This hotel was not exactly what I thought it would be when I booked it. My friend informed me that it is similar to a Hampton Inn. It is a nice hotel, but small. It was clean, good bed and comfortable pillows, good shower. The room was much smaller than I expected it to be though and the sink area was located right in front of the bed and the fold out […] sofa, so when I had to wake up much earlier than everyone else, the light and the sounds of me brushing my teeth, drying my hair, etc. was on display for all in the room. The shower/bath was small and I felt a little cramped in it but the water pressure was good. There is only one tv shared by the bed area and the "suite" area. Again, it was a very small room. Good breakfast, small pool and pool area, no hot tub but the pool was slightly heated. Overall a good place to stay if it is a quick trip and you don't need a lot of room. My daughters and I had a fabulous stay at this establishment. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable, wi fi was free, and the breakfast was very nice. Large TV and lots of large mirrors were added bonuses. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly as well.

Great hotel and room!! A little disappointed that the room amenities stated that they had DVD players when in reality they have DVD player HOOKUPS. Also a little disappointed there was not a microwave in room, but I knew they didn't have that. Would stay again despite both of these.

The room was gorgeous. Unfortunately the refrigerator was hot, and took too long to cool down and the sheets were dirty, especially on the sofa bed.

The first person at the front desk was a little rude and you could tell she was faking trying to be nice but everyone else there was wonderful. The bed was a little hard but I will chalk my lack of comfort up to a back injury. Perfect location for what we needed to do. This was our second stay here and in another year we will go back.

Um today two people can't really fit on a full size bed. Everywhere we go the room we chose usually has two queens and sometimes a sofa bed. We had 4 adults and I know my in laws were uncomfortable in the small bed cause they sleep in a king at home. I asked to change but the hotel was sold out. I appreciated that the hostess checked. My girlfriend and I stayed Valentine's weekend at The Hyatt. We had the greatest experience from check in to check out. Will definetly book with The Hyatt again.

The Hyatt Place at Cityview is a very nice hotel. The room was large, quiet and very comfortable. There is a small bar area with a frig and sink (no microwave). The sitting area and bed are separated by a small partition. The toilet and bathtub are in a small separate room, with the sink outside. There is a large, flat-screen TV with hook-ups on the […] side of shelf for video games or a computer, but the picture wasn't the best. There are only a few HD channels, but a wide variety of regular ones. There is no TV listing guide like at some of the other hotels in the area. You cannot see the TV if you are sitting at the desk which is in the same little alcove as the mini-barBreakfast was OK, with real glasses, dinnerware and silverware. They offered breakfast sandwiches but no plain eggs, waffles, cereal, mini doughnuts. There are no disposable cups or plates, though. All in all, a very nice place. Uzziniet vairāk

The room was very spacious and well aid out. Only problem was that the hotel doesn't have coke machines on any of the floors. You have to purchase them downstairs from the hotel "cafe" and they are 2.25 each. A little pricey for a 16 oz drink but other than that very nice experience

This hotel was a good overall value. The room was clean. The bathroom was small and shower was unimpressive. The breakfast was better than I expected. They also had a small bar which was not over priced. The highways in the area are under major construction, but it was still fairly easy to get around. My family and I were there to visit the Ft. Only stayed one night. The hotel was clean and in a nice area. Close to interstate, shopping, restaurants. The room is big with a fold out sofabed. We would stay there again.

It was very nice. the hotel had a TV glich one night that lasted for about a half hour, but they got it fixed. Our two kids loved it and said they wished all our hotel stays where like that.

Was one of the nicest Hyatt econo hotel I have been in. Beautiful rooms, decor and nice breakfast. Bathroom is small but I love the area for makeup and sink outside of bathroom. It was lovely.

Hotel is top notch with friendly staff and impeccably clean rooms. Breakfast bar was extensive and 24 hour coffee is available. Easy freeway access. Many restaurants and a SuperTarget right next door. I would stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

The Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room was very large with a very comfortable layout. We liked that the sink was in the main area instead of in the bathroom with the shower and toilet. We also enjoyed the comfortable couch and hassock. The breakfast was very fresh and enjoyable.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was great. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous. Nice thing was it had a bar and you could go down and get sandwiches, etc. all night long if you got hungry.

My husband and I only spent one night there, but I will definitely book this hotel again. The room was nice and clean, check in and out was easy. The stay at Hyatt place was really great. The location is almost perfect, considering the event I was going to was close by. I was able to get my nails done literally across the street from the hotel, and then eat out with friends in one of the restaurants nearby. The only downfall is that there really isnt a good view, because its near a highway and […] lots of buildings are around. Still the nearby highway provides great accessibility. The room that I had got at first was not cleaned. This was because, for some reason, the computer system did not post the room as "dirty". We had a few small issues, but the staff here made them disappear quickly and with a good attitude. The hotel is very nice for this price point, and all the little perks (on the go cafe, coffee 24/7, fitness room, etc) were great.

There is easy and quick access from this hotel to everything of interest in Fort Worth, and there are many businesses providing needed services very close. The only problem right now is the highway construction nearby.

Clean, quiet hotel, wonderful staff. Room was spacious with a lovely calm decor. Staff greeted us every time we entered or left the hotel. Very nice touch, as we felt that we mattered as guests and had help available anytime. Will be our first choice from now on.
