The staff was friendly and helpful. The stairwells need to be vacuumed on a more regular basis. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The service was friendly and helpful. When I walked in the room it was 86 degrees. Went down to check in and they sent up maintenance. Maintenance did get it a little cooler, but had to sleep with the window open all night to keet the heat down to 79 degrees. This is January in MT and was unable to get a good night […] sleep because it was to hot. "2nd Time in Kalispell @ Red Lion"
The last time I stayed at the Red Lion in Kalispell I had a room with a king bed. This time I had a room with two queen beds. The differences were striking, resulting in a much less pleasurable stay this time. 1) There was a lack of outlets in the room. With two cell phones, two Ipads, and two laptops, you can imagine the frustration. 2) The TV was […] much older and smaller in the queen bed room. 3) Had two days where the hot water was luke warm at best, and actually ran out of hot water the second day. I called down to alert them and complain, and since I booked on Hotels.com they would not adjust my rate or give me any sort of concession.
