The hotel failed to mentioned that the entire roofdeck and pool area was under construction and continues to list that it has all those amenities. The staff while proficient are far from friendly -- they get the job done but there isn't a lot of smiles here. We had a great room with a wonderful view of all of Mexico City. The roof terrace had an even more spectacular view and the small pool was very charming. Our only objection was the extremely slow service when we ordered dinner at the roof terrace bar. 15 minutes after ordering we were notified that the kitchen were out of some ingredients so we had […] to change our order. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and the beds at Best Western Zona Rosa are horrendous. I have never slept on such a hard surface which a hotel called a bed-- more like a concrete slab with sheets on top. Besides the beds there were no other issues with the hotel. The staff were nice, the rooms were clean, and the area around the hotel was fun and lively […] with great restaurants and nightlife. If you can handle rock hard beds and poor quality pillows, stay here. Other than that, bring a mattress topper and sleep on a couple of dozen towels. Uzziniet vairāk

When I got to the hotel (5:00 PM) the room was not ready. I was under the impression that breakfast was included and it was not. The area where the hotel is located is not as safe as it was told to me. Overall I was not satisfied with the place. In the future I'll make sure I do my homework better. Thanks.

The room was great. The Location was close to everything. The bed was hard as a rock and the shower kept on getting hot then cold. I would stay there again, but they should fix the shower temperature and get a softer bed.

We stay a few hours at the hotel... just and overnight stay. Good service at the reception, clean room, OLD bathroom... I would say, complete hotel, with basic services in regular/good shape, good service from people, parking included. I found this hotel to meet all my needs. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well. The WI-Fi also worked without problem/delay. Some may find the beds to be hard; I would agree, but the bedding was changed every day and was crisp/clean. I had no need to interact with the front desk other than to check-in and check- out. I did not notice […] if they spoke English. The hotel quests were quite diverse with a good number of Europeans. I did not notice any angry quests complaining while going in-n-out the lobby. The hotel is located at the end of the street, well away from the clubs. The entrance to the Metro was around the corner. I would stay here again. I liked the hotel and the area. Uzziniet vairāk

great hotel. the location is very close to Metro station.easy access from the airport.walking distance to the exciting nightlife.the famous chapultepec park is 2 metro stations away from the hotel.we enjoyed the local/authentic foods next to the hotel.we also love the breakfast buffet..

Modern hotel in a central part of Mexico. Pool and gym both on 16th floor with great views of the city. Metro extremely close. Very nice and spacious rooms. Only real downside were the elevators in the hotel. Only 2 elevators for a 16-story building was ridiculous. Wait times of 5 minutes common.

This is the 3rd time I stay in this place. Didn't write a review the first 2 times but here is a summary of all of them: Excellent location: Very close to Paseo de la Reforma with its many monuments and well located in the district called Zona Rosa far from any nightclub, but yet right inside this cosmopolitan and diverse neighborhood. It has a well […] equipped gym, a little swimming pool, and a nice pent house patio from where one has a nice view from Mexico City. The room was clean and with enough space for the two of us (even 4if you were that many). The bathroom reasonably spacious and clean. Bad cable TV (half of the channels were rainy) and the A/C didn't really cool that much, but in our room (the last time) there was a ceiling fan that together with the A/C did the job. The personal was nice and courteous at all times. The printer at the business center didn't work so that was a little inconvenient. You have a problem with the number of elevators. Twice I had to wait in line for about 5 minutes to ride

This hotel is very close to the most important landmarks of the city. The place is very clean, the room was very confortable and the staff very professional and helpful. I made the perfect choice.

Everything was fine the only bad thing was the bed they are very hard is like sleeping on the piece of rock, very uncomfortable. I requested a piece of foam to place it on top of the mastress and they didn't have it, other than that is ok. I you are very picky with the bed don't bother staying here.

Conviniently located in active Zona Rosa area, 1 block from Insurgentes metro station, quiet and clean - great roof top bar. Good service at a very good place - definitively a place to come back.

Modern, efficient, attractive, good location. Well-run with helpful staff. Modern lobby, very clean rooms, nice rooftop heated pool and bar. Would definitely return.

Was great experience, the people was very nice and the service is impeccable, the hotel is in a very cool area, very secure near to everything, good restaurants, metro station, touristic landmarks.. i highly recommend this place

3 dias de estancia muy buena ubicacion, tours y limpieza... excepto olvidan poner toallas en cuarto y tardan mucho en entregarlas...

Bien atendido, buena ubicacion, comodo, piezas adecuadas, etc.. Hace su honor a la ZONA ROSA, muchos homosexuales en actividades para nosotros desagradablemente muy llamativas.

Regresé a este hotel porque es cómodo, muy bien ubicado y el personal es amable. Lo único malo es que en esta oportunidad el baño no tenía tina sino regadera y el aire acondicionado no se podía ajustar a una temperatura más fresca, por lo semás todo muy bien.

En general,. el hotel está muy bien ubicado, de fácil acceso a la estación de metro de Insurgentes; muchos negocios, cafés y restaurantes alrededor del mismo. Se permite fumar en las habitaciones y las mismas son espaciosas y cómodas, tienen un buen TV y el internet es gratis y de muy buena velocidad.

Excelente ubicacion, limpio, bonito, amables, buen bano, PERO . . . tenian mosquitos. Nos picaron mucho y era dificil dormir para los dos por los mosquitos. Que onda? Sin mosquitos, hubiera sido excelente.

En generaonl muy bien, tal vez necesitaria alguna remodelacion el bano de la habitacion. Gracias. !!

Apezar de que la construccion no es reciente, la remodelacion quedo muy bien , me gusto el hotel y la ubicacion muy buena , parece nuevo, y la atencion es buena, ademas el estacionamieento es interior.

We stayed this hotel for 4 nights since we got a great price through hotels.com and given the price the hotel was excellent. The rooms and the rest of the interior was a little old, but the rooms were clean, comfortable and quite large. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had our baby girl with us and needed small things any time of the day and […] night and there were no problems. The location is great, right in the Zona Rosa, which is safe and fun to walk around in with shops, restaurants and cafés everywhere. Great ambient. Our room was on the 15th floor with a beautiful view all around. The Reforma Avenue is about 10 minutes walk away and "El Angel" about 15 minutes. The Historic Center and the Chapultepec park is a short taxi drive away. I recommend the Mexico City taxi instead of the ones provided by the hotel if you speak a little Spanish. There is a taxi station around the corner from the hotel. The taxis are registered, have price meters and are safe, so if you can talk to the driver you´re fine. The taxis by the hotel charge 3-4 times as much, so unless you need a car with a guide for the whole day I´d use the local taxis. Overall a good hotel. Uzziniet vairāk

Este Hotel para gente en viaje de negocios, el gran problema es que el internet inalambrico no es bueno en las habitaciones, es intermitente el servicio lo que hace que la comunicacion no sea buena, el hotel en general es bueno pero para personas que viajamos por negocios necesitamos tener una buena señal de internet dentro del hotel. lo reclamamos […] varios dias diciendo al principio que lo estaban resolviendo pero en la semana que nos hospedamos alli fue el mismo problema todos los dias. Muito bom. Internet e estacionamento inclusos foram importantes pra mim. Quarto e hotel muito limpos. Nas proximidades existem alguns bares com frequencia de homossexuais, que circulam pelo quarteirão. Não supermercado por perto, apenas pequenas food stores com poucas opções.

hotel bristol at the same money is better for a mexican quality hotel unless you really want to be in the zona rosa. for 42€ the night you cant complain too much and the hotel was ok. dont expect the quality of a best western in europe. old and tired, a bid gaudy, but the staff is nice and helpful.

HORRIBLE cama, el hotel está muy bien pero lamentablemente no lo recomiendo para estar porque finalmente uno se queda para dormir. Fue una mala experiencia por ese motivo. NO DUERMAN.
