"Great Hotel!"
Overall I thought this was a great stay for the price. All of the staff we dealt with were very friendly. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, which was very clean and quiet. There seemed to be many other guests in the hotel but we didn't hear any noise from our room. The room was very spacious with the separate bedroom. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked. […] We used the shuttle a couple of times and the drivers were courteous and timely in arriving. The location was great; we walked to the MOA and to Friday's with no trouble and it seemed perfectly safe. The pool seemed overcrowded during the time we stayed so we didn't use it, but that was fine since we came for the MOA. "Pleasantly Surprised"
Much nicer than any other hotel room i've stayed in. Really enjoyed the amenities wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer. The hourly shuttle was great especially since the majority of our visit was to take my fiancee's son to the Mall Of America. Will definitely stay there again next time we visit.

This room was perfect it offers great convinece and a large area for both couples and families. The hotel breakfast was not great but the room offers a full kitchen that is very adequate.

We couldn't have asked for a better hotel! It was spacious, comfortable, and very convenient as we were visiting the Mall of America. There was a shuttle, but it was so close and the weather was great so we walked a few times. The free breakfast and dinners were great also!

We have stayed at the Homewood Suites across from the Mall of America twice now and both times the hotel was great, but the service was outstanding! All of the people working there on all shifts were so nice and helpful! Whoever helped us check in (can't remember her name) was definitely new but I could tell that she was trying really hard to learn […] everything and was super nice in the process! "Homewood Suites - Close to Mall of America"
We enjoyed our recent stay at the Homewood Suites in Bloomington. The hotel is directly across the street from the Mall of America. We easily walked to the Mall each day and back each night. We had a King Suite and the room was very clean. Amenities included microwave, full size refrig, dishwasher, and micro, King Bed in separate bedroom and sofa sleeper […] in dining/living room area. Sofa sleeper mattress was lumpy, but good enough for kids. Bathroom had to be accessed by walking through the King Bedroom. Very clean rooms and bathrooms with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap. Two TVs in our suite with many cable channels, but extra charges for gaming or movies on demand. Complimentary Breakfast served in the hotel lobby included scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, french toast, juices, milk, coffee. No muffins or pastries. Coffee ran out in lobby, but there are coffee and coffee makers in the rooms. Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful. Snack/candy room near front desk included ice cream treats. Mexican restaurant adjacent to hotel and IHOP next lot over. Overall we were very satified with our stay and would stay here again. Uzziniet vairāk

"Great Stay"
We had a great stay at the hotel. It was an incredible bargin with breakfast AND dinner included. The only drawback was the sofa sleeper. It was not very comfortable. Other than that I would recommend this hotel highly.
"Homewood suites, mall of america minneapolis"
all was good except the hotel management could not control some worthless teen agers that ran the hallways all night. They finally got them under control at 5am. Many on our floor complained and it finally took them calling the law. I called 4 times through the night. I would have kicked them and their parents out after the second issues.
"Nice hotel stay and convenient"
Our hotel stay was a good one. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the cheese omelets! More please! Only complaint was some very loud partiers on the 7th floor on our second nights stay. A call to the front desk may have helped. They kept it to a low roar at 11 pm. All in all we had a good stay and will probably be back.

I did A lot of research before choosing this hotel. I chose it because it was directly across from Mall of America, with a free shuttle service. The room was also larger than a regular double queen for the same price. It was not as big the pictures show, but there were two rooms and that's what I was looking for, since we were only in the room for sleeping. Everything […] was very clean and the service was awesome. I really only have two complaints... The sofa sleeper mattress was very uncomfortable, and the breakfast was minimal, and cold. I called ahead because of mixed reviews, and asked to talk directly to the hotel desk, and they assured me they had a good hot breakfast, not a disappointing one. My kids were looking forward to something other than cereal or bagels. I had read on the reviews there was a waffle maker, so they were all excited to make belgian waffles, but it was gone. The only hot offering was lukewarm bacon and egg patties. We did not have time to go out for breakfast, but there is an IHOP right there. Normally I don't even eat the breakfast, but this trip was different, as we would be going on rides at Nick Universe and wanted time for food to settle. Most of the people there were disappointed with the breakfast. So, if the food doesn't matter to you.. great place. The shuttle service was great, don't plan on walking to MOA because of construction to the mall. The only way in was through the parking ramp, very confusing. This hotel was one of the most comfortable we've stayed in. The king suite was just big enough for my husband and I, along with our two kids, to relax in and enjoy the shuttle to the Mall of America. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

I wish I would have known that it was equiped with everything you need to cook a full meal for your family I would have brougt groceries. waited 1 and half hours to check in after the 3pm check in time. reserved two rooms together at the same time on line and ended up on the opposite sides of the hotel. no compensation for wait or room set ups with a 100 % guarentee for satisfaction.

This hotel was awsome. This was our first stay here. We stayed for two nights. We wanted something that had a shuttle bus for locations but this hotel is right across the street from the Mall of America. The only disappointment we had was there was no hot tub. We thought it was listed but there wasnt one. The breakfast could of been better, serving chooses were limited. "Cold Shower"
Title says it all.. cold shower and all they had to say was "yeah we had a problem with that this moring, but it fixed now..." after we had already showered and were checking out.

We stayed at Homewood Suites from Dec 23, 2011-Jan 3rd 2012. We can only speak of great reviews. The staff and surrounding areas where wonderful. The hotel also provided am breakfast and dinner. As for the Mall of America it truly was a wonderful family event. We highly reccommend homewood suites. We hope your stay will be as enjoyable. close to mall of America, Minnesota Zoo, skating rinks, Ikea and tons of other spots. This is a superb location. The breakfast and welcome meal in the evenings were great and always different. The savings from both meals from Mon - Thurs was a huge deal to us. "Pleasent stay"
I checked into the hotel fairly late in the evening and the front desk clerk was extremely pleasant. Check in was quick and I got to my room quickly. The room smelled very smoky but it was a smoking room. I generally specify non smoking, but in this case I may have forgot. The room was one of the most comfortable that I have stayed in. I enjoyed the […] extra pillows and comfortable sheets and fleece throw. In the morning, I could not find the canister for the coffee machine and almost flagged down house keeping before I realized the dishwasherwas loaded with (clean) dishes. I went to the exercise room, which was small and one of the two treadmills was broken. But overall, I had a good workout and appreciated the clean towels, water and clean workout equipment.
