The hotel is located very good, near the historical city center. Its has really good restuarants and comodity. I definitly good go there again and recomend it.

The ability of the hotel staff to help provide directions and tips was outstanding. Very helpful and very accomodating.

This is a very good hotel. Our room was spacious, with very pleasant decor. The location is excellent. We ate at the Pitter Keller and the main restaurant and both were very good. We were disappointed to have to pay extra for WiFi internet in our room.

This hotel is well located but otherwise unremarkable. It was clean but run down. Our room was large but not comfortable. Internet and breakfast were both extra charges which made it not much of a bargain. It is, however, well situated between the old city and the train station.

Very nice hslistorical hotel that is very well kept. Highlight is the Austrian bier keller at the basement :-) with very good unfiltered beer and typical tasty Austrian cousin.

This hotel was clean and modern and close to various Salzburg sights. It is in walking distance to the train station - approximately 3 blocks.

We first picked this hotel because it was right around the corner from Mirabelleplatz and Old Town. The hotel is very nice with modern bathroom fixtures. Though I have to take points off for the following: The fire alarm went off at 11:30 at night. We called downstairs and no one answered to let us know if it was real. We packed our passports (in case […] it was real) and walked down 9 flights of stairs (almost to the bottom) only to be greeted by people coming back up saying it was a false alarm. The alarm went off again at 3:00 in the morning. We again called downstairs and no one answered. As we packed our passports to leave the room, the alarm stopped. Luckily, these were false alarms, but it would have been nice if someone was at the front desk to tell us to leave the room immediately. Uzziniet vairāk

This fine hotel was within easy walking distance for sight-seeing. Thankfully, just far enough from lots of activity so that it was quiet. Good restaurants are nearby.

Had a pleasant stay in the hotel, however it does look dated. Reasonal size room, clean. Helpful reception staff with up to date tourist info. Had a nice dinner in the PItter Keller downstairs.

Overall, a easonable hotel. Good size room, clean and comfortable but only a 3 star in terms of fit out. Weather was hot and house keeping could not supply light weight summer blanket.

From the time when I pulled in to the hotel until the time that I left, the service exceeded my expectations. My car was parked for me, bags taken to my room, room service on a silver platter, robes, complimentary hot chocolate. Everything a person could want for a weekend escape. we had a great time at this hotel, Clean ,modern ,close to tocal tranportation and very helpful staff . Everyone was great especially Claudia at the desk and Frabrize in the lounge. The breafast buffet was excellent ,we would definately recommend this hotel,

Even though the location is nice, this is a hotel to avoid. Service is poor, and so are the rooms (a bit dirty and not at all up to standard of a Crown Plaza Hotel -- more like a Motel 6).

This hotel is ideally suited for a short visit to Salzburg. My room was modern, comfortable and well proportioned with all the accessories required. Breakfast was of good quality and value for money with excellent service. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the city centre.

Nice hotel close to old Salzburg. Good buy for the price. Breakfast is more, but generally pretty good. I would stay here again. Close to the train station as well.

Very enjoyable stay - walking distance to old town and train station

close to Schloss Mirabell and train station, but the area is rather quite in the evening, not much happening. About 10-15mins walk from the walled city and fortress

Horrible front desk staff - very rude and unhelpful. They don't want to do anything to help you as a guest. The bell service was very good and friendly, but the rest of the staff was terribly rude. I would not stay at this hotel again.

I stayed for two nights with daughters and grandaughter. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. Very good hospitality tray. Lovely cosy bathrobes. All staff we met were very helpful and friendly. Had cocktails in the Plaza Bar both nights, and enjoyed the ambience of the room. Breakfast was brilliant with plenty of variety. Location […] in relation to Old Town is good, a very easy 10 minute stroll through the streets or you can get to Old Town via the Mirabell Gardens, just along the road from the hotel. Well located hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable well-appointed room. Two small negative remarks: two little cartons of horrible milk subsitute were in the room for coffee and tea-making purposes. This is normal, but when I requested a little fresh milk, I was told it would cost 5 euros to bring it. Alldeles för dyr frukost ! Bara en middagsmeny 5-rätters och alldeles för dyr. Bra med bastu under hela dagen men det borde stå att man duschar o tvättar sig före bastubad o besök i poolen. Nu såg vi gäster gå direkt ner i poolen utan att tvätta sig först- Likadant i bastun, Inte fräscht!

Das Bett war zu weich und zu zweit rutscht man ständig in die Mitte. Der Fernseher ist uralt und die Zimmerausstattung ebenfalls etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Le nombre d'étoiles attribuées à cet hotel ne correspondent pas à la réalité! C'est vieillot.

Отель производит очень приятное впечатление. мы рекомендуем отель во всех отношениях. Но должны отметить , что завтраки мы не посещали тк для двух взрослых и 7 летнего ребенка стоимость завтраков в день составляет: более 45 Euro Нам показалось дороговато. Возможно мы немного кушаем и нам так показалось, а кто любит крепко поесть, то приемлемо. В целом […] никаких замечаний нет. Наоборот, были приятные приветственные комплименты. 駐車場が、離れていて、入口がまた離れているため、しっかり案内してもらわないと、分かりませんでした。案内も親切で無かったので、場所を探したり、いったんフロントに戻って聞きなおしたりし、手間がかかりました。

Pool war etwas klein und Trainingsgeräte veraltet. Nur Pauschalfrühstück für € 15 möglich. Sonst war alles i.O. siehe oben

Hotel sehr gemütlich TV und TV-Programmführer scheinen nicht zu funktionieren. Habe Stromstecker gezogen, um ohne Wiedereinschalten des Geräts schlafen zu können

Hotel molto grande quindi un pò impersonale. Lo staff è abbastanza disponibile, la colazione molto abbondante. Belle stanze spaziose forse da rinnovare. Nel complesso comunque rimane un hotel elegante.

We stayed for 5night. We enjoyed a wonderful time during stayed. But one thing, We couldn't eat salad in breakfast. If the salad is in the breadfast, It would be better.

Frukosten var alldeles för dyr, ingick inte i rumspriset. Vi åt frukost på närliggande cafeer. Däremot mycket bra middag och helt ljuvligt att kunna äta ute i trädgården!

Das Hotel entspricht keinesfalls dem 4-5 sternestandard. Der Wellnessbereich mit Pool ist eine totale Irreführung: muffiger Raum im Keller mit Planschbecken.

Decisamente di ottimo livello, professionalità e disponibilità degne di lode. Spa livello medio alto, piscina piccola, adatta perlopiù ai bambini. Parcheggio auto su garage privato a 50 metri dall'hotel. Posizione dell'hotel in zona carina (vicinissimo al centro Congressi) a circa 15' minuti dal centro città. Buona scelta di ristoranti interni.
