"Perfect Location"
This hotel is in a perfect location and comes at a budget price. Close to Beale Street approx 5 minutes walk away but far enough away to avoid the nightly noise. The trolley car runs from outside of the hotel. The staff were easy going but also very helpful. The standard of the breakfast was high. If we visit Memphis again I would choose this hotel […] again. I cannot fault the service. Car parking was chargeable but easy to self park and not overpriced. The rooms are smaller than typical USA rooms but although they are smaller and compact they are very clean and comfortable. We have a wonderful stay and slept soundly. "Good location"
Comfortable hotel in a good location. Hotel met all our requests incl. a quiet room even though the trolley bus passes outside it did not disturb us. Would stay there again

"Sleep Inn Memphis-perfect location"
Great staff, perfect location near the river, Beale Street, NCR Museum, Gus', Peobody ducks and a trolley stop. We lucked out!

Friendly service! Very convenient location. Enjoyed the stay. Breakfast personnel had difficulty keeping up with the demand of the morning crowd.

"Very nice for the price."
Convenient location, close enough to the Cook Convention center and to Beale street to walk, although the Trolley runs dirctly behind the hotel. The room was very modern, and clean. Very comfortable. "Great hotel, up to date, clean, wonderful location"
I stayed here for 1 night, while exploring Memphis for the day. It is in a great location along Main St with a parking lot right outside of the hotel. I was there by myself....and downtown Memphis seems pretty sketchy. I walked along Main St find in daylight to get to Beale, but at night I felt like I shouldn't...even though I live in Chicago and know […] cities. But the great thing is there's a trolley that has a stop right outside of the hotel's back door facing Main St, so I rode that back for $1 :) The hotel itself is very up to date, felt very clean, great included breakfast...although the eggs were a bit funky. "Great Stay"
We will stay here when in Memphis. Excellent location, good breakfast, good resturants near by. Next time we will get queen beds, the doubles were to small.

The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed staying downtown and walking to dinner and our concert. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. They DO need to buy a new waffle maker. That one was sticking very badly but breakfast had a nice assortment of things to offer for breakfast.
Stay was very enjoyable. Rooms were clean and nice (a little small maybe), but very clean and modern. Area was good and very close to trolleys and Beale St.
"Riverfront Trolley"
Access to the Trolley, gave us access to the city and some great sites. A great place to stay if you are in for downtown action. Beale Street is "AWESOME". We love the "Blues" Ky Resident

The staff was friendly however, on check in the clerk was a little cold in his greeting of us. The room was very compact but it was OK considering the cost, also the bed was not very comfortable. It's location was excellent in that it was close to Beale St, but not to close. The trolley that stopped in front of the hotel provided excellent transporation. Nice place on trolley line. Staff friendly and helpful. Odd bathroom layout. Had to cross floor to get a towel-no place to hang it near the shower. Didnt like having sink out side bathroom in the bedroom. Commode and shower were behing sliding door which was awkward to use. Vending machine on my floor ate my dollar bill. The hotel was hard to find. Parking was okay. It was walking distance from Beale Street! The trolley stopped right in front of the hotel. The employees were friendly. The only negative was that we needed toilet paper late one night and there was not an employee available to bring it to us. I had to get dressed and go get it.

This motel is recommended in many travel guidebooks and for a very good reason: clean, quiet yet very central and close to the main attractions. Easy to get to, the car park in the centre of the city is a plus. Perfect for a couple of days in Memphis.

Hotel was nice and close to everything. The room was small but very clean. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. The price was ok since it was in the middle of downtown. It was nice being within walking distance to Beale St, or taking the trolley down Main St.

The hospitality of the staff is great. Valet parking is the same as self-parking so go valet. The complimentary breakfast hits the spot. One can get anywhere in downtown as the trolley cars run by the hotel - no worries as they make little noise and aren't heard inside the hotel. Hotel was well maintained and tastefully decorated. Our room (one double) was a bit on the small side but perfectly adequate. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

"Wireless Internet did not work"
I stayed for 4 nights, and everything was fantastic except the internet. The hotel had recently hired a company to provide their wireless internet, and the signal was very weak to non-existent in my room. The internet did not work in my room almost the entire time I was there, and I was very displeased that nothing could be done to fix the problem. […] The hotel employees didn't know what to do and the provider of the internet service did not answer the phone. This hotel would have gotten a 4 or 5 for overall rating from me, but the internet was really inconvenient, and so they get a 3. They need to get a new company to manage their wireless. The hotel and rooms were clean and simple. It was within walking distance to Beale Street and other surrounding activities. The room was a little smaller, but overall it was perfect for just one night.

We checked in early evening so our rooms were ready without hassle. Evening staff covered the basics but day staff were wonderful: helpful and very friendly. Hotel rooms were a little on the smaller side but really lovely and clean. Vanity area outside of the actual shower/toilet which I found to be a bonus, easier to get ready when there is more than […] 1 of you! We really enjoed our stay at Sleep Inn. We found it very conveient and everyone was very helpful. We were pulling a covered trailer with our motorcycle and the parking attendent was very helpful getting us situated. we will definatly stay there again and we already refered our friends there. Thanks

In getting a hotel in memphis i was worried but when i entred the lobby of this hotel i was relieved. court square was clean and stylishly furnished for its size.As well was the room being comfortable, clean and had everything you might of forgot including a safe for my valuables. The continental breakfast impressively restocked as needed to accomodate […] customers. Beautiful parks and areas surrounding the hotel were a pleasant and clean. We could walk to beale and other sites with little effort but for the ease of travelling the trolley is right at the door.
