"Nice hotel. Good value."
Quick drive to old Sacramento and downtown. Clean room and common areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, though it does cost.

I do a lot of business traveling on the west coast. The Hilton Garden Inn is always a pleasant stay - no surprises. The restaurant is very good, as well.

The hotel was great. Close to old Sacramento. It was a $14.00 cab ride. The people were very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at the HGI Sacramento. The rooms were very nice as was the building in general. The location is a little confusing to get to at night. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open but had a good breakfast there at additional cost. We recommend this as a good stop just off the freeway.

"Good location, very comfortable room, great food"
I travel quite a bit. The Hilton Garden Inn's are typically very comfortable and have a pretty decent restaurant. This one is no exception. The service was great. There were no surprises or disappointments. The bed was especially comfortable. The only downside, is that the fitness center is quite small.

The young lady at the front desk was pleasant and attentive when I arrived. The room itself was very clean and well stocked with all the stationary and toiletries that one would expect. The Herman Miller desk chair was a nice touch. The linens were spotless and the adjustable mattress was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. We asked for a quiet room on the first floor and was given the room straight down the hall from the check in desk. We heard all the check in noise and the maids in the halls quite a lot. It seems a pity that they were giving us this room since the staff told me it would be quiet since there were only 10 people checked in. We didn't want to change rooms […] after dinner since we were already unpacked but I do feel that the front desk staff should have been more diligent with the room assignment. Uzziniet vairāk
"New Years eve"
The person at the front desk lacked charm, warmth, and personality. The hotel was filled with young people, who were loud right thru the night. The hotel seemed to take the position that loudniess was justifiable over those travels who wished a good nights sleep. I question that decision!!

I was pleased with the location of the Hotel, easy to find and very close to Downtown. There are a lot of choices within 10 min to eat. The room where I stayed had very comfortable bed and chairs, and the desk was great for work.

"Terrible Coffee"
The hotel was good value for the price and for the location. We wish they could have better coffee though. Both the free coffee at the lobby and the room cofee were very low quality beans.

Nice place and great service but the bed in the room was awful. My wife and I both agreed that the "Adjustable" bed was very uncomfortable and hard as a rock. Much like sleeping on a picnic table top. Rate was great thanks to Hotels.com.

"Great Customer Service and Room"
Met my sister in Sacramento at the end of a business trip. From check in to check out everything was very nice. Excellent customer service at check in and amazing breakfast in the morning. I will stay there again.

The room at the hotel was good and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel restaurant is not open in the evenings on Friday and Saturday nights which should have been noted in the hotel informational materials. I was a single traveler and would have appreciated being able to eat at the hotel. There were not many restaurants within a few mile radius […] and none within walking distance. Very nice stay for three nights. Staff was very courteous and professional. My favorite feature of the room was the bed. It is comfort adjustable and the bed gets an 11 out of 10.

after driving in circles just to get to where i was going it was nice to be able to locate the hotel right off the highway. it was clean and the service was great. im not a hotel person and i actualy slept in the bed. thats means something!!! i am planing on going back for the holidays, and cant wait.

the room was very nice and clean w/ an lcd tv and good selection of channels - the bed was firm and plenty of pillows and there were no extra charges and free parking - overall quaility is excelent and would go back

PROS: our room was very clean - i am usually really paranoid about bed bugs and inspect everything before taking our stuff out. the beds & pillows were plush and cozy for us. lots of storage space to keep your belongings tucked away. free wi-fi was a plus. CONS: our tub was draining VERY slowly, but for just a night we dealt w/ it. not a huge deal considering […] how nice everything else was. breakfast was about 12 bucks/adult and about 8/child! if you usually eat a light breakfast, skip this pricey breakfast buffet & drive down to jamba or starbucks nearby! I was very satisfied with my stay at Hilton Garden Inn. I found this place when I was helping my sister moving into UC Davis, and the very last minute I needed a place to stay. I was impressed that hotel.com was able to help me find a place that's comfortable and quiet. As I was walking down the hallway before entering my room, I could smell cigarette […] smoke, but the room was nice and clean, and I did not smell any cigarette smoke in the room. We stayed here on our trip to drop our daughter off at Davis. We had a rental car, so the location was fine. The hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the value is excellent. I liked the location close to the highway, not far from downtown Sacramento, but away from the traffic and noise. The hotel had a nice pool, […] and breakfast was also very reasonably priced. "quick stay"
Stayed here pretty much overnight while going on to the rest of the trip but it was surprisingly good. I am convinced that hilton is good to stop by. If you can afford it and this one in particular was very good for the price.

Nice room Nice location I think the maids could have done a little better cleaning there seemed to be too many long hairs in places where they shouldn't be one example was an air vent or fan over the mirror in the bath. Other wise I would highly recommend this place, the staff were very pleasant.

My partner and I arrived much earlier than scheduled. We checked around for any hotel that would allow us to check in early, without caring too much about the cost. We finally talked to Mo at the frot desk and not only were we able to check in right away, the price was beyond great and the staff was excellent. -thank you!

"Close to downtown Sacramento"
Good value.
We chose this hotel because of it's convenience to the interstate as we were driving from Washington to LA and wanted a break along the way. We have stayed here before and would do so again. It is clean, comfortable and easy access to highways. We would recommend this hotel.

I arrived late and got a warm greeting and fast-check in. Service was great, both at the restaurant and at the front desk. The room was nice and clean. The hotel was about 12 minutes from the airport and about the same to Sacramento State Univ, where I had to go the next day. I was very pleased with my stay here.

"sorrounded by nature"
we had so much fun that we didnt even wanted to leave the hotel for our meals or turism. i loved the location 6min. away from natomas market place on truxle rd. where you have everything and the hotel es conveniently located sorrounded by beautiful trees and very shady.
