Have stayed here several times, right from the time it opened. It is now a bit rough around the edges. Tile was broken in the bathroom, and most of the floor grouting was missing, stains on the inside bathroom door, hairs on the floor.But a great location, got an internal room as requested. was there as a stag do (although the more mature end full of 30+ guys). Its a great location with a lovely view. quick and easy check in. quality rooms. The staff were very friendly and excellent. The place was always being cleaned it seemed. There was a good mix of people there hens, stags, families and business people from all age groups. The best […] bit was that when cork bars close about 2am, the bar in the hotel stays open with door staff ensuring things are kept in order. all in all i was very impressed with the place and im a very very seasoned hotel traveller with 1,213 hotel nights under my belt in the last 10 years. From the moment we walked into hotel the staff couldn't do enough for us from checking in to leaving , everyone was so pleasant and friendly , the food in kudo was hit and on time, the bar staff didn't have the cocktail I wanted on there menu but I was asked what was in said drink and it was made special for me ,and I wasn't charged more for it like […] I was in another bar. Very convenient location certainly within walking distance of the city centre. Nice ambience in the bar with a duo playing some really nice music. The room was very spacious and had really comfortable bed. Breakfast was a very elaborate buffet. Service at all points was very good.
