During our stay we found the staff helpful, friendly and comforting. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out. We had called the front desk for extra towels and housekeeping was there within 5 minutes... the front desk even followed up with a call asking if we received our towels. "Staff five-star, but need airport shuttle"
Hotel staff very accommodating. Had a leak in our room which was promptly fixed when brought to their attention. Do wish the hotel offered a shuttle to the airport, particularly when there is a large event such as the Boston Marathon which brought us to the area. The cab ride would have been $75. I was able to hook up with family driving in, but otherwise […] would have had to fork over the cab fare. Surely with many people coming in, the hotel could have made money offering the shuttle at, say, $20 a pop. A short hop to downtown via the 93 or Orange MBTA transit, this somewhat hidden Hilton is a really nice facility at a great price.

I bought tickets to watch the Celtics play the Knicks and I wanted to stay in a hotel near TD Garden that didn't charge a fee for parking. The hotel was a 10 minute drive from the stadium and there was plenty of places to eat near by as well. The hotel was very clean, the staff was super friendly. "Awesome staff"
Had everything we needed except a microwave ask the front desk at 12:30 pm midnight and 15 minutes later they had one in my room thanks so much for being awesome and so fast will definately stay there again next christmas time .
"Great hotel, super staff"
Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable rooms, accommodating staff. Beautiful pool and bar. The only downside? You cannot order movies there is something wrong with the hotel video ordering system. Aside from that, great stay, I travel a lot with a 13 year old for sports and he raved about this hotel as well. Would recommend anytime.

"Hilton Woburn MA"
Very nice hotel, the room was cleaned after the first night, but not until almost 5 pm. Only compaint: The room was the farthest possible from the elevator. I suppose that was because I went through Hotels.com. However, at almost 75 I could have done without the long walk to the from the elevator.

"It was pretty good."
The only problem I had was when I stayed there was a snow storm that knocked out the power so the hotel got very full very fast and they were not prepared. They did not have enough staff to handle it. I understand it was an unexpected amount of people but they need to be a little more prepared. It took over an hour just to get someone on the line for […] room service and I was hung up on several times. Then it took over an hour just to get the food. They just need to prepare more for when the hotel was full, they had less than 1/2 the staff they needed. But I would stay there again even though the proces are pretty steep. Uzziniet vairāk

"Hilton Boston Woburn"
This is a massive hotel that on first glance appears to be nicely maintained and decorated, but upon closer look you end up disgusted. We were originally given a room on the first floor in a high traffic area and had to request a room change right up front (this happens a lot with Hotels.com). When we got to our room, it initially appeared really lavishly […] decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was large and clean. It looked like it have been recently redecorated. Once in the bathroom, however, it was a totally different story. The area around the toilet looked filthy, cracked and just an overall mess. The shower curtain had mold on it from one end to the other for about the first 7 inches from the bottom. This was absolutely disgusting, and we couldn't believe it hadn't been ripped down long ago. The room was very nice. One of the three elevators did not work and the other two were very slow.
"Towels missing"
The hotel is fabulous....but we were very upset that we had 0 towels in our room, and when we discovered this it took over 45 minutes to get 2 towels so we could shower and get out to make our plane!

There was a loud, noisy wedding party next door and loud traffic up and down the halls all night long. Unattended children in the pool at 6:00 am that were also loud and rowdy....location wasn't really convenient for what we were scheduled to see and will try another location next trip.....

"Tradeoff in Woburn"
The hotel was not in Boston proper, but was inexpensive. The general impression we had was that the hotel was skimping. We did not expect to pay an additional $10 a night for wi-fi when free wi-fi is so ubiquitous. We expected a small pad to write notes on, rather than the 3 small sheets of paper provided. We expected that the coffeemaker, designed […] to make 2 cups at once, would have more than one cup. We expected that the coffee supplies provided would include decaf, which was not there. We expected that the elevator to the garage would be functional, not broken. The worst part was the TV, which had major problems with audio, despite being an apparently new appliance. The sound level went up and down from moment to moment even in the middle of a conversation. If there was music playing during a conversation it thoroughly drowned out the voices. Channel selection was poor. The location of the hotel seemed odd. It was off the beaten path, and a bit hard to find. The hotel was OK, but we expected better from Hilton. Uzziniet vairāk

Overall the hotel was great The staff was not knowledgeable of the immediate area for dining or attractions. Getting to the highways was somewhat difficult.

"GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT ACCOMODATIONS"
The hotel was clean,comfortable and the people were very accomodating. We were late for breakfast and the kitchen was already clean and the personnel ready to go . With a smile they ask what we would like and feed us well. Over and over they exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable. "It was a good price but there were problems"
We stayed here because it was about half the price of staying in central Boston, and it was a Hilton. However, the service was very indifferent and there were some maintenance problems in the room (a light out in the bathroom and the toilet wouldn't stop running) that really should have been fixed before we checked in. Also, the pool was not heated […] and was uncomfortably cold, and I thought the description on the website said it had free wireless Internet but it turned out to be available only for a charge. "HIlton Woburn-serious customer service issues"
The hotel in itself was in a decent location, easy highway access and comfy rooms. The service from the hotel staff however was terrible. We were there during Tropical Storm Irene and lost power. i understand that the hotel can not do anything about power outages due to weather but how they handled the situation was horrible. They promised to try and […] find us a room that had power as some rooms did, we never heard back from the desk. They told us they would get candles to all of us without power in our rooms, they never did. We had to keep the sliding door in our room open just to have some air movement, the door over looks the hotel bar which they kept open late and had people playing piano until 2 a.m. which made an uncomfortable night even worse. The front desk staff continued to check people into their rooms without telling them about the power issues until after they had run the customers credit card which lead to many people being extremely upset. The manager on duty watched this happen several times without doing anything about it. It's a shame that this happened in a hotel under the Hilton brand and hopefully upper managment will be looking into this. Uzziniet vairāk
"Hurricane?"
I'm not sure exactly where to start.I guess it all began with Hurricane Irene but quickly turned into a hotel that was clearly in need of maintenance long before the hurricane ever came to town. The tiles in the bathroom in the first room were falling out. We had to leave the pool after 45 minutes as the roof was leaking and it wasn't even raining that […] hard at that point. We ultimately lost power but to only half of the hotel, only to find out that this was the second time it had done so in 2 weeks. I do have to give the front desk some props as they were very nice, helpful, and courteous through the whole process. On the last night that we were there, they moved us to a room with power only to find out that the bathroom door had no handle and the desk had no chair but at that point we were considering it a victory because we could now see when we took a shower and use the restroom. 3 days after the "hurricane" came through, when we checked out, there was still no power but at that point the word home never sounded so good. And one final shout out to the breakfast staff as they had awesome attitudes through the whole thing as well. So I guess what I'm saying is, if there is a hurricane coming to Boston, don't stay here but otherwise I would gladly come back to experience the hotel the way I had originally planned. "Worst Hilton I have stayed in the US"
Although the rooms were clean the service was pathetic. I had to wait half an hour for the room to be cleaned (although I reached 30 mins after the official checkin time). They had an Indian wedding party going on at the time which meant there were lots of people in and around the lobby and the common areas were not in great shape. Looked like they […] were under staffed as there were huge checkin lines and all the staff was probably busy with the party organization. I called in thrice for some toiletries and they still were not delivered and finally had to go down personally to get them. The location is not great either I should have paid some more (not that this was a much cheaper option anyways) to get a hotel near the Boston/Cambridge. "Ehhh-Been to better Hiltons"
My wife and I went to a wedding this past weekend with my 4 month old daughter at this Hilton in Woburn. I just don't think they were prepared for a 400 person wedding party. I had pre-called and asked for a microwave to be put in my room for my daughter's milk. When i got there, they didn't put one in my room. So no big deal, i went downstairs and […] re-requested one. Nothing for an hour. Then my wife calls again, and finally they decide to bring one up after 2 hours. The water pressure was very low in our shower. The key card for 90% of the guest kept erasing themselves. At one point, the manager had to walk from room to room opening doors for the guests. Lastly, the staff didn't know a wedding party was coming in. They thought it was 2 days prior. Ummmm....if that was the case, wouldn't anyone from the Hilton call the bridge and groom to see where they were?!! Nope, instead they decided not to call and be surprised when we arrived on Friday. Given smoking room they said they could not guarantee type of room. Could not sleep and felt light headed due to smell of the room. Wedding at the hotel left bottles and garbage littered all over the 3rd floor.

Our request to move to a higher floor was accommodated without questions, so as our request for a refridgerator and microwave. The room was clean. Breakfast was good too...it was a great stay for us, even for just a few days...
