Shuttle service from the airport only 6 times/ day and nothing on call for an airport hotel seems ridiculous. The promised shuttle was why we chose it. Instead, we paid 40 Euros for taxis. One the positive side, the restauant had excellent food and fast service.

Taxi from train station to hotel (if you don't want to wait forever for the hotel shuttle) was 21 Euro. Upon arriving at the hotel that I booked because it was 1km from the airport ( and I had an early morning flight), I learned that the complimentary shuttle service to the airport does not begin running until 8 or 9am. So, I had to arrange for a taxi […] to take me to the airport. The cost for the taxi to take me to the airport I could see out my window was almost 25 Euro because they charge an extra fee for early morning pick-up. The wifi does not seem to work except for in the lobby. In the rooms the signal is too weak to get on line. I saved no money or convenience staying here. I would recommend spending the extra Euro on a hotel in the city center and paying for one taxi to the airport. That way you can see the beautiful Florence instead of the side of the interstate. We stayed at this hotel on the last night of a 2 week vacation in Italy. The hotel met and exceeded all my expectations. A nice clean hotel at a reasonable price. I was there with my 2 children and the room had pre-setup 2 roll-away cots for them. It seems simple but amazing how many hotels don't do this simple task before hand. This hotel is very modern, and comfortable. The pool is nice (although not heated). Internet is only available in the lobby. No historical sightseeing near the hotel (its an airport), but a shuttle will take you downtown and back. It doesn't run all night, so eat early or pay 25 Euro to get back by taxi. The closeness to the Florence Airport is the only reason to stay here. The main negative of the hotel is that the staff seemed like they were bothered by requests for services. They always seemed stressed for time and were doing you a favor. The hotel shuttle runs at the hotel's convenience, not the guest's.

The hotel staff were courteous and helpful upon our arrival. The room was a bit small, but clean and comfortable. The dining room menu was quite limited in terms of choice. The taxi ride from the airport to the hotel, though relatively short, cost 17 Euros one way and 24 Euros in the morning. I would guardedly recommend the hotel for anyone with a car, but not to anyone arriving at the airport. The neighborhood has nothing for anyone to do who is on foot. The hotel was very average. A better choice is the AC Firenze for about the same price although it isn't next to the airport.

The hotel was great for us. We had a rental car and the hotel has free parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful, directing us to a great restaurant on the hills north of the Arno river. excelente hotel,tudo muito limpo, ótimo cafe da manha, ônibus que te leva ate o centro, recepção muito educada vale a pena.o hotel fica um pouco longe do centro mas eles tem ônibus que te levam ate la.

老牌的连锁酒店了，房间有点陈旧，但是还是很舒适。价格有点高而且不含早餐。距离佛罗伦萨市中心打车30欧元左右。

Este hotel foi uma grata surpresa, pois estavamos com nossos 2 filhos e o quarto para 4 pessoas era bem espaçoso e confortável. O restaurante muito bom e preço semelhante aos restaurantes de Florença. É um boa opção para quem tem vai utilizar o aeroporto pois é realmente próximo, mas não tem barulho.

Fint hotel med god service. Ligger et stykke fra centrum men vi havde egen bil, så det var ikke noget problem. Det var muligt at parkere gratis hver aften. Hotellet har egen bus shuttle til byen, som man dog skal bestille plads på. Området omkring hotellet er ikke spændende. Hotellet har pool men der er ikke sol før kl. 15.00 og så kun i få timer. Tre […] fine pc'er står til fri bemyttelse i foyerområdet, men der kan være kø af børn, som spiller. Morgenbuffet 12 euro ekstra men af ok kvalitet til prisen. Alt i alt er vi ganske tilfredse. Très bon hôtel. Situé à proximité de Florence. Très agréable pour y effectuer un séjour avec des enfants (piscine, jeux vidéos etc..). Avons particulièrement apprécié le tarif dégriffé.

Helt grei overnatting til en rimelig pris.Restauranten brillierte ikke akkurat med kulinariske opplevelser på maten som hadde en rimelig stiv pris.

Séjour de 4 jours en aout 2010, utilisé comme point de base pour visiter les villes des Toscane aux alentours. Hotel très correct avec piscine (idéal pour les enfants), ping pong, baby foot, Wii. Equipement tout à fait aux normes, assez calme, internet gratuit. N'y allez pas pour visiter à pied les alentours de l'hotel, il est situé dans une zone industrielle; […] mais idéal comme point de départ pour visiter la région. Huone ja normaaliaikainen palvelu ok. Ravintola ja menu ok smon service. Hoellin aamuservice ennen klo 07.00 tökki jonkun verran. Luvattua aamupalaa reseptionissa ei ollut. Hotellin tilaama taxi lentokentälle oli täysin huijausta. Hinta lentokentälle hotellista olis tasan 2x lentokentältä hotelliin.
