Close to center of Marble Falls. Clean room. Competitive rates. Friendly staff. Only issue was I couldn't get connected to wireless network/internet; may have been my pc.
We booked a king but due to not having a link to hotels.com we ended up with two queens. Managers reason. They are both the same price.

I was late at reserving and this hotel was the only one providing why I needed. But, for the price, I've been disappointed by the quality. Impossibility to get extra pillows, weird staff, tried to charge me for the prepaid room and below the basics breakfast are the points I remember from my stay.
"Middle of Marble Falls"
This hotel is located at the intersection of Hwy 218 and RM 1431, very convenient location. The room was fine, a little older but in good condition. Bed was soft, and comfortable. The only two down sides to this hotel is that the wireless internet is no good, kept losing signal and the breakfast is awful, coffee and bananas and some crap cereal. "Rude Employees"
front desk staff was rude. Locked be out of my room and blamed me. Plenty of excuses. Room was ok. several minor maintenance issues. hole in the door. crack in the toilet seat. why not just fix these things?

while it was clear this was a much older hotel. a little run down and the shower showed obviouse signs of neglect, it was dingie even though it had been cleaned. i was able to walk around barefoot and the carpets were clean. water presure was high and hot. towels were fluffy and beds were comfy. and not once did i hear my neighbors talking or flushing […] the toilet. nor did the maid come by at 8am so see if we would be leaving soon. which is a nice bonus for people who like quiet and to sleep late. over all it was decent, and we will probably stay again if needed Uzziniet vairāk
"A little spartan, but reasonably priced"
The motel was pretty dated but clean. The furnishings were adequate only for what one needs. Certainly a no-frills kind of place. The mini-fridge in our room didn't work, but we didn't need it, so that didn't bother us much. The bed wasn't very comfortable and there were no extra pillows or blanket. The Walls are pretty thin, so we could hear our neighbor's […] conversations (not to mention their loud TV) through the wall pretty clearly. The internet was free, but obviously wasn't set up properly to limit abuse because the speed ranged from average to slower-than-dialup at times. One issue for us (a big pet peeve of mine personally) there were no Do Not Disturb door hangers as there are on some hotels. The cleaning crew WILL COME CLEAN YOUR ROOM EVERY DAY REGARDLESS. We just took our luggage with us when we left each day because we were traveling light. I don't trust any strangers coming into my room while I'm away so this was a bit frustrating for us and certainly didn't help us relax. The bottom line: if you're looking for a clean, cheap place to hang your hat and crash for a quick night before moving on, then this place isn't too bad. For what it's worth, I think we'll just pay the extra $20 per day next time and go somewhere a little more professional. Uzziniet vairāk

The Hotel was very comfortable and clean. The surrounding neighborhood was nice and had a very good restaraunt nearby.

"lComfortable room"
This was an older property, but was in decent condition. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. It is right on the main highway and it conveniently located. I would stay here again if I were in this town. The free WiFi was nice as was the mini fridge. A very good value.

With the most inexpensive rates in town at the time of our stay, this motel was clean and nice and conveniently located right at the main intersection in town. The rooms were much nicer than one might expect for the price. Our room had recently been painted, had a refrigerator and TV, and free WiFi. the hotel was not fancy but, it was clean and conveniently located; the room however did smell like cigarettes; it was a smoking room; I am a non-smoker; however, the staff was nice & friendly, just seemed to show up at the right time; left my key in the room.

This is a nice, clean motel and it has breakfast in the office area and a pool. I was satisfied with my room.
"Very Basic"
There are hidden gems in the Texas Hill Country. This is not one of them. Our "economy" room provided no wireless. It did provide moldy grout in the bathroom; cigarette holes in the bedspreads (in a N/S facility); and very tired furnishings. We like to shop local and avoid chains if possible, but this was discouraging.

i would recomend this hotel for all it was a very clean room and sorounding....my child left the door open from the truck all night and i had lots things inside and nobody stole anything from it...so i say its a preety good neighborhood...plus its right in the center of the town ....100% good
