I was just there over night and room was perfectly fine. Great bed! Once I got A/C set right no problems. Pool area was nice, lobby area nice and the folks were very nice. reviews kept mentioning heat and air do not work. Part of the problem is that when you check in there is a board on wall in lobby with switches on it. That is the heat and air control switch, If clerk forgets to switch on when you register ( as ours did) your room controls will not work. I have never seen this before but I suggested they put a sign […] on units in room so people will know if unit does not work to go to office. Our refrig did not work, and the light between the beds for reading had a short in the plug so my guest could not read. Otherwise rooms were updated, bedding was very nice. I was not satisfied with this hotel. Quite frankly, i wish I would have just not checked in. I had two rooms booked for the night. Room one: the commode was stained, the towels were stained as well as very rough, the sink still had someone else's hair on the counter. I went to Walmart and bought my own Clorox clean up to clean the bathroom and bathtub. Room […] two: the air conditioning would sometimes blow hot air VS cold air, the bathroom light was out, and i went ahead and cleaned that bathroom as well just to be on the safe side. When we called the front desk all they could offer was moving us to other rooms which quite frankly we were not excited about doing with the fear of getting a worse room.
