Great place to stay, centrally located, well staffed and maintained, with excellent views of Juarez and El Paso. Will definitely stay there again.
"Good Location, close to U.S. Border."
Initially assigned to room that was extremely hot. Cooling system is shut off in the winter months! However, the hotel staff accomodated us to another room (different floor) which was much cooler. Everyone was nice and courteous. Thank youi!
"Close to everything!"
I love this Hotel because is great but also for a personal reason. Cd. Juarez is my home and at this hotels is where I had my Quinceanera, Graduation party and soon it will be my weeding venue. Every time I go home I stay here because it's a great hotel, and it's close to everything. Staff is friendly and everything is very clean.

"1 WEEK STAY"
I arrived at the Lucerna in Ciudad Juarez and was immediately greeted by the door man "AT MY CAR" ! I laughed, but oh well he was there and checked my luggage into my room. The purpose for my stay was of course immigration (does anyone visit here on holiday)? The hotel conveniently offers a shuttle to and fro and I must add that this service was a pleasure […] and saved me from driving around in a city which I did not care to drive around in. I opted to stay at this hotel so as to break the monotony of the hotels closer to the consulate (yeah I'm finiky). The chauffeur was excellent and gave me a heads up on info concerning the US Consulate, medical exam office, CAS, and well other night time info. My experience here in Ciudad Juarez was a pleasurable stay thanks to this hotel and its staff. Uzziniet vairāk

"Great Hotel"
The hotel was great and the people were very friendly. The only thing was the housekeeping, the assigned person was not very clean i.e. she did not mop the bathroom floor. Not a big deal. Other than that the hotel stay was awesome, great view from the room!

"Needs Improvement!"
This hotel was terrible, I would not recommend this to anyone. The air conditioning was not working, the staff was very rude and not helpful! I had to wait one day to get air conditioning, I was not offered another room with air. I called four times from my room for help with the air but did not get any assistance. The room it self smelled very bad, […] the sheets to the bed had lipstick on them. Very low water pressure from the shower. Coffee cups in the room were dirty and full of gunk! They did not clean my room until five in the afternoon everday. The cleaning that was done was not great. I do not think anyone should go to this hotel, this place is very expensive and not worth the money. Breakfest was $14 to $30 this was outrageous and not good at all. Internet was always down. The reception people would talk on the phone while you were asking them for help. They would then just stare at you as if you were bothering them. "Un buen lugar para hospedarse"
El Hotel Lucerna en Cd. Juárez es un buen lugar para hospedarse en esa ciudad, es céntrico, las instalaciones con cómodas, limpias y adecuadas y el personal es muy amable. Los servicios de hotel los calificaría como muy satisfactorios.
