Great location and courteous staff. They tried to be helpful with the problems we experienced which were: toilet almost overflowed one night and the TV never worked, despite the attempts of 2 different staff members.

When checking in the woman did not know how to do a thrid party check in, she said it was her third day and she was left alone. She was very nice and appologized many times and did her best to help me. When we got to the room I realised it was not what I asked for so I went back down and she took care of it. I was impressed with the helpful and courteous staff, the rooms were clean, BUT the surrounding area was a bit scary due to all the construction. Across from the hotel is a big, scary, dark empty dirt lot.

The pool needed to be cleaned. I personally used the pool net to clean out bird feathers and leaves. Afterwards it was a relaxing time.

Staff personnel were very friendly and having access to WI-FI was great!

Not only is this hotel in a great location, just off 3 major interstates with dining and retail nearby, but it is also quiet, with a fitness center, outdoor pool, wireless internet, and complimentary breakfast. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I checked in early - 11AM! The hotel has express checkout as well.

The room was way below expectations. I thought the amount of money paid for a room with 2 queen beds, would at least provide for bottled water in the room. Nope. How about a coffee machine, so you could make your own coffee? Nope. How about decent breakfast options? My wife and i had an excellent stay at this Holiday Inn Express. Well maintained grounds and clean rooms. Convenient location, next to I 20 and Ft. Worth attractions.

This was nicer and cleaner then the nearby Hampton. Smells a bit of mildew but every hotel I stayed in around there did as well. I guess it comes with the hot weather. Great value for a visit with our daughter at TCU. Would stay again.

Had 1 night stay. Wifi worked, bed was comfortable, shower head was nice, TV was great, AC worked well, and breakfast was decent. Would stay again if I were in Fort Worth - right near a shopping mall and many restaurants and I-20 exit.

I travel for business and always need a functional desk to set up for work. Unfortunately, every room at this location has a tall table with a VERY low chair that makes you feel like the 5 year old sitting at the adult table trying to peer just above the edge. After bad service at Love airport, and car rental I was preparing for the hotel. Was greeted and checked in less then five mins with friendly service. The room was very clean and cool on a very hot day. Plenty of space for my wife and I with our 15 month old child. This hotel experience was awesome!!! The staff did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible even while travelling with young children...both under the age of two! The hot breakfast was awesome. The cookies and lemonade were awesome also! I'd definitely come back to this hotel.

I found the Hotel staff curtious and prompt. The rooms were neat and clean. I especially loved the warm inviting fire place in the main lobby. It was a nice touch considering the day we arrived the temperature was in the low 60's. I would use this Hotel agan.

The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful. My husband and friends played cards down in the lobby until the late hours, and the desk clerks were so nice. They even gave them milk and cookies. They were great. The cleaning crew was excellent too. I had my stuff spread all over the bed not thinking about it when I left for the day. They still madE the bed […] and neatly folded and stacked my belongings at the foot of the bEd. I asked for extra commodities in a note left on the bathroom counter and they were happy to ablige. We had just planed a weekend getaway at the last moment, couldnt have picked a nicer hotel for our budget. Room was comfy and cozy. Pillows could have been better but not bad. We stayed at this hotel because it was convenient to where my family lived. I came to Fort Worth to take a teaching test and thought it was all in all a great stay. Over night front desk was not very pleasant but the daytime front desk was very friendly and very helpful in explaining to me the school districts to apply to. my only complaints were that the thermostat was messed up and I was warm all the time--even had to put the a/c on in Dec-and that the shower spray was almost painful. otherwise great breakfast, fitness room, and stay!

Was not a fan. Usually with hotel ratings you can take the worst reviews and the best reviews, toss them out and look in the middle. Had to switch rooms. Both smelled like mildew. Excellent in every way -- great swimming pool, friendly staff, a breakfast with lots of choices (eggs, bacon or sausage, cinnamon rolls, cereals, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, etc.). I found my room spacious, very clean, air conditioner working perfectly, nice big bathroom, very comfortable bed. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants, convenience […] shopping (grocery stores, Target, etc) and it offered easy access to anyplace I needed to go.
