Days Inn Rockport — Rockport

A good place to stay.

Bed was roomy and comfortable. Nice furnishings and decor. Internet access (wired only) and Cable TV. Large screen. Microwave and refrigerator were a nice touch. A good variety of items to eat in the breakfast room. The air conditioning was a little loud and hard to adjust, but overall I am very satisfied with our stay.

I rated this hotel a 3 on the scale of 5 because the room was a little musty smelling. The best thing about the hotel is the location. Right by the gulf and about 15-30 miles from Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. The pool was being repaired and you had to flip through channels to figure out you had HBO.

Excellant location for a tourist in Rockport. Courteous service, ample sized room, good mattress on king size. Clean and upgraded, everything worked ok. Good value for the price

It was a good location and good price but you get what you pay for - the AC made noise all night - the shower had not hot water and the cable was messed up and NO INTERNET !!!!

Kind of a worn out facility, but very convenient, clean linens, and nice people. Would stay again for a quick overnight, but would probably opt for something a little nicer for a longer stay.

This place is ok and clean, but the rooms need updating

I should have been suspicious when the property did not allow changes or cancellations. When we arrived there was a toilet plunger on the balcony outside the room, it never was put up. The bathroom light was so moldy I am sure the effectiveness of the light fixture was reduced by 50%. Only one of the three lamps in the room was plugged in when we arrived. […] The clock radio did not have a plug, just the cord hanging down. The toilet tank drained constantly and refilled about every ten minutes. The property advertised wireless connectivity but it was spotty on one laptop and non existent on the other. The room had been repainted, the quality indicated the person doing the work and the person accepting the work were unprofessional. I will not stay at this property or this chain ever again. Second time I stayed at this hotel in the same room. A couple of minor issues reported to management. Will stay there again as price is right and location to corporate office is perfect.

If your looking for a nice hotel close to the water, this is the place. You can see the ocean from your front door. Rooms are nice enough. First time to Rockport. Had a great time.

Mediocare, would be the word to disscribe our stay. It was right by the gulf, it was a beautiful sleepy little fishing town. The hotel was adequate for one night stay. We had what we needed...bed, showe,r and air conditioning. There was nothing outsanding about our stay. The hotel grounds needed some major repair and updating....aestheticly the hotel […] was not pleasing to the eye. The hotel was very nice very close to the beach and other attractions. The pool area was well kept but the jacuzzi could have been a little hotter. The staff were really good. The only complaint would be there was old a/c's and tools outside but overall it was a nice place to stay. I recommeneded it to a family member who was looking for a room and […] he liked it as well. He said after looking at other hotels Days Inn had nicer and bigger rooms. I would return and recoomend this hotels to others. Uzziniet vairāk

perfect if you have pets had view of the ocean 2 minuet drive to the beach. about 30 minuets from corpus and port aransas. small pool but good for kids and adults to relax. hotel staff friendly and prompt when needing something

Room was nice and clean. A/C worked perfectly. Easy check in/out. Grounds were well maintained. Good selection for continental breakfast. Weather was a bit cool to enjoy swimming, but the pool area was nicely maintained and ready for use. Easily accessible to local attractions and beach. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends the location is so nice and close to alot of stuff,And clean. my mom actually liked it for once and she is a very picky person. the bed were huge. the pool was nice clean and walking distance to. We plan to come back again

We had a really nice time, the room was clean and had a good view of the bay. The only problem was we asked for a late check out at 2pm on vday . Hotels.com did not let the hotel know this, and Days Inn wanted us out at 11am, and wanted to charge us extra to leave at 2. They literally called and said we had to pay more money to leave at 2... said we […] had to pay a late check out fee, this is never told to me when I booked the room through hotels.com... The place was a dump!!

A very good value and great location.

Hotel is very old and needs updating. Restroom had exposed wires and fixtures missing. AC did not work and I had to be moved to another room. Not very clean.

We enjoyed our stay..... The pet friendly environment was great...I would recommend Days Inn in Rockport to anyone traveling with pets. The rooms are roomy and clean.

The hotel was easily accessible and centrally located to facilitate local activities. The staff was friendly and eager to please. The rooms were dated, but appropriate for price and location.

Hotel was nice and clean with a great view. Price was affordable.

Was being remodeled but did not affect us. The location met our needs. Was comfortable. Would like to have stayed longer.
