Fantastic location and view of the bay! The hotel sits right next to the "Beach Bar at Gun Beach" which is possibly the chillest place in Guam. The only downside is that the hotel is getting really old and showing its age. Also the service of the hotel is very Japanese, and thus does not attempt to go the extra mile. customer service stinks the food was not that great for the prices that they where asking. in a good note my boys love there pool other then that i would give this low 3 or of ten sorry nikko guam

not rated high on lots of site, but i do recommend this place for family holiday. nice beach and pool facalility with a waterslide. room mostly have great ocean views. good japanese restaurant inside hotel, and good japanese style bathroom fixtures. being a huge hotel (over 500 rooms), you can not expect a five star service especially at busy season, […] but this is definitely a great value. I like Hotel Nikko Guam for the following reasons: 1. The staff are helpful 2. The breakfast voucher can be used as lunch voucher at the Benkay Japanese Restaurant 3. The room is always clean and refilled with amenities 4. Beautiful view of the Philippine Sea from the bed and balcony 5. Beautiful beach, swimming pool and lobby 6. Breakfast is expensive […] for $24 dollars but is okay. Areas for possible improvement: 1. Most flights into Guam arrive at 4am or 5am. Guests should be allowed early check-in, even if this cost the guest extra 2. If early check in is not possible, guest should be allowed to check in much earlier than 2PM. 3. Gr8 hotel to stay. The only minus point is lack of staff. Room service is pathetic.

Serive was not at all good....it seems that there was shortage of staff..but the staff was polite hotel was huge....nice beach...garnden..pool spa was ok..not so great

Ocean view is very nice and wonderful! I saw rainbow on the sea in my room And i wake up because of moonlight. It's also very special. I love nikko hotel!

hotel nikko is very beautiful and close to airport,both me and wife enjoyed our stay .the only thing that is extremely expensive are the restrautes on the property. we ventured off property to local restrautes.

We stayed in Hotel Nikko Guam. Great location, a lot of buses will pass by the front door. Staff are nice and friendly. Room is clean and comfy with stunning view of the swimming pools and the beach. The lunch in the Japanese restaurant was good. Highly recommend this hotel to others!

We stayed here on our last night and it was perfect.. great view, lovely service and simply a great way to say goodbye to Guam. We recommend the dinner and show on the beach as well.

The Hotel Nikko Guam is an excellent place to stay. It is a beautiful facility and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the location at the end of the row of hotels along Tumon Bay; because it was at the end, it had a private, secluded feel, yet it was easy to walk to the restaurants and shopping along the bay. I was disappointed that there […] were only double beds, not queen-size beds, in the room. I know the Nikko caters to Japanese tourists, but most American hotels, whether luxury or even business hotels, now offer queen-size beds. The nice, large rooms at the Nikko certainly have ample space for larger beds. Also, the mattresses were too firm. My room was described as an "Oceanfront", but in reality, it faced the bay. I did have a partial view of the ocean from my balcony, but I could not see the ocean from the room itself. "Waterfront" would have been a more accurate description. I was also surprised that paint was peeling from the wall above the bed from a water leak. While it did not affect the comfort of my stay, it was not what I expected from a luxury hotel. Even though all the rooms are non-smoking rooms, the hotel does allow smoking from balconies. As a result, I sometimes had smoke from neighboring rooms blowing on my balcony. It would be nice if the hotel made one wing completely smoke-free, including the balconies, so the fresh air would not be marred by second-hand smoke. All in all, despite these drawbacks, the Nikko was still a wonderful place to stay and a good value for the money. Now that I know what to expect, I would definitely stay again. Uzziniet vairāk

We were assisted by the reception staff even we arrived early morning. The hotel is nice but a little far for walking to where my wife wants to go, SHOPPING MALLS. But transportation is not a problem. Overall, nice experience.

not happy with the hotel. It's not a 4 star hotel but just a 3.

We very satisfied with the hotel. No complaints except that the TV could have been a little bigger.

We had requested for a king sized bed but it was not prepared when we arrived. We were told to wait one hour to change rooms. After returning from waiting, they could not find another room, and just linked two full beds together. Renovation of the hotel completely blocks the entrance to the front desk from the main entrance so its inconvenient for people […] with luggages and kids such as us. No one volunteered to help us when we checked in and we were with three kids under 6. When we got to the room, it was just as in the pictures on trip adviser. Except for one major issue, there was excrement on the bidet washer, common in Japanese hotels. When we informed the hotel, somehow they thought it was okay because the bidet was working anyway. I had to explain to them why it was very unsanitary for the gadget to have crap on it, especially since I had small children with me. The room was cleaned regularly, except for the bidet. Swimming pools were decent. The slide was great--did not expect it to be on that level. Wear aqua shoes or beach shoes if you plan to swim on the beach. It's a massive hotel so be prepared to walk a distance just to get to the lobby, and from the lobby to the driveway. Worth my while, except for the poopers on the bidet! Uzziniet vairāk

My family recently returned from our vacation at the Hotel Nikko in Guam. We had a great time. The location of the hotel was ideal for a bit of a getaway. It is on the far end of the chain of hotels, but the trolley (best if you buy a five day pass if you are staying more than a few days) that runs to the major stops in the city made up for the distance […] away from the shopping and restaurants. We were able to go snorkeling in the Ocean each morning and to play in the pools and on the waterslide in the afternoons. The hotel has a private beach that the partrons may use. The snorkeling was great if you went out during the right time. Because of the location of hotel near the reef on the edge of the bay, the water was not deep enough to snorkel when the tide went out, but during the morning hours when the tide was in you could see a lot a lot of tropical fish. Our only negative experience with the hotel was the food that we ordered at the poolside restaurant was not what we had expected for the price we paid. We had two orders of the chicken strips (mostly dark meat) and fries and one order of the seafood and fries. Our experience convinced us not to order food there again but rather to take advantage of the myriad of other restaurants on the island. If you are looking for a place where you can get away and enjoy some time relaxing by the pool or the ocean and don't mind going out for your meals, then the Hotel Nikko is a great place to stay. If you are looking for a hotel that has access to watersports or you want a place where you can go snorkeling at any point during the day, then you would be better off to choose a place in the main strand of hotels a bit farther toward the center of the bay. ｸﾞｱﾑ旅行は30年前に初旅行、以来10回以上は来ています。今回は1歳の孫と家族が同行なので、日本語が通じるﾆｯｺｰｸﾞｱﾑにしました。ところが大間違い、ﾎﾃﾙのﾌﾛﾝﾄは全く日本語が通じません。（5人もいたのにですよ！）ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝでも片言の日本語です。（日本食ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝでも金目鯛をﾒﾝﾀｲｺと間違えてﾋﾞｯｸﾘ！）日本語のわかるｺﾝｾﾙｼﾞﾕはいましたが、どこのﾎﾃﾙにもいると思います。（昨年利用したｳｴｽﾃｨﾝﾎﾃﾙにはいました）ﾊﾟｯｸﾂｱｰで来る人はﾂｱｰﾃﾞｽｸがありますので問題ありませんが、個人旅行の方で英語のできない方はどこのﾎﾃﾙでも一緒だと思います。また、ｼｬﾜｰが壊れているのに結局修理はされませんでした。ｸﾗﾌﾞﾙｰﾑもうわさの通りでした。日本人が多く外国に行った気分には […] 到底なれません。（QBBでは日本人の大宴会みたいです） Uzziniet vairāk

時間帯によっては、日本語を話せる人が少なく、私達のように英語が不得手の者にとっては、多少不便を感じた。部屋は全てがオーシャンビューですばらしい眺めでした。

まず、新人のスタッフさんには気をつけて下さい。 チェックイン時にデポジットで100ドル必要だと言われ、カードを渡したら1128ドル取られており、なぜだと聞いたら、ベテランさんが来て「取られることはないから・・・」と説明されましたが、取られることのないデポジットをなぜ要求するのか不安になり日本人スタッフに話したら、急いで1セントの売りをたて、1セントのマイナスを入れてキャンセルして下さいました。現地スタッフさんは、メンドクサイと、その場しのぎの言い訳で処理します。 部屋はトリプルの予約だったのですが、部屋に入ると４台もベッドが入っており・・・忙しいと、適当に空いてる部屋に放り込まれているのかと感じました。 事前に喫煙者であることも伝えていたにも関わらず、ベランダに灰皿が無いので、ベッドの件と […] 灰皿の件で電話するが、スタッフが足りていないのか？誰も電話には出ず、仕方なく主人が受付へ行き、事情を話すと、先ほどの言い訳スタッフの方が「知っている？昔は、どの部屋も禁煙だったのよ！」と意味の解らないコトを言われたそうです。ベッドは「1台抜きに行かせるから・・・」と言われたそうですが、誰も来る様子が無いので、日本人スタッフの方に話して、部屋を移動させていただきました。 何かの対応をしてもらう場合は、自分から受付に出向くか、自分で部屋周辺に居るスタッフを探すかですし、日本人スタッフとお話するのも、とにかく待たされます。なかなか誰も捕まらない状態でした。 色々な国のホテルを利用して、ニッコーグアムはかなり残念なホテルだと感じました。 ビーチはとても浅く、足場がゴツゴツしているのと、藻まみれで汚く感じたので、私達はイパオやタモンへ車で行きました。 唯一の良かった点はプールのスライダーです。 1本しかありませんが、楽しめます。 ホテルの場所の利便性は、レンタカーを利用していたので、私達は特に何も感じませんでしたが、車を運転していて、繁華街まで少し距離があるように感じました。 ホテルのビーチから行ける隣のビーチバーは雰囲気がよく、日本人がほとんど居ないので、海外にいるんだなぁ～と唯一思える場所でした。 Uzziniet vairāk

下の子の小学校卒業のタイミングでグアムに家族旅行を計画して、ホテル・ニッコー・グアムに宿泊しました。トリプルにベッドを追加して4人で宿泊したのですが、追加したベッドも備え付けのものと同じでゆったりとして快適でした。プールやウォータースライダーを楽しむこともできましたし、満潮時の遠浅のビーチでシュノーケルをするとリーフ付近できれいな魚達をたくさん見ることができました。また、夜のディナーショーも愉しむことができ、家族みんな大満足でした。

ホテル街では一番端にあるが、意外に中心地に歩いていける。日本人には、フロントにスタッフがいるので、町のレストラン予約、ゴルフ予約等の相談もしやすい。夕食の食べ飲み放題、ショー付き焼肉がおすすめ。

DFSなど繁華街からはけっこう離れていて、ホテル周りには何もない感じでした。ただ、バスが頻繁にでているので、繁華街にいくのにはそんなに不便を感じませんでした。プライベートビーチがありましたが、藻だらけで泳ぐ気にもなれませんでした。ホテルの老朽化は否めませんでしたが、眺めだけはとてもよかったです！アウトリガーと、ホリデイリゾートにも泊まりましたが、眺めは日航が一番よかったです。　他二つは、部屋が広く、快適でしたが、日航は部屋も小さく、お風呂も小さい上にカビがあり、消毒の匂いがすごく、窓を開けて過ごしました。

10日間連泊しましたが、天候にも恵まれ飽きない旅行でした。提携先のゴルフも堪能。コストパフォーマンス最高の旅行でした。

家族６人楽しく過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

아무래도 일본계열 호텔이라, 영어와 일본어가 가능한 분이라면 더 편하게 숙박하실 수 있을것 같군요. 마주치는 거의 대부분 분들이 일본 여행객들이구요, 꽤나 많은 투숙객들이 있었음에도 불구하고, 호텔자체는 조용했습니다. 괌 중심가에서 약간 벗어난점(걸어서 10분정도 거리)이 좀 아쉽긴 합니다만, 너무 북적대지 않는걸 좋아하시면 더 좋으실 수도 있을껍니다. 침대가 좀 작은 편입니다. 덩치가 좀 있으신 성인 2인이 한침대에 눕기에는 좀 좁게 느껴집니다. 호텔시설은 깨끗하구요, 호텔안 수영장의 접근성, 청결상태도 좋고, 워터슬라이드도 좋습니다. 다만 호텔 앞 바다속에 바위가 많은 편이라 맨발로 나가시면 다치실수 있구요, PIC쪽보다 […] 물고기가 없습니다. 그리 화려하지는 않지만 전반적으로 깨끗하고 잘 정돈된 호텔이었습니다. タクシーに乗るほどの距離ではないのですが 中心部からホテルへ帰る道のりがずっと坂で荷物があると少し辛かったです　朝食付きの宿泊プランだったのですが　１Fビュッフェの味が残念で翌日からはタダにもかかわらず利用しませんでした 中華桃李は安定感のある味で毎滞在利用します

方便，去杜梦湾，购物大街都很方便

嫁さんと子供３人（4歳、3歳、1歳）つれていきました。 グアムはトリプルベッドにできるホテルが少なく、また当サイトからの予約はとても安かったので助かりました。ホテル自体は可もなく不可もなく。プールはウォータースライダーがもっと（確か7歳以下不可）小さな子供でも遊べるように小さなものもほしいといった感じです。グアムは小さな子持ちなら絶対にレンタカーがお勧めです。後半半分レンタカーを借りて非常に楽でした。

제 남편 가족이 니꼬에서 묵고 전 하얏트에서 숙박했었는데.. 정말 뷰가 하얏트와는 차이가 나더라구요 . 뷰는 절대적으로 니꼬가 좋고, 하얏트의 경우에는 뷰 때문에 룸 등급이 정해지는데, 하얏트 리젠시 보다 니꼬 가 훨씬 좋습니다. 하지만 니꼬는 호텔이 좀 오래되서요 .. 시설 자체는 하얏트가 좋아요 . 수영장도 당연히 하얏트가 좋구요 . 그리고 전 동양사람이라 그런지 니꼬의 일본 호텔식 서비스가 하얏트의 웨스턴 스타일보다 마음에 들더라구요 . 나중에 괌에 또 가게 된다면.. 니꼬가 조금 더 비용이 저렴하고 디스카운트 된다면 전 무조건 니꼬에 머물것 같네요 .

설연휴를 이용해서 괌여행을 갔습니다. 호텟닛코에서 2일, 웨스틴에서 2일을 머물렀는데.. 개인적으로 호텟닛코가 훨씬 맘에 들었습니다. 정원과 조용한 분위기 너무 좋았구요. 특히 방에서 보이는 경치는 정말 이루 말할수가 없었습니다. 시가지에서 조금 떨어져있어서 걱정을 하였지만.레드라인이나 DFS 셔틀을 이용하면 매우 편했고, 방도 웨스틴보다 훨씬 넒어서 개인적으로 아주 만족했던 곳입니다.. 특히 닛코비치에서 스노쿨링을 하면 고기들이 매우 많습니다.. 웨스틴은 물이 흐리고 고기가 거의 없습니다.. 닛코 정말 추천합니다.

작년에 저희부부가 이 리조트에 다녀와서 저희언니부부를 추천해줬는데 너무 좋고 만족했어요~ 바다도 너무 가깝고 니꼬리조트만의 전용 해변이라 좋았구요~수영장도 너무 좋았어요~슬라이드 죽음이에요~다시간다면 꼭 다시 머무르고싶네요~

일본인들이 절대적으로 많고 주로 한국인, 중국인 순으로 아시아인들이 주로 호텔투숙객인 곳입니다. 제가 머문 ocean parlor suite는 전망도 좋고 공간도 넓고 여유로워 4박 내내 편히 지낼 수 있었습니다. 조식 부페 마젤란의 음식도 괜찮으면 수영장과 워터 슬라이드 모두 좋습니다. 단점이라면 호텔의 해변이 다소 답답하다는 점과 아쿠아슈즈없이는 들어가기에 발바닥이 아픈 자갈바닥이라는 점과 trigger fish라는 물고기가 문다는 점이 다소 아쉬운 부분입니다. 전반적으로 유쾌한 기억을 남기는 호텔입니다.

저는12층을이용했는데요 너무좋았습니다^^ 객실도 깔끔하고 넓은바다를맘껏볼수있어서 더좋았어요 인포메이션도 너무친절하시구요^^ 거의 일본분들이 많으셔서 조용해서 더좋았어요 비치에나가서 조용히 앉아있다오구 조식을 골라먹을수있는점도좋았습니다 . 로비도 넓은편이라서 이곳저곳돌아다니기좋아요^^ 꼭 추천해요 또가고싶어요

酒店挺好的,位置方便,好在选着了这间酒店,到购物大街很方便酒店有2个吃早餐的餐厅,要选着地下一层的那间自助西早很丰富,日本餐厅定食很一般,开始不知道有2个餐厅选着,西早值得推荐

　高層階のクラブルームに宿泊しました。景色もよく、最高に快適な滞在でした。次の機会も、日航グアムに宿泊したいです。 　クリスマス無料チャペルコンサートに参加しました。うっかり予約をするのを忘れてしまいましたが、快く歓迎してくれ、案内してくださいました。両親も一緒だったので、心遣いに感謝感激です！！ 　唯一、プールでの日本人や韓国人の場所取り合戦に疲れました。椅子に座ってないのなら、タオルで何時間も前から場所取りをするのはやめましょう。ホテル側もその点には、配慮して欲しいものです。

　全体的に滞在は満足しました。次回も、是非とも日航グアムに宿泊したいです。 　ただ3人部屋は、なぜか外通路を通るなど、微妙な場所にありました。やや老朽化しており、その点だけは非常に気になりました。眺望も低層階は、さほど素晴らしくありません。やはり宿泊するなら高層階ですね。

２度目の利用です。子連れでは初めての海外も快適に過ごせました。 繁華街からは離れているため立地的に難儀することもあるかもしれませんが、レンタカー使いには問題なし。 屋号は忘れてしまいましたが「ちりとり鍋」食べ放題のレストランが１Ｆにあり、良心的な価格で味も良く、日本語は通じないけれど一生懸命にサービスしてくれる好感の持てるスタッフさん達、店内では無線ＬＡＮが使えとても重宝しました。 プールもオンワードやＰＩＣのような派手さはないけれど十分楽しめました。キッズルームではなぜかカニがいて初対面の息子は号泣、楽しい思い出になりました。
