Ibis Brussels off Grand' Place — Brussels

There was no coffee and tea makers in our room. In addition there is no room service in this hotel. It was very inconvenient.

Everything was good.

This was a great place to stay if you are looking to experience a weekend or some nights out on the town. If you are just in Brussels visiting for work or other purposes I would maybe consider staying a bit farther away from the city center. It was very loud at night and I heard truck deliveries and police.

This hotel is in a perfect location. You step out of your door and you are on a busy square where there are restaraunts and take-away places to eat. There is a lovely bakery called Panos across the road; they sell fresh croissants - perfect for breakfast as we did not pay for breakfast to be included in the hotel rate - then at 14 euros per person it […] was a lot cheaper to go out to buy breakfast. The room itself was clean and compact, with a lovely bathroom. Perfect for a one night stay. The reception staff were very polite and knowledgable, although with it being a chain hotel it lacks the personal touch - although this was not important to us particularly. The bar was 24 hours with a cheap enough range of alcohol, with a computer with free internet. The only negative I can give was that there was some noise from the square at night - but what do you expect when you are on a main square?! We expected this noise because we wanted the central location. 5 minutes walk from the central train station and so close to everything we loved this hotel - we would definitely return should we go back to Brussels. Perfect location! Unfortunately the staff at this ibis believe that that makes up for poor service.

This hotel is in an excellent location - very close to Grand Place, Central Station (which is easy to train to from Midi/Zuid), loads of shops, etc. The room was a good size, the bed comfortable and it is air-conditioned. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

my recommendation is for those on a budget who want a clean place close to the main square. Rooms are clean but overall dated and not 'flashy'. Hotel could use an update similar to the one done in the lobby.

The hotel has a perfect location a few hundred metres from the Central Station and just on the edge of the old city centre. I would have preferred to pay a little more for the room and have Internet connection included. It seem rather oldfashioned that have to pay extra for Internet connection. Excellent !!!!!. Amazing Location, Beautiful neighbourhood, extremely clean,beautiful room with window overlooking the Square...1 Step away from main amenities ; 2 minutes away from Central Train station .We will return .

Perfectly good location and adequate room. But I was told that breakfast was included but it was not. I protested when bill was presented and staff was rude, I left dissatisfied.

The hotel is good, clean three star hotel with a good optional breakfast bar on offer. The location is both good and bad: good for sightseeing but bad for sleeping due to the noise from the surrounding streets. This hotel was in a great location, a short walk away from the central train station and close to the main square, shops and bars. The room was spacious, bright and clean with a comfy double bed. The hotel staff were friendly, although didn't speak the best english so couldn't really explain the form I was asked to fill out when checking in....however, […] my french isn't half as good as their english so shouldn't really complain. Nice comfortable tourist level hotel. Compare to a Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn in US. Room good size (for Europe), very clean, Very close to Central Train Station (walk); 1 block to Grand Place; nice neighborhood - places to eat, sites, all close to hotel. The Ibis Brussels is a clean, modern, comfortable hotel at a reasonable price in a great location near the Grand Place, Brussels Central Station, and lots of restaurants. The staff is friendly and there is a computer terminal available although you have to pay for the time. Having to use one's key card for the elevator contributes to a feeling of s […] ecurity. This hotel was what we’ve come to expect from Ibis. Breakfast seemed a little over priced as it was double what we paid in Paris. But the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We were visiting Christmas Markets in Belgium and Germany on this trip and this hotel is in the perfect location to visit the Brussels Christmas Market.

The rooms and amenities are what you'd expect from an Ibis hotel. The room isn't large, but it's just fine for sleeping and also has a good-sized desk. They have breakfast and WiFi available, but neither are included with your room charge. The Ibis Hotel in Brussels off Grand' Place is very close to the Square. Walking distant to all must-see sights. If you don't have too much luggages then it is walkable from Bruxelles Midi station to the Hotel. Value for money.

Located in Place D'Espagne and steps from Grand Place and Central Station! They had a nighttime celebration outside our window that weekend so it was a little noisy, but they ended at a reasonable time. The room is small by American standards, but clean and a good price and location. They charge for internet and shorted us on the time we paid for, but […] gave us an extra hour to make up. cette situation est la meilleure car 1mn de grand place, pour l'accueil rien a dire, aimable, pour la chambre rien a dire, le 4eme etage c'est le meilleur (chambres plus petites au dessus), petit dejeuner buffet parfait avec chaud et froid a volonté, grande variété de tout. Bodde på översta våningen dit hissarna inte åker upp. Otroligt varmt i trapphus och rum, ingen fungerande AC på rummet. Har tidigare bott på ett annat våningsplan och varit nöjd. Supervenligt personale, ok standard .. men værelse 406 er simpelthen for lille til at kunne kaldes et værelse :-) .. det bør kun udlejes til reduceret pris.

Hotel bem localizado, boa relação custo beneficio, serviço correto, excelente para uma curta estadia.

Bonne situation. Hotel agréable.

Hôtel propre et idéalement placé pour visiter la ville. Seul bémol, les chambres sont très petites pour un 3 étoiles.

C'est un super hôtel, très proche de tout : du centre, du métro, et de la gare. On peut donc aller partout ! Je vous le recommande vivement, n'hésitez pas. Les tarifs sur internet son très biens, les petits déjeuners sont à 14 euros et c'est très bon :) Attention vous allez payer une taxe de l'hôtel de 4 euros environ.

Detta skulle vara ett jättebra hotell om personalen i receptionen var kundfokuserad .

Great location. Friendly, efficient staff. Handy carpark underneath hotel but had to pay 15 euros per day. Negative points - room was tiny which mae it not comfortable for two people to move around and one has to pay for internet which is not aceptable these days in our opinion.

Fin beliggenhet. grei standard. Vær klar over at de kun har dobbeltrom, og at frokost ikke er innkludert. Men de selger en ganske god frokost til 14 euro. Vær også klar over at når du sjekker ut får du i tillegg city tax på regningen. Denne er på omlag 4-5 euro.

Hôtel idéalement placé en plein centre, a 2 min a pied de la grande place et du centre de Bruxelles. Petit déjeuner cher, je conseille de le prendre a la boulangerie (vendant des cafés) sur la place devant l'hôtel

Clean and nice hotel - and friendly service. Close but not too close to the midieval center. However the hotel expresses this boring neutral, no-soul, hotel-chain atmosphere.

Om du vill höra grannarna idka parningslekar och nöjeslystna/skräniga ungdomar ladda inför utekvällen är detta rätt hotell, men vill du sova djupt och störningsfritt ska du välja ett annat. Läget är annars perfekt, nära till järnvägscentralen, Grand place och den kissande lille pojken samt shoppingstreetan. Inte långt till fina matställen heller. Propre, simple, personnel accueillant. Confort en rapport avec le prix. Point négatif: le wifi en chambre est payant (mais gratuit dans le hall).

Små rom. Bråkete på natten pga fulle mennesker på gaten. Rent, pent og PERFEKT beliggenhet. Ikke ta hotellfrokost. Gratis Wifi i resepsjonsområdet. TV kanaler på syd europeisk språk. Flott om du skal bruke minimal tid på rommet.
