My stay was enjoyable and the breakfast was delicious.

We arrived early, the rooms were not ready. So when we returned, we still didnt have rooms. The maid and the front desk were not on the same page about what was happening, but we had to stand outside of the rooms until they were cleaned. Not a great first impression. After that, everything was pretty well in order. They were friendly.

Our stay at the Baymont was a great experience. My entire family enjoyed the indoor heated pool, the Baymont staff were pleasant and very professional at all times.The rooms were very clean and well kept and the housekeeping staff were always available for any of our needs. The breakfast had great variety daily and was a great way to get the day started. […] The location of this Baymont couldn't have been put in a better place, there wasn't very much that wasn't accessible from this location. Carpet was so dirty my feet stuck to it. I had to make sure I went directly from my shoes to my slippers each time. They had me on the 1 floor right by one of the exit doors. People & workers where going in and out of it all day & night. The door was hard to open so it was noisey opening & closing. It was raining & windy during the first day and the […] workers on that level were re-varnishing the furniture and doors so they were letting the fumes ou by opeing all exit doors to the hotel. The wind & humity were whipping thru the halls so every time I came out my door my hair was ruined. When the neighbors above me used thier hot water the pipes creaked! It was loud! I ask to be moved to the top floor which they were kind enough to do. That carpet was just as dirty but at least it was quieter. The bed was uncomforable and uneven.The coffee pots in the room were terrible at pouring coffee. No matter how I tried to pour it, it always wen everywhere. When using the airconditioners you had to place something to hold the curtains down while they were closed or they would fly up in the air due to being over the unit. I have to close them at night due to the lights outside. The varnishing the workers were doing was all over the place. They varnished the doors to the stairs and didn't post a sign so I got the varning on my hands and clothes! ALL IN ALL, I WILL NEVER STAY AT A BAYMONT AGAIN! Uzziniet vairāk

This was the best decision we made in a long time we stayed 6 days in Lawton and the hotel was perfect. Clean well maintained the breakfast was ready and plentful every morning. The staff were pleasent and very helpful. If I were ever to go back to Lawton I would definitly stay at the Baymont Inn again. A huge thank you to the staff there.

The staff was awesome, with gracious hospitality, our room was clean and neat. The front desk staff, Alecia, always had a smile and friendly to everyone. Our housekeepers were great, happy to be doing their jobs. It showed in the result. checking in and out was with great ease. I will defiantly patronize Baymount hotels again.

I love it here! The front desk staff is awesome and always make me feel at home , this is the only place that I will book at because of the cleanliness and the friendliness....you guys rock!

Was in town for army graduation & hotel was just down the road from Fort Sill. Everyone was super nice & the breakfast was amazing!! I've stayed in a lot of hotels due to family travels & have never seen a breakfast like this!! Not to mention the beds were as comfortable as my own at home with plenty of pillows. Hotel was ok,should have been cheaper ,there are better hotels for the same price,needs upgrading as far as furniture and the sink did drain slowly,but the beds were very comfortable.Would advise to get 2nd or the floors ebcause the walls are thin and were able to hear beds shaking and people walking above us

Good (not excellent) Hotel for the price. It has all the basics plus very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. If u are in a budget and want to get the best for ur money this is the right place.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The convenience of location was good and the breakfast was nice. Would recommend.

We were very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was wonderful and the service was very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but stayed another extra night due to change of plane reservations. The room was fine except for the shower not draining properly. On our second day, the room was not cleaned . Their excuse was they thought we were leaving that day when in fact we informed them we were extending our stay for another day. They cleaned […] it after I told them about the garbage in our room. the hotel was clean and offered good options for complimentary breakfast every morning. the indoor pool area is nice and family friendly. it was conveniently and centrally located in Lawton. overall in terms of comfort, convenience and value i would recommend it. my only complaint is that it seemed the housekeeping staff wasn't communicating with […] one another as well as they could. in one day we had two different staff members come in to clean not knowing it had already been handled. another day one staff member took out our used towels and then forgot to replace them with clean ones. besides this the hotel was pretty good. Hotel itself is fine, room was clean and comfortable, free breakfast was nice. Convenient location for enjoying the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge and surrounding area. Given the great rate I got on Hotels.com I would stay there again, but would recommend that the front desk staff be more polite and attentive to guests checking in/out. It's just rude to not even acknowledge that your customer is at the counter and then to continue chatting on the phone for another few minutes before stating that "you don't have check out, your receipt was emailed to you when you made your reservation."...just rude. The sheets were not changed in the four days that I was there.

I am usually very hard on hotels. I can always find something wrong. This was not the case at the Baymont. My main concern is always the cleanliness. I usually reclean my room, but this one really didn't need it (this is only the second time in my history of staying in hotels that that has happened. We had a noisy neighbor, but this was no reflection […] on the hotel. If you like cleanliness, an extremely comfortable bed, a delicious breakfast, a friendly and helpful, and comfortable rated, look no further, the buck stops at the Baymont. Loved it!!! The hotel staff was very friendly and actually got us into our room before our check in time.The hotel was clean and given the wind in Lawton,it was very quiet.WE had a great time.

We stayed at the Baymont while in Oklahoma for our son's graduation from Ft Sill. The staff was very friendly, room was clean, the breakfast was good. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel.

The location of the hotel was convienent but the hotel left a lot to be desired. The best service came from housekeeping, they were also the most professional of the front desk clerks, maintainance etc. The grounds of the hotel are terrible, covered in garbage, dead plants and just total lack of care. Water faucets reversed (hot and cold reversed). Very low sink water pressure and slow draining. Sink seperated from counter top that gave us concerns on the cleanliness. Room odor was tolerable but definitely on the border of acceptable (mildew or musty smell). Door strike plate and door operation was not smooth and while it may not have represented […] a true security problem, it certainly affected our confidence. Large vents in bathroom were rusty and attachment was less than secure, which for some reason left us uncomfortable. Noise level was a little higher than acceptable. The breakfast provided a good variety, however on the two days we were there, it was very crowded and wasn't as enjoyable as we would like. I guess the last concern was that this hotel was rated above average on hotels.com at the time of booking, which will influence our trust in these ratings levels for this hotel and hotels.com. I know at this point it may not be accepted well, but the lobby staff was very helpful and friendly which was of some comfort. I would not doubt that they would have tried to help us in some way, however we did not ask them to correct anything since there were so many issues and our stay was short with very little time in the hotel. Rooms were nice and beds were super comfy. The only problem: Weather was an average of 105 daily and there was no A/C in the pool room. More like a sauna. The breakfast there made up for it! Awesome stay for bootcamp graduation close to base.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff do a great job helping the customers and keeping the place in good shape. Overall, the place is in good shape for it's age. Thanks to everyone there.

We went there for Army graduation. Convenient to base, shopping and food. Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms. My only complaint was that the indoor pool room was not air conditioned and was too hot to be comfortable.

Since the hotel room was guartened and paid. It would have been nice to have turned on the A/C unit since it was 102/103 degrees and the room on the West side and next to the roof. We turned on the A//C and got back into the car and drove around Lawton while the room cooled off. The bathroom toliet ran constantly until I straightened up the flapper […] valve. Also you had to push or pull on the entry door to get it to lock, it hung somewhere. The hotel is nice, clean, and has good breakfast. Pet friendly - pets stay free here. We stayed here when we went to Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge.

The service was exceptional from the time I walked into the hotel. I was given information as to where a close park was for my 16month old, and when I found a better park, they asked further questions so that they could better tell others. The free breakfast was well and continuously stocked, and the rooms were well maintained. Loved the stay. The whole staff were very nice and made sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was nice, really enjoyed the fresh fruit and warm cookies everyday, and the pool was refreshing. It is very close to Fort Sill where we went to see our son graduate. They even had a computer for the guests to use which really came in handy.

My stay was very nice the hotel employees were very helpful with knowing the area and show to get to different places they where always welling to help!

Everything was good except when trying to fall asleep, we could hear the TV from the next room (complete with constant bleeping of swear words) all the way through the wall that our bed wasn't against. Then at 7AM, we were awakened by someone running on the treadmill in the fitness room next door through the wall that our bed was against.

This hotel is nice. The staff is great. The room was immaculate. They helped me with everything I needed, including local information. This hotel is well worth the money.

I've read the other reviews, and compared them to my experience staying here a few times. Look, it's not a five-star hotel, but you're not in London, either. This is no-frills, clean, friendly Lawton, Oklahoma, and Baymont is a no-frills, clean, friendly place to crash for the night. The fresh-baked cookies in the evening are nice, as is the breakfast […] in the mornings, served by a friendly local lady that seems to truly care about the people she's feeding. They've got a workout room, wifi, and indoor pool. The nearby residential neighborhood is beautiful and safe for running. Starbuck's and the world's most amazing kids' playground are both within short walking distance. I've stayed here 5 times now, and it's the same every time. Again, is it luxury? I stayed two nights on business. Very nice room with 38-inch flat panel TV. King bed was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a fine job. My only complaint is that the room has a safe. You are automatically charged for the safe, and you must tell them at the end of your stay that you did NOT use the safe to get the charge credited back.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Had my wife's coat and $20 can of hair spray stolen on our last day there. Went and talked to the manager and she wasn't a help, said it couldn't be her staff. They did have video but it was hard to tell if it was really our room she was trying to show us or not and regardless my wife knows what was in our room when we left and what […] was missing when we returned. Everyone, from the front desk to room service staff, to maintenance staff, was always cheerful, warm, welcoming, and willing to help out any way they could. My husband became ill during our stay, and we asked for no room service, just a change of towels, removal of trash, extra kleenex and coffee. Juice and coffee were ready and fresh, the eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy were our favorites! And, the woman who was in charge kept the room very clean and welcoming. My personal favorite was the hot cookies and coffee in the afternoon! We were visiting our son and his family who recently relocated to Lawton. My family and I stayed there while my brother graduated from basic and were very happy with everything. I was pleased with the healthy breakfast choices that were available and the friendliness of the staff.
