I was attracted to the hotel because of its low rates and high customer service rating. I wasnt disappointed. The room was ready early, the front desk was more than helpful--I would stay there again!

Stayed here before going to the Cleveland Clinic the next morning. All of us had a good nights rest.

"La Quinta Inn Cleveland-Indepnd.- Pet Friendly"
We chose this hotel as we were traveling. We were very pleased that they allowed up to 2 dogs per room. The continental breakfast (which included waffles, breads, cereals (hot and cold), fruit, eggs and more) was more than sufficient for an over night stay. The rate was very reasonable and room was comfortable.

They put me on the end room att the hotel and it was a lot of noise coming from upper rooms and they had no late check out for the noise so will not book with them again.

"STAYING"
We were very happy with our stay there #1 we were able to bring our pet with us on this trip and to have him stay with us instead of puttting him in a kennel. The hotel was in a very convenient area for my husbands business and it was very comfortable. If we have to make another trip to that area again we will certain stay there.

"Felt like home"
This hotel is updated and feels very warm and inviting. Breakfast was OK, wireless internet was fast, everything was very clean. The only thing I didn't like is how thin the walls, floors, ceilings are. If you're a light sleeper bring your earplugs!
"A great nights sleep"
This hotel was an excellent choice for us, as it was close to a lot of stuff. We were biking along the Ohio and Erie Canalway for our trip and stayed here for 2 nights. It was very close to the trail and definitely close to a lot of resturants for our fuel. The hotel itself was great, and the bed definitely put us to sleep! "What a wonderful hotel!"
What a wonderful hotel! We arrived in the morning way before check-in for a day of biking the Cayuga Towpath. No problem, as the gal behind the desk warmly welcomed us and quickly .re- arranged several rooms to give us one that already had been cleaned. This hotel looked like it was recently rehabbed or their maintenance program equals a 4 star hotel. […] Our room was a delight with a wide screen TV, new bedding and 5 pillows! Best of all, the bathroom was super clean with fluffy towels. My only negative was the in-the-wall air/heating unit that was a little noisy. Across the parking lot is a local restaurant chain called the Winking Lizard that has ribs right out of Texas and ½ pound burgers. Over 100 beers are also on the menu. Great food and inexpensive. A Bob Evans is also just down the road. There are lots of other eateries nearby as well. Two mornings of breakfast was fine at the hotel with an assortment of fresh fruit, bagel hard boiled eggs and “make your own waffle” machines. Plenty of tables as well. The hotel is a 10 minute ride to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and 2 minutes to the Cayuga National Park. Enjoy your stay at a great price! Uzziniet vairāk

"Great place to stay!"
The hotel was very nice, the rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Our king size bed even had 5 nice fluffy pillows. New flat Screen TV's. We choose a smoking room, but our friends stayed in a non smoking room and they said it was also very clean. The continental breakfast was good, even had a waffle maker, fresh fruit and coffee of coarse. There […] also was a Winking Lizzard Bar right next to the hotel, it had great food and beer, great place to eat or have a nite cap without having to drive. I liked the location also as it was easy to get on/off Rt77 for our trip to the Cleveland Indians Games and the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. Rates were reasonable but room smelled. Should not have a n/s room surrounded by smoking room. Staff barely smiled. Continenntal breakfast was free but the attendant was continuously in a grouchy mood and demeanor. Worst of all the water pressure on 3rd floor was pathetic. When called a techician came early in teh morning, looked at it and said it was […] "because of pipes". What does that mean? NO follow up from anyone. No newspaper. "Great time as always at La Quinta"
Spent the weekend in Independence, Ohio which is only 12 miles from Cleveland. I chose LQ because I have stayed there a few times in Buffalo near the airport before a flight. (I live in Canada). The breakfast is always consistently tasty with good variety. Just wish the styrofoam cups were bigger! The rooms themselves are good, my favourite is the […] mattress... "smells like a smoking wing of a convalescent home"
The hot waffle breakfast almost makes up for our non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. We were originally placed in a non-smoking room, but switched. The supposed non-smoking room smelled worse than the room equipped with an ashtray. I am further dismayed by pulling clothes out of my suitcase 2 days later, and they still smell like LaQuinta Inn's […] "non-smoking" room. I would not recommend this hotel, nor stay here again. "Awesome staff, great room!"
I booked 2 rooms for 3 days for my son, grandson, and myself while in the area for a wedding. The rooms were a nice size and clean. Definitely couldn't complain for the price. Breakfast was decent also. Bagels, raisin bread, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, and of course waffles. I figure breakfast for 3 days, 3 people, it saved me about $50. All went well […] until we left. Part way home, my grandson realized he couldn't find his Nitendo game and we finally realized it was left in the dining room of the hotel. I called and low and behold they had found it and had it behind the desk. They mailed it to me priority mail and at no charge! I received it within 2 days. What they mailed was over $1000 worth of games and the ds to boot! Love you Gini!!!! It's so nice finding honest people! Whenever I'm in town visiting you can bet I'll stay here! I highly reccomend this place. Oh, and if you are thinking of going next door for dinner at Delmonico's Steakhouse, it's a higher class restaurant. Water pressure in shower is pretty low, and the first night the person who prepared the room forgot to leave both shampoo & a bath mat. Otherwise all was well.
The hotel was fine but I booked a non-smoking room through hotels.com and instead was given a smoking room. As it was a busy weekend in the area there were no other option so I had to take it. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Very convenient to Grandson's home--about 10 minutes away. The morning breakfast was very adequate and those who were maintaining the breakfast room were very helpful and very friendly (especially on Sunday AM)

Me and 2 friends booked this hotel because we got a great price and the online pictures looked nice. Check-in was quick and easy, if you pre-pay online checkout doesn't take more than 3 minutes (by the time my friends got our 2 duffle bags in the car I was already walking out, ready to go). We got a smoking room with 2 double beds, and it didn't actually […] smell like a smoking room which was nice. We brought a laptop and hooked up to the free internet very easily (in our room, not the lobby like some places limit you to). If you plan on showering there, bring your own supplies because nothing but towels and a teensy soap. Coffee machine in the room, but no mini-fridge which wasn't a big issue for us. There is also complementary breakfast which is pretty nice, make sure you try their waffle maker! Overall we had a great stay and would gladly re-visit this hotel Uzziniet vairāk

"dog friendly"
This hotel was fine -fairly convenient to Cleveland,accessible to highways several nice non chain restaurants nearby (not walkable) the only problem was the continually barking dog next door. Did not ask management for room change because the noise finally stopped
When I am in Cleveland, I typically make visits in both the eastern & western suburbs, and sometimes downtown as well. The location of this hotel is ideal. It also provides a variety of nearby restaurants. From my perspective, it is a great, reasonably priced hotel; a good value.
This hotel has a very convenient location on Rockside Road. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous. The free breakfast is average for this level of hotel. There were the exact same offerings every morning.

"MUCH MORE THAN I EXPECTED"
I FOUND THE ROOM TO BE VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WELL WORTH THE MONEY. Spent a week here and was very satisfied, all around. The location was convenient to our business in Independence. The cleaning staff did an exceptional job keeping the room in the same condition day after day. The whole hotel was exceptionally quiet, although our room wasn't near an elevator or ice machine, so that may have been good luck.
