Hampton Inn St. Augustine I-95 — St. Augustine

Hotel is very clean and very reasonably priced. About 10-15 mins from historic district and st.george street. Staff was friendly and helpful and room was comfortable and clean, i have nothing but good things to say about my stay at this hampton inn.

All Hampton hotels are nice. This one is also new. The rooms are very nicely furnished. Flat screen with HBO. Free wifi in room. Decent breakfast with bagels, sausage and scrambled egg patties and all the items, coffees and juices you expect to find. Nice pool if you're staying over. The only drawback is access. Coming from St. Augustine you must make […] a left turn against a nearly constant stream of traffic. Making a left turn to go to the factory outlet mall accross the street requires a right turn travel a hlf mile past the freeway and make a u-turn back to the mall. This was a nice place to stay. Conveniently located to the outlet mall and the breakfast each morning was very good.

Everything was fine except the water pressure in the shower. No other complaints. We enjoyed our stay.

I was very pleased with the hotel. It was very comfortable and very neat and clean, and the staff went out of their way to be accomodating. I will absolutely stay there again when I go back to St. Augustine.

In general I had a wonderful experience, there was a minor issue with door lock, however the staff attend it and gave me a different room. Will definetely return and highly recommend this location to others

The Staff was awesome, very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and as you expect from a Hampton the beds were comfy. I'd definitely stay here again!!!

We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in St. Augustine near the outlet mall. The hotel was very clean and the staff was kind, helpful, and professional. The Lady who prepares the breakfast area is super. She is friendly and works hard to keep everythng clean and stocked. The front desk lady with the cute Georgia accent (sorry forgot name) was sooo sweet. […] The heart of St. Augustine is not far at all (8-10 minutes) and staying at this particular Hampton is well worth the drive. I have had occasion to stay at this hotel a total of about 3 weeks over the past few months. The staff is very courteous and the room was spacious and clean. There is also an ample selection for breakfast - while it may not be home it is a very nice place to stay.

I really enjoyed the breakfast that had every choice from cerral or bagels, to fresh cooked begian waffles and eggs. Comfy beds, clean rooms, movies on the TV, quiet hallways and a very polite and friendly clerk made our stay comfortable. It is a quick drive to downtown St. Augustine where we used the parking garage all day

My husband and I were very disappointed with the very uncomfortable bed. There were a series of lumps in the mattress of this King size bed. To add to the condition of three(3) restless nights was the Ice Machine located on the other side of the wall. It was a constant noise of the machine producing ice all night long, no rest for the weary. Also on […] our first night upon entering the bathroom we found little to no toilet paper and we had to call down to the front desk to request a roll. The breakfast was excellent, well stocked with eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, fruit dishes, cold cereals, coffee, toast. What ever suited your fancy was there. The area was kept clean and we wouldn't hesitate to return to this Hampton Inn location just for the breakfast along. We have stayed at many Hampton Inn's because for the most part we have not run into any problems except for this time. The price was right, location was close enough to all attractions and the service was excellent. Staff really goes out to make a person feel comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was an absolute plus and we loved the free WIFI. The room and bathroom were spotless. After calling the front desk that our television was having a static noise, within […] 10 minutes they replaced it we a new set. We loved it! The rooms were so clean. I had stayed at another hotel on our drive to Florida and the floors were horrible. They had carpet, of course and my children's feet were black from the carpet. Hampton Inn was amazing! We are planning another trip to St. Augustine next summer and I want to stay at Hampton Inn again if we can. I could not be more pleased with this hotel. I booked this because I found a last minute deal at this hotel. I will definetly stay here again, even if I do not get the outstanding deal I did this time. The staff were all so very friendly and helpful. The hotel was to far from the main attractions for the price. I could have stayed across the street at a different hotel for much less. If you like outlet malls this is the place for you. Excellent staff, good breakfast, nice, comfortable rooms. When we had some problems with the hair dryer and air-conditioner, the repair person came promptly and fixed the problem. Location is perfect if you are a shopper, very close to the outlet. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again in the future.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breKfast was good and kept well stocked. Lobes the fresh cookies at 6 pm. Would have given them 5 rating if it weren't for the fact that our room (3rd fl rear) was directly beneath the smoking rooms and smoke wafted down through bathroom exhaust. The desk supplies Febreeze spray to offset the smell, but it […] was still intense. Outlet mall was nearby and not a bad ride to st Augustine. Very nice hotel for the price paid. Staff VERY helpful and friendly. Breckfast above the usual. Even hot cookies in the evening. Room clean and comfortable. Good location. Local tourist van picks you up to bring you to downdown trolly service. I will be back for another visit.

Everyone at this hotel greated you everyday and when asked for directions or Items they went out of their way to help you. The breakfast in the morning is always full and ready when they say. We will definately stay here again because the staff makes you feel at home.

Whenever we travel we look for Hampton Inns. Quality and service have always been great this HI was no exception. We also read reviews and find that most negitive comments are the exception rather than the rule. We have found problems but they were always profesionally taken care off. Thanks Hampton Inn

Stopped on the way to disney with family (2 kids) for one night. Perfect location. Cleanliness, staff, etc. all good for the value. Full breakfast available in the morning which was nice (even hot waffles, and hot cereal, along w/ fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee, donuts, etc.). Would stay here again. Worked great for us.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great, only a 10 minute drive into St. Augustine. The room could have been cleaned better, when we arrived there was hair on the floor & counters in the bathroom. So that made me wonder what else had not been cleaned.
