questionable.

The outside and lobby of hotel was nice, but the rooms are falling a part. Air conditioner didn't really work, in the bathroom above the toilet if someone was in the room above us the ceiling was leaking, a whole in the wall from the main door, and you can rent an movies. We were shocked by the exorbitant $50 fee for the dog, when I had disclosed the pet when making a reservation. The cabinets in the room were in disrepair. The toilet was partially blocked, and we had to call maintenance to fix a broken phone. We have made a pact to NEVER stay at Ho Jo's again, ever!!
