Overall the hotel was great, but the pool was too chlorinated. The site said breakfast was included but it was only for club members. The rooms could also use a microwave and a mini fridge

We were pleased w/the cleanliness of the room and our maid staff during our stay. It was also a quiet area for a hotel w/kids during the state track meet. What wasn't so pleasant was our first impression at the check in desk w/possibly a manager who was counting a drawer as she didn't end up chkg us in that night. Also, the hotel bar has a lot to be […] desired. You practically have to grab someone to get a drink and they don't have a wide range of options unless you drink wine. If you want more than one you must go get it again as no one comes around to ask. The table next to us left because they wanted service and weren't getting it - dollars leaving your establishment. We had to call down to desk at about 11:30 pm one evening for maintenance and never saw anyone even by the time we checked out the next morning about 9am. Just a few details they could work on. The staff was very attentive to any issues and was very helpful. Even though they were remodeling the rooms and hotel was very clean.

Very nice hotel, checked into our room, there was a water leak in it called the desk in a couple minutes we were in a different room. Nice and clean rooms love the staff.

We stay here all the time. Staff is very friendly and professional. This hotel is beautiful and so affordable for what you get. Breakfast is amazing, but will break your wallet so be aware. Overall, I can't say one bad thing. I have always enjoyed my stays here and will always chose this as my stay when in Sioux Falls

It seems the more you pay for a room the less you get. I really hate having been charged $3 per hour for internet service. My ironing board was broken so I asked for a new one twice. Took 2 hours to get one. Room service food was good but the mandatory delivery charge was a rip off. Pillows were very comfy, bathroom was large as was the room.

The rooms were nice sized and it looks like they are in the process of remodeling the rooms. We had an old room and the bathroom needed some help. The pool was kine of small. but good for the kids.

I thought the hotel was great. No complaints, pillows were awesome, just dont drink the "complimentary" water, it really costs 3.99!!

Only complaint is that the bar is in the lobby, which most of the rooms face. Consequently, we heard the loud drunks till 1am. Facilities were mice, including the pool, fitness center and the rooms themselves.

i stayed at the sheraton just for one night i was passing through from a 13 hr drive i was given my key very quickly when i got to my room it was beautiful and clean bed was wonderful silky sheets. i could see this place being a great room for a week if someone wanted a get away.

I really liked this hotel. Our room was large and really comfy. The hotel itself is lovely and conveniently connected to the convention center/arena. I would have given it higher ratings, but there was a lot of construction going on which was kind of a pain. I was in South Dakota for my brother in laws college graduation in Aberdeen. After searching hotels my husband decided this would be the best choice. The hotel is under construction but the lobby was beautiful. They initially put us in the wrong type of room, when I called front desk they had no problem moving us. Great facility with clean rooms and access to the convention center. Pool is small and no frills for kids, but there is a pool. Great place to stay.

The hotel was nice and even with the remodeling going on you couldn't tell. If you are trying to get to a hotel that is nice and quiet and no children and enjoy the pool/hot tub area, that is impossible. There were kids screaming in the halls and echoing in the atrium the whole weekend. There was always children in the pool/hot tubs too. Hotel is very nice, and looks great. It has a great bar area to enjoy as well. The hotel does not actually own its parking lot so if there is an event next door at the convention center the parking is non existent and you cold be walking for a half mile, no joke. When we inquired about it the desk girl told us to use the hotels handicapped parking, […] not the smartest thought at all. They are remodeling, but our bed was terrible so hopefully that will change. If you stay ask what is going on next door, and time your coming and going and all should be fine. FYI: However remember it is not a private parking lot and if you do park in the handicapped even though the front desk says they won't tow you, law enforcement still will happily give you that 400- ticket...lol Uzziniet vairāk

The room was excellant, comfortable beds/pillows. Wish we had a fridge, but Check-in & Out was pleasant and short. Food was excellant. Pool was just right for kids. Everyone had a fantastic time. Will return to this hotel again and will recommend to friends.

It was a bit difficult to get to, due to construction in the area. Signs were posted that their rooms were due to be remodeled soon. But for the $ paid, it was a great stay. I was surprised when I tried to use the wireless internet that there was a high per hr. charge for that.

The rooms were nicely appointed, clean & comfortable. The lobby is a bit dated in feeling. Check-in and out were speedy. Did not use amenities.

We stayed at the Sheraton the night of our wedding. Unbeknownst to us our room was upgraded to an executive junior suite. The room was super clean super modern and had great amenities. The service was very good. The only problem we had was checking in so late it was confusing where to go

Normally I really like staying at Sheraton hotels, but this one tries to appear very upscale when in fact it's not. First, you can only get Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby and there is none available for your room. Unbelievable to me. Who wants to travel all day, only to have to sit in a lobby with others to get online?! Ridiculous. Second, the only way to […] the pool is to walk through the front lobby. Another utterly ridiculous thing. While I am in good shape and not shy - I still do not want to parade in front of complete strangers dripping wet. And lastly, the hotel female staff are not friendly at all. The male staff were very helpful and friendly but the ladies were not and at one point very sarcastic and rude. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again and I needed another hotel for my trip back home for a layover point. There are plenty of hotels out there that are worthy of my money. I was very disappointed with my room. The white bedspread appeared to have a blood stain on it. I could not tell if it had been laundered. The carpet in the room was stained and snagged. When I entered the shower, there was a used bar of soap and a body hair on the soap dish. I have stayed at this facility several times in the past, and was always completely […] satisfied. The hotel was under renovations when we for there, but it was still very clean and tidy looking in the main lobby. Our room was very big and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in the area.

The hotel is under renovation so although the room was not up to par I do understand why... If your looking for a quiet room do not get one overlooking the lobby/bar area. Convention/sporting event in town and they went all night long. At 7am the children were running the hallways and once that started there was no use trying to get sleep. I thought the bed was unremarkable, in fact a little uncomfortable. There were signs all over talking about their upcoming remodeling telling how different everything would be, room decor, layout, amenities, etc. but the only thing that wouldn't change would be their wonderful beds. That I can understand at Motel 6 (which I remember from childhood would charge for having a TV or other basics separately) but why nickel and dime for WiFi at a Business Hotel? It should be standard. Our stay at the Sheraton was perfect. We were in town for a wedding and called on our way about checking in early, and a room was ready. This made our day a lot more convenient. All the hotel staff were extra friendly and greeted us each time we passed by. Our room was clean and nicely sized. Would definitely stay again!
