"Sketchy neighborhood"
Hotel is nice, once you get in it stay in it. The neighborhood leave a little to be dessired. There were also some sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot and lobby. I would stay here again because of the service, but not for a long period of time.

i'd stayed here 2 years ago when they first started their renovation and was pleased. seems they stopped the upgrades shortly after that, leaving much of the work unfinished, or worse, half done. upkeep has been minimal, the hotel looks soiled and tired. the staff seems clueless - unaware of the hotel layout when i asked to change rooms to one away […] from the highway - took two people some time to figure out expedia payment and miscoding the keys...necessitating several long walks back to the front desk for reparations. it's nice that there is a pool - a rarity at this pricepoint. the egress and access to the hotel is a bit stilted - it is on what seems to be a terminally under construction site. the kids appreciated the ground round on site. will look for another hotel the next time through.... "not bad at all"
I was expecting worse but was pleasantly surprised with the condition, it was very clean and updated. nice pool, free breakfast. My only complaint is the room did not have a mirror outside of the bathroom, which made it difficult for more than one person to get dressed for the event we were attending.

Great Hotel and Staff. We had to check out early and the manager was extremely gracious as well as helpful.
"Easy access to highway"
Convenient, clean and friendly staff, all I could ask for. Would recommend to others and stay there again.
We stayed here because of its close proximity to McCoy stadium. We were concerned initially about the road noise because it was so close to the highway. But we didn't even notice the noise. Very clean hotel.

"Worth the Trip even with Road Construction"
Even with the Pawtucket Bridge reconstruction, this hotel is well worth the trip.
"Clean room, polite service"
We were visiting Providence for our daughter's graduation from JWU and just needed a room for one night as the graduation started early in the morning. Staffmembers were polite, helpful. Room was clean. Bed was okay, not the most comfortable I've slept in. Unfortunately we had rowdy "neighbors" who woke us up around 3:15 AM by banging their door multiple […] times, speaking loudly in the hallway and smoking outside our non-smoking room so that the smoke wafted in. "Comfort Inn Pawtucket RI"
We traveled with 2 other families, pool chlorine was extremely high, 2 out of 3 rooms bathtub/shower were dirty upon arrival w gravel and debris. Also water would not drain from tub area, effectively leaving 12 people 1 shower. No manager on duty to make decision or fix until Monday, we stayed Saturday night.

Comfort Inn was very close to where we were going for entertainment. The parking lot was clear of snow; the reception desk was helpful, and organized; and the whole place was very clean and well-kept up. Double beds are NOT queen-sized beds, but we had plenty of room. The continental breakfast exceeded expectations, and all of the employees were friendly! […] Another plus to the Comfort Inn was the restaurant attached and, other than putting caffeine in our Irish coffee late at night when we specifically asked for 'decaf" we had no complaints about the food & service, either. "Recommended"
I was in town to attend a concert on New Year's Eve, so basically just needed a place to sleep. Hotel is right off the interstate, so that was convenient. Front desk personal were very pleasant, and assisted with providing me numbers of taxi companies. Attached to the hotel is a Ground Round restaurant/bar, so that's great !!! "Convenient to Highway"
Besides a very friendly staff and no problems to report back to, what I found most convenient to me is that this hotel is right off of I-95..literally. You're not getting a cheap place just off of the highway. I was very satisfied staying here and would recommend this hotel.

Close to McCoy Stadium, great place to stay with young children. The kids love the pool, didn't have to leave for dinner, Ground Round attached to hotel with 10 % off offered to hotel guest.

The room was large and spacious, but the bathroom was tight sqeeze. We had a view of another window, which was terrible. We checked in close to midnight to find that the main light used as you enter the room was not working. It was too late for us to call the main desk, as we wanted to get some rest. "needs improvement"
This hotel had a convenient location, but the surrounding neighborhood was somewhat questionable. The room was clean, but had a moldy odor. The temperature control was on the unit by the window, and the only way to regulate it was on or off, so, it ran all night. "Great Night's Stay!"
We stopped over on our way to the Cape and had a fantastic night! The staff was so friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was delicious and the kids loved the pool. This is definitely on our list as a place to stay again!

Toilet flushing not good When room closed up for several hours, bad smell upon entering. Discovered by 2nd day that is was the AC moisture coming in instead of going out. Carpet was wet. Reported it to management.

Ein kleines aber feines Hotel. Für uns war zunächst die Lage entscheidend, da wir Bekannte besuchten. Es lag einfach perfekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer bequem, ausreichend groß und sauber. Parken war umsonst - ein bonus da wir mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs waren.
